Absolute ripoff, never use them again

We called Fox Plumbing to come fix a leak under our house. Cason came out and not only was prompt, but efficient. We needed a no nonsense fix as we just lost our Mom and this was her house. Cason was friendly, reassuring and professional. That made all the difference for us. Thank you!

WE CHOSE GEME JOHNSON BECAUSE THEY ARE LOCAL AND HAV E BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 30+ YEARS. THEIR BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY WAS SOUND. I CALLED ON FRIDAY, THEIR TECHNICIAN AARON wOLFE CAME ON SATURDAY TO DISCUSS THE PROJECT AND ON TUESDAY THE TOILET WAS INSTALLED. AARON WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL/COURTEOUS AND PERSONABLE. HE DID EACTLY WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO. FROM THE FIRST PHONE CALL TO THE FINAL TOILEET INSTALLATION, THEREE WERE ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS. GOOD QUALITY, GOOD VALUE, PROFESSIONAL FROM START TO FINISH.

We did two projects with McKinstry. very good company. their field Tech Mike is the best, very good to work with. i recommend their fire protection department for any future projects in the area.

I have to work from home, therefore I am quite busy and only have a small amount of time to deal with things. When my garbage disposal broke, I phoned a local plumber who was able to come out the same day and fix it quickly. They perform a great job and even fixed my garbage disposal for a reasonable fee!

I found a soft spot in my ceiling. The tech was able to come out early the next morning, diagnose the issue and repair it. He also offered a follow up recommendation for the ceiling. I highly recommend 2 Sons plumbing.

I cannot imagine any business being more responsive and helpful than Two Brothers. We had been struggling with our water heater for several months. Part of the problem was that the brand of water heater we own does not have a parts distributor in the Seattle area, so most repairmen did not even want to look at it. When my husband and I ordered our own parts and tried to fix the water heater, we ran into problems. Without any hot water, I then called Two Brothers and begged them to at least take a peek and give us some advice. They showed up early the next morning, fixed the problem quickly and with a smile, and then left without accepting payment (they said it was too fast and easy a fix to charge us). I know they took time out of a very busy schedule that day to swing by our house and be our heroes. These guys are genuinely into service and helping people! How wonderful!

Don't buy their claim that they are available 24/7. We had an emergency toilet overflow issue and after three hours of waiting around, we called back only to discover they claimed not to have any record of our appointment. Start freakin if you call Beacon. Recommend you go elsewhere.

Emerald city sewer was great! They identified the issue, did not try to oversell me, were super friendly and completed the job in a timely manner. I feel well taken care of as a client...I put their number on my fridge for the future!

service was good , they show up on time , complete the installation smoothly , but the way they charge me for sending a second man I don't see it as a fair deal , about 600 dollars extra is something that should be discussed with costumer upfront , and shouldn`t be a surprise .
I hope they will consider that in future and inform costumer of all charging details .

William came promptly, fixed the problem with our kitchen sink quickly, and answered all of our questions to help us keep from having further issues. His professionalism and expertise were much appreciated when many other “24 hour” plumbing services were actually unavailable!

An outdoor spigot needed to be replaced. The work was done quickly and professionally. Although the cost of plumbing repairs is greater than I would like, the work was well done and thorough and the plumber enjoyable to work with.

We've used Clearwater Detection several times as our water line was not properly installed when the house was first built. Simon always comes to the rescue from detecting the leak, digging & finishing. He quickly detected today, what we thought to be a water line leak only to find that it was a running toilet in our detached garage apartment. Always great work, thank you!!
