I cannot begin to express the stunning level of customer service provided by Fox. I called at 3:45 pm with an issue regarding a newly installed air conditioning unit. The staff was amazing and swift to answer my call and get a service tech out to my house at 5:30 pm on the same day - far exceeding my expectations. The service tech was patient and thorough and worked the issue until it was fully resolved. He was terrific. I could not be happier with Fox and its staff. Thank you.

My home experienced a significant pipe burst, so I'm glad I hired this emergency plumber. He arrived right away and gave me a very affordable fix for the problem. He even came out the following morning to repair some more issues I was having without charging me extra!

I was pleased with the work and attention to detail provided by technician Tyler with the installation of kitchen sink aerator sprayer. It works great every time and easy to use. Next plumbing work needed will request Tyler to provide those services.

This is my second experience with beacon plumbing and they're still the best. not only was Jake able to come out same day to fix my ice maker, he was fast, clear about what he was doing and why, and little touches like securing the hose to the wall. My outside drain backed up into my basement. I called Wayne at Emerald City Sewer and he and his crew came over that evening. Evidently the problem was quite a ways from the house. Not only did they blow out the entire line, but they installed an outside access to the sewer line, which I didn't have in my 1962 house. Cleaned up like they were never there. Highly recommend!

I was very disappointed working with another plumbing company cleaning my sewer line because they didn't finish the job but wanted more money.
Mark with Pioneer Plumbing captured the situation around my sewer line with his camera, gave me options how to handle the problems that the other company left behind, gave me a fair price to fix it and fixed the problem next day. Afterwards he even helped me to get my money back from the other plumber.

The appointment was super easy to set up and they had same week appointments. They actually arrived earlier than I thought they would, which was fantastic. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and was finished in less than 2 hours. My only negative was that it was so expensive. This was my first time needing a plumber so I didn't realize it was going to cost so much.

Armin assessed the problem...out of code piping during remodel causing back-ups and leaking. His solution...to cut into the wall and rebuild the piping system and install a smaller disposal that allowed better flow and no back-up....in and out in less than two hours.

Jayson is very knowledgeable and explains the problems we're having with some of our plumbing so that it's easy to understand. We highly recommend Jayson at Jim Dandy Plumbing!

Had a rep out last week to give an estimate and then scheduled the work which was completed yesterday. I was advised of a small issue as he installed the new fixtures which we worked through. Both appointments were on time and work was completed.

Price was reasonable.

They did a whole house repipe, including new water line from street to house. Other than one unfortunate accident which they paid for they were very good. Lots and Lots of connection, and no leaks. Amazing how they got the pipes connected thru floors and walls.

Where do I start...I hired Clear water to locate a small leak between the meter and my house. Simon came out and found the spot for me. I told him I was going to dig it up and attempt the repair myself..Simon told me that after I could see the pipe to call him and he would either bring the parts I needed or fix it himself.
The leak was under a 3 ft tall landscape hill...I called 811 and they located my power, right next to the water (of course) so no machines could be used to dig...6 hrs of digging and I found the pipe had been encased in a large tree root over the years...I called Simon...He came out the next day, a Sunday on labor day weekend! 4 hrs of cutting away the root and he got the pipe fixed.
Simon did not charge me anymore than the standard hourly rate...No massive holiday rates...No taking advantage...Simon fixed the pipe because he would not quit when it seemed pointless...He save me thousands in not having to install a new service...Hire Simon and Clear Water leak detection he works hard and is honest!

Very well. Mike and Bob arrived on time. Diagnosed source of leak in crawl space quickly. Left to get materials to do repair and finished it promptly. Very polite. Repair was costly but $65 coupon for Angie's list brought price down to a more reasonable range. Would hire again.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.
