I contacted Fox Plumbing to fix my stormwater drain which appeared to be obstructed by a tree root. Rick initially came out to investigate and provided a better solution (and less expensive) than had been recommended by another plumbing company.Eric came out and excavated the stormwater drain pipe which turned out to be co-located, on top, of a couple of PVC lines for my irrigation system. He repaired that section of the stormwater drain pipe around the tree root and refilled the hole.A few days later I turned on the irrigation system (which had been functioning for the past 12 years that I owned the house) and noticed the sprinklers were not working but that water was gushing through the dirt that covered the stormwater drain pipe. It was a week before a person could be scheduled to investigate what had happened.Josh came to investigate. When the two irrigation lines had been installed in the 1980s, the lines were buried on top of each other. The stormwater drainage pipe was on top of the irrigation lines. The irrigation pipe on top had cracks in two places where water had leaked and had been exposed to the work of excavating and repairing the stormwater drain pipe. The irrigation line on the bottom was okay but was being impacted by the tree root.Josh rerouted both irrigation pipes around the tree root; reattached the stormwater drain pipe and replaced the dirt. We tested the irrigation system which was back to its normal operation.I found be Rick, Eric and Josh to be very personable and able to answer all of my many questions. My experience with Fox Plumbing was great and I would recommend them to others who may have plumbing needs.

So grateful for a quick appointment (in inclement weather) to help us identify the source of our frozen pipes.

Epic shout-out to Nate and Austin - we had a pretty serious leak in our bathroom ceiling that was causing damage to the drywall. Called Beacon and they came out first thing and made all repairs within two hours and were just great to hang out with. Bonus points for awesome senses of humor.Personable, professional, efficient. 12/10 would recommend.

I called Roto Rooter today because I had water spring underneath my bathroom cabinet. My normal plumber was out of town. I was so happy that I called Roto router and especially the plumber who came to my rescue, Tim Nelson. He explained everything he was doing what needed to be repaired showed me the old parts and the problems that they had caused. He also wore booties in the house which I very much appreciate it. Tim is a great asset to the Roto router team!

Repipe specialists was responsible for a complete repipe of my house and switching over to Pex. I had 3 plumbers give estimates prior to choosing them. The deciphering factor for me was the care shown to ensure I understood what was happening. Repipe specialists were the only ones to fully explain what would be taking place. They actually sat down and showed me examples of the pipe they’d be removing and what they would be replacing it with. I felt they were also the most thorough when checking the house for my estimate, therefore minimizing the chance of unforeseen charges (there were none at the end). I do not regret my choice, and would recommend them to anyone looking for similar work to be done, especially if they want a clear understanding of the process. I asked a lot of questions, and they worked hard to get me my answers.

Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating replaced my Water Heater... in 20 years, this is the 2nd replacement both serviced by them. When I called this time, at 4PM... the Engineer was in my garage replacing the water heater within 45 minutes. I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
