Best Pipe Inspection in Seattle WA

I've used Rapid Rooter several times. Their pricing is very reasonable and they do one thing very well which is clear your clogged drain. They helped me clear up a drain issue that was holding up my bathroom remodel and allowed me to continue with the project. I'll definitely use them again.

Very positive experience working with 2sons plumbing. They made it out quickly for the estimate and 2 days later they were back to do the work. Both Robert, who came out for the estimate, and Joey who did the work were profession but friendly as well. The office kept us informed of when they'd be coming so they all did their job well. I would/will definitely call them again if other needs arise.

Holy smokes, Beacon is so quick to respond I don't think I'll ever be freakin about any plumbing issues! I called them at about 11am this morning with a broken garbage disposal, and less than 2 hours later, it was replaced. Jesus and Liam were efficient and thoroughly professional, and today they earned Beacon Plumbing a repeat customer!

Couldn't have had a better company come out and do the work we needed, by far exceeded our expectations very friendly and professional workers!!

Water heater was spitting out water, called, came same day and replaced it! They brought things up to code and it was all done quickly. Super professional, also helped with my sink. Joe was plumber who came and was great, and so was the person who answered the phone. 10/10 would recommend!

Josh and Matt were exceptional. We needed to install our new toilet and ran into problems with our existing floor/plumbing. We called and within three hours they were here and fixed everything perfectly. They were efficient and professional. We would definitely call them again!

I have used Clearwater twice at 2 different houses and I appreciate their knowledge and explanations of what they find so even I can understand. I'll use the word quirky to describe my current water system, and Simon handled it all with calm knowledge and professionalism. I'm starting to understand the difficulties (I'm being polite) in this type of work, and I found Clearwater's pricing quite reasonable, all things considered.

Very bad experience. I called their number and setup an appointment for Sunday 2PM. I texted the address as I was asked so he knows where the property is. I also asked my agent to show up there. Unfortunately the person never showed up. I called him, texted him many times, but he did not get back to me. I was forced to rush on finding someone else as I had a pending inspection offer and needed it. Do not recommend them in case you want someone serious and you have tight timeline.

Todd is great. Reliable, honest, knows what he's doing and is nice. He has good resources and has excellent suggestions for saving money too.

We hired this plumber to take a look at a small leak under our sink. Unfortunately the plumber did not disclose to us that their work costs $280 an hour fix (higher than the average rate/what we were expecting) so we were hit with an unexpected bill of upwards of $500 to fix this very small leak. In the process of fixing the leak they also broke our facet (which they fixed). The work was fine but the communication about the upfront costs could be improved.

I had 2 technicians out to diagnose and replace a faulty kitchen faucet. Easy to schedule, polite, professional, and responsive. Will use again. Thank you!

Please use Green Planet for any plumbing issues! I had a horrible experience with Beacon Plumbing last week. Marcus & Justin with Green Planet came out and did what needed to be done and explained everything to me. I don't have enough money to pay for the permanent fix right now, so they went the extra step to get my line as clean as possible to buy me a bit more time. Great service, good prices, and they're honest. I highly, highly recommend these guys!

Update a year later: Rick inspected the sewer line for a client's home today, and he was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Sewer Friendly for sewer line inspections, repair estimates, and repairs. These folks don't make a commission from recommending expensive repairs, like some big-name local sewer companies. Rick did his job thoroughly and made recommendations appropriate to the issues he discovered. Thanks as always!
