Had my furnace replaced 5 years ago. I have had nothing but problems since then. It keeps turning off and they have come out several times to fix it. The last guy said he couldn't fix it and told me what to do when it does it again. So now every time it stops working I have to go out to my garage and clear a hose to get it turn back on. Then they said they needed to replace the furnace and haven't heard back. This is very annoying when it happens in the middle of the night. I paid thousands of dollars for what I thought was a good company to be the worst people I've ever dealt with.

Eric quickly assessed the issue, kept it real. Alex was his assistant and was very polite.The pricing was fair and honest. Unfortunately for me I was not able to afford the service at this time but, I will definitely call BEACON and stop Freakin'!! Eric went above and beyond my expectations. The other night when my kitchen sink clogged my wife called Roto-Rooter. The customer service was awesome and scheduled an appointment right away. The plumber arrived to our house in a timely manner and got right to work. He was very friendly and had outstanding customer service. He educated me on some of the plumbing and how it all worked and gave me tips to prevent a clog in the future. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

Had Jim Dandy out to look at my sewer line they replaced 4 years ago and make sure there weren’t roots that needed jetting. Good news is that it was pretty clear and not needing the $850 jetting. Bad news is I got charged $350 for the camera going down the pipe for 5 minutes. Not the technicians fault but is the managements fault as the technician said if the camera goes down they have to charge the fee. Highway robbery. Furthermore when they opened up the pipe they had to remove some rocks and chipped up concrete and left them to the side. For $305 of 30 minutes of work max I would expect the job site to be picked up. Will not be using again.

I enjoy working with Bob Oates company. They have demonstrated repeatedly being good professionals, on-time and doing a quality job. Special shout out for Casey - he is awesome.

We live in an old Craftsman house, which had a number of unique repairs made to it including the water pipes. In fact many of our water pipes were not water pipes. This meant that we didn't have adequate water pressure not to mention poor flow from the hot water heater. They gave us a great quote that included installing a new water heater, installing a new shower that we purchased, and repiping the house from the main to all of the faucets and water outlets. It was completed in a day and easy to arrange. We are very happy with the results. I would recommend them for repiping.

I called Puget Sound Plumbing due to an Emergency water leakage and was booked for the same day. Two gentlemen came out, (John and Josh) and as I was explaining the situation and problems I was having, They already knew what was going on and where to look. These 2 gentlemen (The Tag Team J's) was very knowledgeable and very confident. It's amazing that prior plummers could not locate the problem. It took the J-Team less than a minute to locate the problem and fix it. They explained to me every step of the way of possibilities. I really appreciate their professionalism, their energy and knowledge to to the job. I will definitely call them again. I now found my plumbing home. Thank you!!!

Clearwater leak Detection did an awesome job finding the leak problem at my house. He was very professional and answered my questions no matter how dumb they may have been. I did have to call him with a question which he answered with no hesitation. Turned out the leak was right where he said it was in my yard sprinkler system. I would not hesitate to call on Clearwater Leak Detection again.

I had John inspect and mark my sewage lines. He was on time, worked quickly, left the house clean (despite having to remove a toilet), and sent his report within a few hours. Highly recommended.

Raman and crew have resolved plumbing issues in my 115 year old home on at least three occasions. I've learned there's no need to get estimates from other companies, I trust them to do quality work at a fair price. I give them very high marks.

Responsive and quick, showed up early for both the estimate and the repair. Quoted us less than other companies for a hot water heater replacement and were able to fit us in first thing the next morning. They were clean and respectful in our house and followed all Covid safety guidelines. Did a great job in a surprisingly quick time. Couldn’t ask for more, we will definitely be hiring them again

I was looking for a “handyman” to remove/replace several broken AC units that were jammed into small window openings in an old workspace. Now I first contacted the highest rated handyman services on Google and they all declined the job. That’s when I came across Fixer.com.

The web site steers you into making an appointment right there, which frightened me a little because I didn’t want to make any commitments without knowing if they could actually do the work. After some research, I went ahead and booked an appointment. The process was easy – more like ordering food delivery than what I was used to with other companies. There were many options for setting up a day and time (although no weekends yet). After making the appointment, I received a confirmation email and then an hour later, I got an email with a time estimate range for the job. Since Fixer gives you a rate depending on your zip code, I guess you can estimate the cost of the project.

Fast forward to appointment day - Sherrie and Jacob arrived on time; they were very friendly. They looked at the project/space, gave me an updated time estimate and then went to work. When they were done, they left. They didn’t even ask for payment. I got a text and email later with the invoice. I did notice that the actual time taken was over two hours greater than the estimate. But I’m actually ok with that. It was an unusual job so it would be very difficult to calculate how long it would take to complete.

I went to Fixer.com to pay, easy enough. However, there was an option to leave a tip for the “fixers,” with different suggested amounts. That was unexpected. It’s a different model than I’m used to. But I’m totally ok with anything that encourages better service or rewards good service. I’ll just have to account for that in the budgeting stage moving forward. Sherrie and Jacob were very pleasant and I’m extremely pleased with my experience with Fixer.com. I highly recommend them.

The plumber who came to my house provided excellent service. They were prompt, professional, and resolved the plumbing issue with expertise. I'm impressed with their skills and would use their services again.
