These guys are amazing. When I called, Tyler answered immediately. He asked I send pix to get an idea of what was there and what we needed. He squeezed us in the next morning, and I called late afternoon. His brothers Chris and Tom showed up early in the two hour window he gave me. They were in, out and done in nothing flat. They were personable and professional. I cant say enough good things about these gentlemen. Amazing work ethic, and just great guys that get the job done.

My old house's sewer problem was a huge ordeal we were not looking forward to facing, it required the foundation of my house to be cut into and the entire sewer mainline relined to save the pipe. Gato and Ester from Beacon were amazing! They made the entire multi-day process seamless. Their consistent communication and attention to detail reduced my stress level and made this horrible situation so easy. (Fantastic customer service!) I can not thank them enough. I highly recommend Beacon if you need to have a relining project done. They are not the cheapest but you will love the results!

Water heater was spitting out water, called, came same day and replaced it! They brought things up to code and it was all done quickly. Super professional, also helped with my sink. Joe was plumber who came and was great, and so was the person who answered the phone. 10/10 would recommend!

Just had an excellent experience resolving a crappy problem! Our grocery store's main drain line got plugged causing toilets not to flush and sewer water to back up in floor drains - not a good situation. We called Roto Rooter and they said they could have a technician out within 2 hours. The tech (Rich) actually arrived in just over 1 hour and got right to work assessing the problem, and got it fixed quickly despite some challenges. He was friendly, courteous and professional. The bill wasn't even too bad. I'd call it a good value for the speedy relief of a stressful situation.

Arash & Kevin from Rigid Plumbing and Drain Service came out to our house today to help us with some plumbing issues we had.

The sink in the upstairs master bathroom had a drip, and our toilet downstairs had rocked and moved slightly and broke the seal around the base of the toilet.

While they were fixing that, they discovered several failing parts in the tank of the toilet and were able to fix it all for us.

These guys are absolutely Top-Tier service professionals, very knowledgeable, very nice, and well-mannered.

They wore booties even though we didn't ask, and I discovered a roof leak while they were here, and Arash had a FLIR thermal imaging camera on his truck. Even though it wasn't a plumbing issue, he still helped us out.

They both went above and beyond in every way and are such great guys, I would hang out with them outside of work. It felt like I had friends over instead of plumbers.

We repiped our house with PEX from CPVC. The company was upfront with costs which were quite reasonable given the size of the job. The team doing the repiping was amazing, made sure we were happy and did an incredible clean up job. Other than massive holes in walls and ceilings you couldn't tell such a huge job was done. The only thing we didn't like was we couldn't get an estimate on patching before the work was done, and by then we found someone else to do it. Hopefully we will never have to do this again, but I would recommend Repipe Specialists to anyone.

Jayson is very knowledgeable and explains the problems we're having with some of our plumbing so that it's easy to understand. We highly recommend Jayson at Jim Dandy Plumbing!
