The cost was much less than what we worried it would be. He had our kitchen sink up and running in no time. What a relief to have found 2 Sons Plumbing. I had Tommy come out to install a 240v outlet for a EV charger and add another outlet for a smart hub. Tommy was responsive, let me know pricing up front and communicated well throughout. He went above expectations when the device didn’t mount correctly and went back to the store to get right parts. His professionalism and quality are stand out traits and id highly recommend him.

I needed a fast turnaround on disconnecting a hot tub from my electrical service and they went out of their way to accommadate me. The technician was in and out in less than an hour and addressed all my concerns.

These guys aren't interested in doing an easy service call in downtown Seattle where parking is no issue & the task of installing a gate valve on an exposed copper water line is too much for them undertake. At least they didn't mince words!

We were totally mislead and ripped off by one of the salesmen, who no longer works there. He straight up lied to us. After $45,000 investment, after 3 years, we still have on going issues with panels that do not work, they came to fix the display panel, it has been 9 months now, nothing fixed, nothing done, and excuses galore. It is beyond frustrating.
