Local company with honest advice.

We bought a new gas stove and were going to install it ourselves when we got stuck and couldn't disconnect the old rusted connector to the floor gas line. I called a few handymen (they wouldn't touch gas lines), and one of them recommend Fox. I called and scheduled a visit for the next day, and the plumber arrived after the end of the appointment window (9:00 am - 1:00 pm). I don't remember the young man's name but he was personable and go the job done quickly. He also installed the anti-tip brackets (which we weren't going to bother with - no kids in the house). After he finished I asked some questions about other work around the house (for a later date).

Nate and Josh were extremely helpful. I called in the morning and they were at my door by mid afternoon. I was very pleased with the service overall in addressing my sink + garbage disposal clog.

Due to heavy rains, I needed underground gutter runoff pipes cleaned. I called that morning and had an appointment that very afternoon. The tech was very professional and very friendly. Steve told me upfront everything he needed to do and what it would cost. He went above and beyond to fix my problem and completed in a timely manner. If needed, I will use them again!

We had a broken pipe at my daughter’s shower room with water leaking. Aarash showed up timely and took care of it professionally.
I would definitely use his service again in the future.

My experience with Jim dandy plumbing was AWFUL! They wanted to charge $300.00 an hour PER part they fixed on the toilet AND they wanted to charge the full hour for a 15 min fix. To install an angle shut-off valve (part cost is around $15.00) they quoted me $385.00. plus tax! The rep also broke my seal valve that I had purchased to replace the one leaking and was not going to give a discount to at least cover that cost. I did not hire them to fix the toilet. NOT happy with this company! Do not use!!

The technicians showed up and had a thorough explanation of our plumbing issue within a few minutes. Very well explained and worked to get as reasonable a price as they could provide. The team had our issue sorted out in less than a couple hours after showing up. Would recommend for anyone needing a fast response and a team willing to work with you for in home plumbing issues.

We contacted SF after our home inspection sewer scope revealed a crack in the sewer line. Rob and Jaime were committed to answering all of our questions via email and phone (we had more than a few!) ahead of the repair. Adam and Kevin completed our job and they did so in stellar fashion. There is little doubt that Friendly is part of this companies name. Even our neighbor commented, “Those guys were great! So fast too.” Happy to provide this company with a five-star review!

Life saver. Called simple plumber, Joe came same day service. We had just a trickle of hot water, he took very little time to figure out the problem and take care of it. no time at all we had for flow restored. He was very polite efficient and I’d highly recommend him to anyone.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Brian was great! He was polite, on time and had the repair (that I tried to do myself and made more complicated) done very quickly. Highly recommended!

I felt fool by calling them who didn't have any idea how to put the disposal back which I opened. They said it's broken before investigating all the parts and how it comes together. They gave me a quote for $1700 and claimed the disposal itself cost 1000+. I searched with the exact brand in Amazon and didn't find anything that costs more than $200. Fun part is, after their departure, it took me 2/3 minutes to put it back. I felt stupid by calling them which did cost me $40 and disruption during my office hour.

Mark did a great job, he was polite and on schedule and budget. Would recommend him to anyone who needs help!
