Best Plumbing Replacement in Seattle WA

I called Fox when we were concerned we had a larger problem with our plumbing than just a busted kitchen faucet. Ryan was there the next day, and arrived at exactly the time he was scheduled. He was able to confirm the problem was only the faucet, then saved me the trouble of installing it myself right then and there. Friendly guy, arrived on time, did the job quickly, and gave me some handy tips while he was here. This was a great experience; based on this experience, I'd recommend Fox Plumbing to anyone.

Such a rip off!!! Highly unsatisfied, I do not recommend this company. They charged us $538 ($500+tax) for an hour of plumbing work that took 15 minutes to repair one bathroom faucet. We have another faucet that needed replacement and they want to charge another $538 for another hour of work which will probably take another 15 minutes to do which we ended up not doing. We hired another company in the past and they did not over charge us like this company did. I highly discourage anyone to use them. Other companies offer so much better value and cost.

Kerry was very nice ! Funny and helpful. The follow up was very challenging. I wanted to order a vanity and called 4 times, was told I would get an email from Kerry twice, asked if I wanted to pay (when I hadn’t even ordered yet) and overall will likely not use best plumbing in the future.

We had a pipe leak in our crawl space and '2 Sons Plumbing' promptly came out to our house the same day. Our technician, Jordan, diagnosed and fixed the leak (he had to deal with significant mold in the crawl space during the repair). In addition, Jordan referred us to 'Premier Water Removal' who have been instrumental in the mold remediation. This will be our company for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Beacon is GREAT. I will always use them. My electricity went out and away they were able to have someone come out within two hours. The dispatchers were very communicative and velpful.Steve and his partner Jeremy also called me when they were on there way and were friendly and super helpful. They were able to fix my problem and I felt very comfortable with them in my house with my family.

We had a clogged bathtub and I called Pioneer because a friend of mine told me he used them with success. They were excellent. They did show up an hour late, but they called and told me this two hours prior so I could adjust. Things happen at sites, I get it, but they took the time and had the courtesy to call and tell me they were working on another clients problem still. That stood out to me because they wanted to take the time to fix an issue and still had the foresight to keep me in the loop. When they got to my place they were nice, efficient, and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. For that they get 5 stars.

Serviceman was very polite, friendly, and worked hard to unclog my drain by positive persistence since it was a tough one. I appreciated his understanding of the problem and his work to solve it.

Arash at Ridgid Plumbing provided an exceptional response to my plumbing issues (leaking shower head, frozen main water valve to the house). He came out to my house quickly, managing to work it into other local jobs. It was reassuring to deal directly with the business owner directly (Arash), who explained the service and costs, ordered the non-standard parts required and tracked their delivery. When the parts had arrived, he sent out a skillful and conscientious plumber to perform the work.

Update: The number the you just gave me won't connect to anyone except the answering service. Not to mention, the sales rep won't return my calls. How about if you just call me?

1. EXTREME rip-off. Worth 5000 - 7000 dollars according to Google, but I paid over 15k for about 20 man-hours of work. That's $750 per hour. Then I found out, my remodeling contractor would have done it for 6k total.
2. LATE. The won't be able to come patch the walls for another 3 weeks. When they do, they won't paint.
3. UNRESPONSIVE. Once they have your money, they don't return your calls. The silence is deafening.

We had our clothes washer serviced on 10/22. Luis Lopez responded. Luis was polite, courteous and professional. He informed us he had driven from Bellevue WA. He was very patient, waiting for us to consult with our brother and father.
We were unable to come up with a prompt response. He left and then had to come back and provide the service. It was a hard job. He completed his job under 2 hours. We are very pleased with his service and highly recommend him to anyone else who has similar problems.

I've worked with Bob Oates plumbing for several years. They do excellent work. Casey, my tech, is honest effiecient and knows his business.

Called them on Friday repiped my house today. Emilio and Doug were amazing! Did it in 5 hours for the lowest quote on the market after having 5 quotes. Plumbing works great! Highly suggest you call them.

Josh and Josh were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Very efficient in their work and left their work area really neat. A bit pricey, but extremely satisfied with their work.

We had an all-around excellent experience with Todd.

He communicated well, making clear what time he would come to our house. He arrived right on time. He was kind and professional. During the sewer scope, I asked a variety of questions about what we were seeing in the video, and he took the time to pause and answer the questions and discuss them thoroughly (including the city connection, the water line, the general condition of the pipes, the turns and the other branches of the line).

It was clear that he was very knowledgeable about the different sizes, locations, directions and types of sewer pipes (ours have a combination of cast-iron, PVC, concrete and clay) and how to assess the condition of each. I had some aspects of our pipes that I wanted to give particularly close inspection, and he went above and beyond, taking extra time to ensure that everything was carefully reviewed.

We identified an issue with our main water line on Saturday night. Called on Sunday AM, had Andy the owner over to have a look in Sunday afternoon, and scheduled work for Tuesday. They dealt with everything (city, etc), and work was completed as expected - on time and on budget. We had water that evening. Yard looked perfect. Great service from a family company. Highly recommended.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.
