I have relied on Fox Plumbing on four separate plumbing problems. Each time their response has been immediate and totally professional. These fellows come prepared to solve your problem, no messing around. I keep their phone number prominently located on my refrigerator for plumbing emergencies.You won't find a better plumber.My most recent service required special ordering of a replacement kit for my Briggs toilet. As soon as the parts arrived, they were dispatched and installed. I will never be a DIY again. My toilet now works like it did when first installed. Isn't that what we all want?Fox is MY Plumber!

Very personable and knowledgeable plumber named Mike. He detected the leak right away then gave four quotes. After explaining each, I selected one in which he was able to do the repair in a timely manner.

I had a great experience with this plumbing service. The plumber was knowledgeable, friendly, and fixed the clog in my bathtub efficiently. I would recommend their services to anyone in need of a plumber.

I had an excellent experience with Two Brothers. The technician was amazing and communicated throughout the process. I can't imagine the work being done faster or easier for me. They were also able beat the price of a national water heater repair company, so it was an excellent deal as well.

I used Beacon a total of 3 different times:- repairing piping behind our toilet- repairing water pressure valve- repairing my heating furnaceAll have been done quick and everyone has been very accommodating to the questions I have about the repairs. No qualms about anything breaking after repairs.The quality of the cleaning after they fix things though depends on who you get.When they had to take out dry wall to replace the water shut-off behind our toilet, the guy literally just placed the dry wall back without even attempting to fix it with plaster or anything.But when we got our water pressure valve and I asked them if I had to worry about walls being left un-repaired, the guy (different) assured us that wasn't normally the case and actually did a good job repairing walls when putting back our water valve piping.The guy who repaired my heating furnace was really good and even offered different options for repair and replacement. He even answered my questions about getting a new HVAC system all together and drew diagrams on how different HVAC systems worked and I was left more informed.

Emerald city sewer was great! They identified the issue, did not try to oversell me, were super friendly and completed the job in a timely manner. I feel well taken care of as a client...I put their number on my fridge for the future!

Will was in and out in a flash! Fixed our shower faucet, great work!

We were notified of their arrival exactly 30 minutes prior. They were punctual and efficient. Alex clearly explained all of the possible outcomes and charges ahead of time. He was courteous and helpful. Also importantly, we were able to make the appointment the day after we called. We were happy with the service.

He responded quickly to our call on a Saturday afternoon to unclog our kitchen sink and was able to come out in a timely fashion to unclog it. He found a gasket leak in our disposal and fixed that. He put in a proper drain/filter for our utility sink and it drains great now. Worked quickly and was knowledgeable about our problems. We would use him again.

Repiped the whole house and added some lines in a new laundry room and added a refigerator water line. Everything went very fast ,under 5 hours and the house water lines are all new,they took out the 1957 galvaized pipe and threw it away. No leaks and we are all back to normal. I would highly recommened this crew that came out and did it,thanks you very much.

On time as promised, quickly and professionally located shut off taking time and patience to explain detains necessary. Friendly and even remembered me from last time as I was recovering from surgery.

Both the people I spoke to to schedule our appointment as well as the guys who showed up to try and fix our flooded dishwasher (ended up being an issue that needed to be resolved with the manufacturer) were so helpful and kind, plus they were super communicative about when they would be arriving. None of that sometime between 12 and 6 business! Would certainly go with Bob Oates again.

They did a whole house repipe, including new water line from street to house. Other than one unfortunate accident which they paid for they were very good. Lots and Lots of connection, and no leaks. Amazing how they got the pipes connected thru floors and walls.

If I could give negative stars I would. I needed my furnace serviced so I called them and set up an appointment. I was provided a two hour window of when they would arrive and promised I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. After the 2 hour window had already passed I did receive a call saying nobody was going to be coming. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. The next appointment the exact same thing happened; two hour window passes and I receive a call that nobody is coming. Shame on me for rescheduling a third time, but guess what....not only did the two hour window pass, but NOBODY EVEN CALLED. This organization is clearly unprofessional and poorly run. If they treat repairs and servicing the same as they do their customers prepare for your heating and plumbing systems to be neglected and treated like garbage.

Rude and sloppy

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.
