I've used Rapid Rooter several times. Their pricing is very reasonable and they do one thing very well which is clear your clogged drain. They helped me clear up a drain issue that was holding up my bathroom remodel and allowed me to continue with the project. I'll definitely use them again.

Truly unrivaled service and professionalism. Had troubles with my old toilet that was leaking from a failing and old wax ring. I chose to replace the entire toilet after Tyler gave me a list of options to choose from. It was a learning experience to me. Fantastic experience.

Exorbitant PricingWhile I was out, my wife called Beacon to fix a leaking toilet. Repairman came out quickly and did a great job. Took him about 50 minutes and the bill was around $650. Part required were pretty minimal, so it was mostly time. No complaints about the work, but i'd recommend shopping around to anyone looking for plumbing work.

I had an issue with a sump pump control board - several plumbers told me I needed an electrician. A few electricians told me I needed a plumber. I got ahold of Pioneer Plumbing and they were able to work around my schedule to have Kip come out and take a look. He quickly diagnosed the problem, walked me through everything he was looking at and found quick ways to solve the problem. Great toubleshooting! Communication was great - each person I spoke to was incredibly nice and super helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again (but here's hoping I won't need to).

$700 for running snake to clear clog in drain - seems a little steep!!! I even helped out a little. Scheduled appointment in 12-4 window. Showed up after 4. Snake spinning caused grease to get on our white vanity. The machine also dripped on the floors leading to the bathroom. Technician offered to clean but I chose to do it myself as I didn't want chemicals sprayed all over the floors and vanity. After the work was completed I mentioned that we haven't verified that there is no longer a leak occurring (due to the clog) but the technician wasn't allowed to enter the crawlspace to make sure everything looked fine. As a result, I had to go down there myself later to make sure everything was OK. Also, the technician also wore gloves while doing the 'dirty work' but didn't take them off when touching door knobs, etc,. The technician was at least professional and the problem is potentially fixed. Overall, not very satisfied with how much additional effort I had to put into everything for the price I paid.

Super glad I called Ridgid Plumbing today. We had a hot water leak under the house. Armin came out and knew exactly what to do each time a curve ball was thrown his way, due to some access issues. Can't recommend this firm enough!

Our plumber (Gavin) was fantastic! He was on time, investigated the leak in our ceiling, identified the issue quickly and repaired the old pipe. He cleaned up nicely and was professional and friendly the entire job.

Guy showed up and took 15 minutes to change the cutter head, then after a couple attempts to clear the line, ran a camera down, but couldn't see anything (surprise! the line was full of water) and said I could either call the jet machine in at $900 or possibly dig up the sewer. So I called another company, within 20 minutes they had the line cleared! No more BOB OATES

I could not believe what wonderful service I got,. They re-piped my house . Such pleasant plumbers, so considerate and friendly. 4 certified plumbers and 2 helpers converged on my house around 9:00am and set to work. They finished at 1:45pm. You could tell they knew what they were doing, they scattered and went to work, The man in charge, was everywhere seeing that things were done right,(sorry I can't remember their names, ) Thier price was reasonable and their work was excellent . I can't say enough for them and I will be recommending them to all my friends when they need a plummer.

Called them for immediate water heater replacement because older one died. They came in 1 hour and did it.

I'm a Landscape Irrigation contractor, in the biz for 33+ years. I've called on Simon in a few situations that totally flummoxed me- every single time he nailed it, pinpointed the leak and surprised my old jaded self. Really good get- the only time he disappointed me is when he couldn't make himself available, which is understandable- demand is high- his skill set is high value. I've dealt with other leak detection guys that I've given side eye - They don't rise to the level they boast. Lazy or cocky, Simon is not either. As long as he's in this business, you're lucky to get his expertise.

Plumbers just left my house. I had a leaky faucet and clogged drain. They fixed it quickly, explained everything and were super friendly! Such a good experience!!The scheduling office did not impress me. I called for a weekday appointment on Saturday and the lady on the phone said she'd call me back to finalize a time and never did. On the day of they gave me a two hour window to be home during and didn't call me to tell me the plumbers would be an hour late, even though the plumber had called the office to let them know. Also, and this is a pretty big deal, the office quoted the half hour rate as the hourly rate, so the job was twice as expensive as I'd planned on.

Hired Fixer to install a ceiling light and they did a phenomenal job. They were able to fully mount the new housing replacement for the light in half an hour despite unexpected complications. Prices were reasonable and everything was very professional.

The serviceman was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. My refuse disposal was operational in a matter of minutes after he completed his work quickly and effectively. This plumbing company comes highly recommended for repairing waste disposals.

Highly recommend this local company. They do great work and never surprise you with a bigger bill. Helped me solve a crawlspace sewer pipe burst on a rainy cold day 3 days before Christmas. Also have helped me fix up a wonky water heater.
