The Regional Project Manager Larry Mayotte, tried using his title at Mckinstry to bully another business, to try and get discounts/ unreasonable refunds. I do not recommend doing business with any company that employs Larry Mayotte as I feel he is very unethical. Mr Mayotte also makes Mckinstry look bad any time he bullies a business while using the Mckinstry name.

I am very pleased with the plumber service I received from this company. The plumber was prompt, experienced, and fixed the leaky faucet in my bathroom efficiently. Their excellent service and fair pricing make them my go-to plumbers.

I had a sewer clog. Wayne came out and unclogged it and then identified the root of the problem being in the city sewer pipe. He worked with the city to fix it. He was super helpful, responsive and can't say enough good things about him. As good as it gets.

Just a quick note to all looking for an honest plumber....STAY AWAY from Pioneer Plumbing. We had work completed by Pioneer on a renovation 2 years ago (in addition to a previous remodel on another home). A YEAR after the completion of the remodel, they sent my husband and I a bill for $2800. Seeing as how there was no way to verify what work was done or (even after asking numerous times for proof of additional work completed that we did not already pay for) we finally agreed to pay them half the amount of the bill in good faith since we were generally happy with their work and so that we could all end the relationship on a positive note. Since we never heard anything back, I assumed the matter was settled.

Fast forward to today, and I have a plumbing issue with the pipe they installed. I called the office and they are not willing to come back and work on their very own installation. They explained that they don't guarantee their work after a year anyways, and that they refuse to work with us anymore.

Save yourself from the frustration....and bills coming A YEAR after completion of a job. What a shame--thought I had found a good one :(. Terrible, short sided, customer service.

We experienced great service from Roto Rooters Giovanni. We had a main sewer blockage and he cleared it as well as letting us know what other work we need to have done. He arrived sooner than expected and I was happy to see him! He was very thorough in explaining everything to us and I appreciate him coming out to assist our family in a very desperate time of need. This plumbing team went above and beyond!!! They were willing to work with my warranty company as an outside reimbursement which was difficult to find. They drove to North Bend from Bellvue. They came on a Sunday. And they were knowledgable, friendly, professional and patient. I highly recommend their business and will be using them in the future should another issue arise. Thank you!

Yesterday the guy was a good communicator. He fixed it on what I asked for.

Just a clogged drain but it was deep in the wall and we have older, delicate pipes. Service was great, they were able to get someone out next day (which given a clogged pipe is hardly an emergency was impressive). Guy who showed up was right on time, friendly and professional, including taking appropriate precautions given the pandemic.

Definitely would use them again and would recommend them to anyone else.

My family friend referred Zoltan Plumbing to me and so I called on Monday and he came by my home the next day and checked what I needed done and he came back on the third day.
