December update-- BRAVO to Fox Plumbing!! With our cold snap my pipe froze. They were prompt in getting it thawed and insulated. I have new appreciation for running water and indoor plumbing. Wayne and his crew came recommended by a local sewer inspector and I'm SOOOO glad! I needed to replace 30 feet of sewer line because of massive root intrusion. Wayne priced my job competitively and got back to me right away with a bid. Once I decided to go with him and his team he was very good at communicating progress and timelines. His team on the job site was very professional. When I come to the time when I need to have the rest of the line worked on, I will look no further than Emerald City Sewer!

Update Sept 2021- The owner/manager contacted after this review. Accepted that the quoted price were too high, and refunded the visit charge to our credit card.T & P valve on the water heater was leaking, and the plumber merely looked at the age of the water heater, said that the inside tank is gone bad and told us to replace it, estimated cost $2500+ tax, When requested for valve only replacement, the cost was $680 plus $50 for the part plus tax. but no warranty on valve replace work. I called the next company and the quote to replace the valve was under $200. The part itself sells for $13 at home depot. The next plumber also told, that if water is not rusty inside tank is fine, and so water heater does not need to be replaced. Please do not work with this company. The visit charge of $69+tax was a waste of money.

Great plumber. Thorough, communicative, friendly. Another plumber told me they'd have to do up the concrete to fix the issue. Rigid was able to clear it with their snake. My only plumber from now on.

Timely, efficient and great service

A little in over my head with a garbage disposal installation so called and they had a technician come out the next morning. Jeremy was super helpful and finished up within the hour - price was more than fair and he did a great job!

I recently had repipe done by Nick’s team. Overall he did a good job. They finished the job in one day. There were a few things left behind. When I contacted Nick, he took responsibilities and came back to take care of things right away. He seems to hold himself to higher standards as compared with some other plumbers I worked with in the past. It is an expensive project and I hope it can last for decades. Nick also provides a warranty to his job.

We hired Drain Pro to do an entire re-pipe of a home built in 1949. They were extremely reliable and professional. I never had that frustration that comes with having contractors in your home. They explained how everything was going to work in detail, and then proceeded to do the job with no surprises or issues. They were jovial and friendly even though they had to spend a week working in what is probably the world's smallest crawlspace. The quote they gave me was more than half of what Southwest Plumbing gave when they were here to replace out water line. I'm very happy we chose to go with Drain Pro Plumbing, and I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.
