Love these guys! I’ve hired them for a couple of projects. Their communication is great. I never felt like they were pulling my leg or trying to upsell me — just calling it like they see it and telling me what’s needed (and what’s NOT needed!). Professional, friendly folks. If they keep doing what they’re doing, I’ll be a customer for life.

Just to be clear, this emergency plumber provides the greatest service in the area. Even at an odd hour, they dispatched their staff right away to drain a very problematic pipe for me. I'm really appreciative of their prompt response!

I chose to write this review after speaking with several folks who had either had unsatisfactory personal experience or knew someone who had an unsatisfactory personal experience with Beacon Plumbing. If I can save one person from these swindlers it’s worth it. When you call to express your experience, you will be connected to Mark Jensen who is an employee of the company. I am unclear of his role however he indicated that he is the only individual that is in a position to assist with concerns. If you do not believe me call customer service. I was told to submit a statement, then the technicians would be asked for their side of the story and then we would seek resolution. He will string you along for what will ultimately be no resolution. Beacon Plumbing will not be accountable for the damages. They will replace expensive faulty parts they have installed with a cheaper part that should have been installed in the first place. But, then it is too late. They will not refund your money. This company lacks integrity. I called to have a kitchen sink faucet assembly replaced. I showed the service techs the water leak coming from the flex hose under the kitchen sink. This hose was part of the faucet assembly and could not be removed and replaced individually. I was told that was not the case and that the issue was the water pressure due to the expansion tank being old and water pressure reading the 75 PSI limit. And, the tech also recommended I change the faucet plastic shutoff valves because when the tanks get old and allow the pressure to exceed the limit they could pop off. I authorized the expansion tank replacement, plastic shut-off valves for the hot and cold water under the kitchen sink and behind the kitchen refrigerator. The techs turned off the house main water supply line and proceeded to perform the repairs. Once the expansion tank was replaced, I asked if they were going to check the new pressure, I was told it's going to be at 75 PSI. I stated, but the old one was also at 75 PSI. I didn't discuss it further because I felt I should contact customer service. The techs then turned on the house main water supply line and the same flex hose under the kitchen sink continued to leak. I told the tech that they should have just changed the faucet like I requested upon their arrival to my home.After the techs started to change the plastic valve behind the refrigerator, I was told they would have to cut a hole in the wall because the copper water line spun when the tech would try to unscrew the valve. I said I did not want to cut a hole in the wall, I was told that we are at the point of no return because we have started to remove the valve and because the valve we cut it could not be re-installed. They said they would put the cut piece of sheetrock back and put painters tape on it. They cut the hole and placed the cut piece back and taped over the cut with painters tape.After they left, I had no hot water. When I called back, I was connected to Mark. The same technicians returned. I asked if they turned off the water heater to change the expansion tank. The techs said they had not touched the water heater controller. They indicated the pilot would not light and that I would need a new water heater. I’m not saying they sabotaged my system, but I called about a leaky kitchen faucet and by the time it was all over I been taken for $4700.00 and responsible for a sheetrock repair.

Great team and reliable service

the tech, ron k #3459, was exceptional! he was very knowledgeable, resourceful and tenacious about helping us trouble-shoot the source of the problem. he made sure we had his card several times and said we could call him for future info if needed. the roto rooter dept that deals with the city, the call center and dispatch were less than satisfactory. it took several calls and weeks to get a tech to come video our drain.

Absolutely outstanding service - I had a plumbing issue on a Saturday evening and Arash was willing to come out on Sunday morning and fix the problem. I will be calling Ridgid for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Daniel is awesome, took the time to explain in detail the issues he found and several different optionto resolve them, very professional.

The technician arrived on time and explained what he needed to do and what it would cost. He was efficient and courteous while performing his work and did a nice job cleaning up after completing a messy job

These guys were amazing! They were very punctual. The crew showed up and repiped my moms whole house in less than a day! Quality job from Doug the estimater down to all the crew that worked hard and did a quality job . Reasonable bid too! Great crew! Thank you

I have used Clearwater twice at 2 different houses and I appreciate their knowledge and explanations of what they find so even I can understand. I'll use the word quirky to describe my current water system, and Simon handled it all with calm knowledge and professionalism. I'm starting to understand the difficulties (I'm being polite) in this type of work, and I found Clearwater's pricing quite reasonable, all things considered.

He replaced out kitchen faucet and 2 water valves under the sink. He was about 1/2 the price of the other quotes. And he has a very high attention to detail, does things right. We're super happy with what he's done.

I don't need a plumber very often but he's now definitely the 1st person I'll call.

Came, diagnosed, fixed all within an hour. Would highly recommend.

I had a leak outside and was pretty sure it was in the sprinkler system, but being the 2nd owner of the house I didn’t know where the main shutoff was. Over time it had gotten covered by dirt and then of course because I couldn’t see it I had also covered it with gravel in one spot and bark in another. Andy was able to locate it the leak and main shut off quickly. Then he was able to find the additional valve locations. He was professional, courtesy and caring. I’d definitely use Akers again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing leak detection and repair. Thank you, Andy!

Absolutely wonderful service. They were prompt, knowledgeable, extremely efficient and polite. I will not hesitate to recommend and/or call again.

Sharif repaired my burst hose bib which had frozen over the winter. The connection was in a difficult to access area, and a previous plumber had quoted me $2000 for the job. Sharif finished the job over two short visits and charged me $470. I was extremely pleased with his service for a few different reasons:

- I called him four times over the course of the repair job, and he picked up right away each time.
- He was very transparent and forthcoming about the details of the job. The knowledge he gave me about hose bib maintenance and operation was at least as valuable to me as the actual repair he made.
- He gave a solid quote within the first phone call, and the final charge matched that initial amount.

I will be going to Sharif for all my future plumbing issues for as long as I live in the Seattle area.

One very minor nitpick: he and his associate did track a little bit of drywall/masonry dust on my floor. Ideally, they would have cleaned that up before they left. But again - a very minor issue that doesn’t even preclude my rating them five stars.

I am in an older home and have septic. Unfortunately I have had to use Trusted Plumbing and Heating on several occasions because of roots growing into my pipes. They have great customer service, always quick to come and great pricing. Thank you Trusted Plumbing and Heating! Especially thank you to Jim and Nathan! Great job guys!!
