Great service! They came out the same day I called. Replaced 2 hose bibs, replaced a shower head and connected my dryer vent to now go outside and not under my house! I would call them again for service. The tech 64 Kyle was great!

Chad was a excellent Plumber and Very Excellent on details .I will be using Gene Johnson Plumbing to replace my hot water heater next year and all future plumbing because of Chad . I am a retired Commercial Electrician and it is nice to see someone like Chad take such care in his work you are lucky to have him .

If you call Beacon, you’ll be freakin. Easy to schedule with. They did come quickly to our emergency. That’s was as far as the good service went. We’ve had to track them down for receipts which may be common. But what made this experience so bad I would never recommend company was, they found a blockage, said we needed to repair 40ft of sewer piping cost 6k. The owner of the house left after this was done. We get a call saying there is more damage than expected. They put the camera further down the pipe and discovered that the main sewer line had deteriorated and was causing major blockages. They quoted us 23k to replace the entire line. The owner said he didn’t have the money so don’t do the second repair. They told him if you don’t, you’re going to continue to have water backing into your home. But they had just installed an opening outside to the line that would actually give us a solution to it backing into the house. We could just go outside, open up this pipe and it would flood outside instead. So they were absolutely trying to use scare tactics. I property manage the house and was referred by a roommates friend to call south west plumbing for a second opinion. We did that. I was there when south west out the camera down our sewer line. There were zero blockages and NO deterioration. There were some very small root intrusions. That’s all. They told us that there were no signs of the line backing up on us anytime soon. Just that the root intrusions will at some point need to be taken care of. I would never use beacon plumbing again. The plumbers left us all not knowing what was going on during the first repair and when you call their office they will have no information for you. You have to get it all from the plumber. They will give you a list of work done and charges. That’s it. My questions for them were. Can the owner dig his own trench and lay pipe himself and then hire them to hook it up. The technician called me back and told me there was no blockage, but he had told the owner that there was. He then said we would have to Jack hammer the concrete driveway to access the pipe and digging our own trench would be very difficult. Well sure if we have to go under the driveway. But when you look at the map of our plumbing, it doesn’t run under the concrete. And southwest was able to use their technology to show us where the line goes. It’s not under the drive way. But next to it and under grass. When I asked Beacon how certain are you it’s under the driveway. They laughed and said, 100%. They straight up lie and try to get more money of people they think they can take advantage of. Do not use this company. There are so many better companies out there. He answered my questions, helped me find an additional way of preventing further water problems from our main drain, and he gave me hope that our nightmare with our mail sewer drain's intermittent back-up may be ended. I recently had repipe done by Nick’s team. Overall he did a good job. They finished the job in one day. There were a few things left behind. When I contacted Nick, he took responsibilities and came back to take care of things right away. He seems to hold himself to higher standards as compared with some other plumbers I worked with in the past. It is an expensive project and I hope it can last for decades. Nick also provides a warranty to his job.

I would like to tell everybody : this was an emergency, he came in time and fixed multiple problems quickly!! Left the work area cleaner than he found it!!! He worked patiently and knows what he is doing. Thank you so much. I will call you again.

We hired Drain Pro to do an entire re-pipe of a home built in 1949. They were extremely reliable and professional. I never had that frustration that comes with having contractors in your home. They explained how everything was going to work in detail, and then proceeded to do the job with no surprises or issues. They were jovial and friendly even though they had to spend a week working in what is probably the world's smallest crawlspace. The quote they gave me was more than half of what Southwest Plumbing gave when they were here to replace out water line. I'm very happy we chose to go with Drain Pro Plumbing, and I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Bad experience...the sewer inspector arbitrarily decided to add a subtle $50 late charge to the invoice. Problem was that was the first and only invoice provided to the property owner for the work (which was accomplished within the last 30 days).

Overall this just feels like a shady, deceitful business practice and hope that you don’t take advantage of other people with just slipping in arbitrary charges.

Luckily, the company agreed to drop the late charge but this whole thing leaves a bad taste in our mouths..

There are plenty of other companies that do this work...pick them.

Burst hose bib stopped Spring yard cleanup. Called O’Neill and they were on-site in under 90 minutes, replacing the hose bib in under an hour, despite the difficulty of working from a crawl space.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.
