We were in a small panic to get our Gas stove moved before getting our new carpets installed. We called Fox and they had Dustin at our house in about 20 minutes. He quickly and pleasantly had our stove disconnected and moved to our deck.

We were lucky to have Ryan R. working on the problem of a backed up pipe from our washing machine. He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and took the time to explain all the issues. Beacon was easy to work with and sent Ryan to our house the same day I called. The job that needed to be done was much larger than anticipated, but Ryan offered to complete the job in the same day, working until well after dark. I feel confident in the work that was done. Thank you Ryan and Beacon for providing such excellent service - we will definitely be using you again.

The receptioniat, Cassandra was very courteous and professional. Mike Wright was the tech that ARRIVED ON TIME. Fixed all my issues in a timely manner.. would definitely use their service again.

Disappointed in this company and the work that they did for me. I requested a cabling of my main sewer line and the technician only worked for about a hour before leaving after barley clearing the line. The company recommended a complete sidewalk tear up and broken line replacement which wasn't the actual issue. (according to them a “break” is also an offset) I had to talk to multiple managers to have them come out to attempt to clear the line a week after the first attempt, which they eventually did. Prices are too high for their lack of follow through. unfortunate this company has declined over the years in my opinion.

Rick B. was very professional and explained the needed work throughly before starting. He was attentive to making sure the work did not impede our routine. Would recommend for work if needed.

Evan Conklin Plumbing and Heating is THE company to call for any type of hot water situation. I worked there as an apprentice about 4 years ago, and can attest to the integrity of the owner. Since then, I have started my own plumbing business, and have referred them for boiler repairs. Their man, Anthony, is a walking encyclopedia of boiler knowledge, and Evan knows everything there is to know about plumbing, heating, and nuclear reactors. I highly recommend them for plumbing and heating work.

Sharif repaired my burst hose bib which had frozen over the winter. The connection was in a difficult to access area, and a previous plumber had quoted me $2000 for the job. Sharif finished the job over two short visits and charged me $470. I was extremely pleased with his service for a few different reasons:

- I called him four times over the course of the repair job, and he picked up right away each time.
- He was very transparent and forthcoming about the details of the job. The knowledge he gave me about hose bib maintenance and operation was at least as valuable to me as the actual repair he made.
- He gave a solid quote within the first phone call, and the final charge matched that initial amount.

I will be going to Sharif for all my future plumbing issues for as long as I live in the Seattle area.

One very minor nitpick: he and his associate did track a little bit of drywall/masonry dust on my floor. Ideally, they would have cleaned that up before they left. But again - a very minor issue that doesn’t even preclude my rating them five stars.

Zach is always looking for the most reasonably priced solution for your electrical needs. A Seattle resident for many years, I highly recommend his work.

Very compatible time and money.

Garbage disposal stopped working because of a faulty switch. Most of the electricians were asking for a lot and not ready to come next day. I was completely new to Fixer and thought of trying them out. Nick (fixer) was nice, professional and did the work pretty fast. I really like they charge by hour and not by task. This way i can use them to do multiple things.

Our hot water heater started going out over the last several weeks. Given that our house is heated by radiators and we have a new baby, this was a serious problem. Because of the rarity of our unit, other plumbers flat out refused to even try to help us out. Not only did PlumbWorks take our calls at all hours of the night, but Nick actually spent the time required by the manufacturer to become a certified technician, just so that he could order a part for us, he didn't charge us a cent for that time. Nick and Marcus know their craft, and they are two of the nicest people you could meet. I highly recommend using PlumbWorks when you need to fix your water heaters; they do good work and they they charge a reasonable fee.

Always very quick to respond and very helpful

Cameron arrived in the window they had told me, and he was very friendly, and very professional. He explored some options very openly with me, and was patient enough to work with our property manager to ensure approval for the work, and that payment would be smooth. Then he got to work, and got the drain clog removed in very quick order. He ran the line ~100ft, all the way to the public sewer line, so that should clear out our issue pretty good. He also showed me some of the stuff that was in the clog (not gross), so I can be sure that we're not putting weird things down our drains going forward, and then cleaned up all of this equipment and was on his way. Great experience overall. Cameron was the perfect gentleman.

Rude and sloppy

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.
