Great service

I had a very poor experience with Beacon and would not recommend them.After my boiler had gone out over the weekend, I contacted Beacon, and a very nice gentlemen said they could help. I asked for the price and he said it would be $75 and that any subsequent work would be quoted in advance.When the technicians arrived that evening they told me the $75 was only for them to arrive and that it would be $700 to begin any diagnosis or do anything further. It was 5:45pm, I had turned away other companies, and the house was cold so I agreed. After 30 minutes (and no measurements) they claimed my exhaust venting was inadequate and would require a $5300 repair! When I asked for a price breakdown, he just told me they charged by the job and had a lot of liability (mind you, I have a flat roof). I told them no thanks and, after checking venting requirements with my boiler manufacturer, discovered that my venting was actually totally fine and I just needed a $100 wind cap. So I got less than nothing for my $700 and would have been badly ripped off for over $5000 if I had gone with them. I contacted customer service but they felt this was a normal experience and I got fair service for my money. I disagree but will let you draw your own conclusions.

Emerald city sewer was great! They identified the issue, did not try to oversell me, were super friendly and completed the job in a timely manner. I feel well taken care of as a client...I put their number on my fridge for the future!

Peyman came out the same day that we called. Our floor drain was backing up and Peyman explained everything in detail and was very fast and efficient. We were very happy with his service and would definitely recommend Roto Rooter to friends and family.

The plumbers were friendly, honest and explained everything thoroughly. They were ok that I added an extra item to the list too. I have used Jim Dandy before and knew they would do a good job.

I added an additional bathroom to my home. Bob Oates provided excellent service and installation of the necessary pipes and drainage to meet City of Seattle inspection requirements. My service rep, Jeo, was always on time & in communication. I highly recommend Bob Oates for all household plumber needs.

Have used them over the years. Called today because a rental unit of mine had an emergency. I called their emergency line at 8:47 am and spoke with their off hours emergency contact. She said that she would have someone contact me. No one called. I called to follow up at 2:14 pm. They said that they had no record of my call and that their emergency service is four days out. Really? Glad for them that their business is so good that they don't have to respond to customers. Wasted half a day waiting for a response from a company that I thought was reliable.

We had a really good experience. They showed up right on time, gave us a reasonable price, and completed the work in a fast and efficient manner. I had a follow-up question and they called me right back. I will definitely use them again if we have plumbing needs in the future.

Look no further than Ready Rooter for a plumbing company you can trust. What started as an “easy” DIY project to replace a bathtub faucet quickly became a desperate need for a reliable and experienced plumber.

I met Adam, the owner, at my local Home Depot while buying additional parts to repair my DIY project. He noticed that I was holding various parts and offered to assist me. He shared his vast knowledge of plumbing and even offered to help me troubleshoot if I needed further assistance. The best part of our interaction was that he was genuinely helpful without using any sales or marketing tactics to promote his services.

As I mentioned earlier, what started as a simple project ended up becoming a headache, and I found myself in need of assistance. Fortunately, I had saved Adam’s contact information, as I had spent two hours attempting to stop the continuous leak with no luck. I was also worried that the leak would cause significant damage to my floorboard.

I had a broken sewer line and Sewer Friendly was highly recommended by a neighbor. They gave me a fair price estimate for the repair needed and I hired them almost immediately. Today, Robert, Drew, and Parker showed up right on time and with everything they needed to do the job. They are extremely professional, and put a big emphasis on safety, and is obvious their dedication to provide excellent customer service. They finished the job ahead of time and for that I am a happy customer. I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again if I need their services in the future, these guys are the best in the business.

The reviews about this crew are true, I also had a great experience with Dirt Cheap Sewers for a complete sewer replacement. From Angel initially determining the cause and location of the problem, to offering every option available and on the spot estimating with fair pricing, to delivering on exactly the promise made. Day one, they trenched by hand, in the cramped space under the deck, replaced the root destroyed pipe, and had me back in action by the end of the day. The remaining days also required hand trenching to protect a slope sensitive tree line, and even without requesting it, I watched them take care to not hurt the large primary root structures of the trees, digging under and around them to access the old line, only cutting a few that needed it. This type of care was demonstrated throughout.

Accessing the portion under the house required cutting the slab, and a touch of jack hammering, but before the work began, Austin and Poncho took the time to seal off the rest of the house, as well as some belongings left in the basement. This crew works hard, staying as late as it took each night to finish the days portion of work and get me reconnected, while being receptive to my questions or specific requests. Then, at the end of it all, after back-filling and pouring me a beautiful cement patch, gifting me two new and more convenient clean outs, they literally cleaned my basement better than they found it.

This is a stellar crew, very easy to work with, and I am extremely pleased with the result. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth with these guys.

The Sump pump in my basement failed and I found Simple Plumber on Nextdoor. Joe (the owner) was great. Good price and great personality.
He does repairs and sewer clean out. I’m very happy and would highly recommend him. I live in West Seattle.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Alex did a great job cleaning out my drain. He was on time very though in his a assessment of the problem and explained it all to me. I would recommend Mr. Rooter.
