Absolute ripoff, never use them again

We wanted to get our gas furnace tuned up for the season and have to be very careful due to Covid. Josh our technician was amazing. He was professional did an amazing job, and he was so mindful of Covid precautions i felt the need to give him special recognition. This is top of the line service and customer service. The rate for this tune up was also much less than other quotes i got and frankly, they did more. Highly recommend!!!

These people are the ones you want to pass their business cards out to everyone you see. My elderly father had plumbing issues just to start with the kitchen sink. Called another local plumber(why?) which was prepared to take my father for a financial rollercoaster ride. Called the local Beacon on late Friday to schedule an appointment on Monday because we didn't want to pay the weekend/after-hour fees. No issues there one price all the time, REALLY. We had a clog in our line out to the sewer from our house. We called Peyman Arjomandi with Rotorooter, who has helped us several times before with plumbing problems. He is always so professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. We can’t say enough good things about him and he is always the first person we call. Interacted with a few different folks (plumber, sewer main snaking person, and camera inspection person). All of them were courteous and knowledgeable, and they ended up showing me I needed a lot smaller repair than I expected. If you have very old cast iron drain pipes like me, I highly recommend you soak the threads on the clean out in PB Blaster like I did before the appointment, so they can avoid cutting out any old stuck brass plugs.

I typically don't leave reviews but I wanted to explain how great Nick and his crew were. I had received a quote from another company and felt very uneasy about the investment and how they interacted with us. I came across Repipe Masters and decided to get a quote. Nick was very prompt and responsive for our appointment. He went through the house and got back to me quick with a very affordable price. He and I went back and forth for a couple of weeks while I asked as many questions that I could regarding the work to be done. He was always informative and I was really taken back that he did not sub out the work.

We decided to go with them and he was able to schedule us within 2 weeks. He and his crew arrived at the schedule time and completed the work in about 8 hours. They laid down barriers to keep the dust down and not to walk on our floors. They worked quickly to make sure that everything was completed and put back together. We did pay for them to patch the walls, which came out perfect.

I 100% recommend Nick and his team. You will not go wrong with these guys!

Simon came out the same day I called about our main water line break. He detected the leak and was able to repair it 2 days later. He showed me the broken pipe and the how he repaired it. The whole time spent took about 3 hours. The price was was 50% less than a quote I received from a plumbing company!! Excellent work. I would definitely recommend Clearwater Leak Detection.

After making several calls to different plumbers and not feeling comfortable with the few people who actually answered, I found Zoltan and I am glad I did!

I needed to have an instant hot water tank installed underneath my sink and the hot water dispenser faucet installed on the countertop. I had upgraded the faucet to coordinate with my existing kitchen faucet --almost a perfect style match, just smaller.

As a designer, I spend countless hours researching all aspects of projects from new construction to remodeling, warranting the oversight of any aspect of a project - structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc. I had several conversations with larger plumbing companies and most had no available service appointment for weeks. I decided to look for a licensed/bonded plumber that was independent. SHAZAM!! Zoltan appeared in my searches and I promptly called. He is quite knowledgeable and totally understood the scope of the work during our initial phone conversation. He was hesitant to quote me a price without coming to the house and personally assess the project, offering this service, free of charge! (Most plumbing companies charge for an estimate, though it is often reimbursed if the job is performed). He was adamant about his process and, luckily for me, had time the next day to come by, offer an estimate and to complete the job, if I agreed to the price! We agreed, the work commenced and it was a job well done!

He was very patient and respectful, and probably the one of the most polite individuals I have met in a long time! I am NOT an easy client and I ask a plethora of questions, all of which, Zoltan expertly answered. I was immediately very, very comfortable with the level of his expertise. He is organized, careful and tidy and works efficiently in getting the job done. His main concern seems to be giving you quality work at a reasonable price. He is not the least expensive option, though not the most expensive either. I am sure that you will be satisfied and I think I'd trust him with any future plumbing needs.

I had him install a dishwasher and 2 toilets. The dishwasher shorted out underneath, and left evidence of it burning. The pro's who came after him said I should report him for the poor job he did. I'm thankful it didn't start a fire. One of the toilets is fine. The other is wobbly, and I need to yet another person in to fix that. In light of the service I got, I can't recommend him.
