Best Main Water Line Repair in Seattle WA

Was able to schedule an appointment relatively quickly to fix a stopped shower drain. I had disassembled the drain assembly and cleared the line to the drum trap, which of course was impossible to wrench open (pretty sure it hadn't been opened 20 years).JP came out, cut the trap open, cleared the line to the standpipe with ease and then supplied a new cap. He even cut the galvo inlet to the trap and replaced with a PVC right angle so I can work on the drain kit myself if needed (hopefully not soon). Very professional and helpful and fast. Thanks JP!

Called Beacon on Easter Morning with a leak coming from an upstairs bathroom. They dispatched Sean R. within an hour and he quickly troubleshot the issue, opened up the wall and addressed the leak. He was extremely professional, took care to take shoes off, clean up his work and was upfront about what he could and couldn't do in terms of sheetrock repair etc. I don't mind paying more for a job that can get done in hours vs weeks as has been my experience with other more affordable plumbing companies.

Sam Deirdar came to clear a block in my kitchen drain. The clean out is in a small space and hard to get at. He did a great job and had lots of information on how to care for my system. Definitely recommend them.

We are grateful for the recommendation we got to use Jim Dandy to address a serious sewer situation last month. Andrew and his crew responded very quickly, even on a weekend, to start work. What began as a routine drain cleaning soon led to the discovery of a completely collapsed sewer pipe, but Andrew kept us informed not only of the specifics of the problem and approach he would be taking, but the practical considerations for the home and potential payment options. This expression of care meant a lot to us as the financial impact of these repairs was significant, to say the least. What a great company! I actually chose them on Angie's list for a special they were running on sewer relining- they came in gave me a good price and completed the work in a timely manner. Due to the amount of digging they had to do, a rock wall had to be dismantled which they did very carefully and actually reassembled it perfectly! My tulips and flowers all reappeared this spring!
The end result was, however, a few scrapes and gouges on my newly resealed driveway. I showed the minimal damage to the owner Bob and he and his crew returned once the weather permitted and happily resealed my driveway back to the condition it was when the job began. I highly recommend them, and plan to hire them again for additional work.

It was super easy to schedule an appointment. The team arrived timely and they were friendly and helpful and did a great job. They gave me a repair vs. new toilet quote quickly and even checked on a small leak we had underneath the house. Service was great and I would have given it 5 stars for just that, but the price itself seemed double what it should be. I feel like we got completely ripped off.

Simon arrived on time and persisted until he sourced my leak. This was determined to be in a very difficult position and deep in the ground. He not only helped source a repair team, but involved the local Enumclaw Water Utility team. The repair was completed exactly where Simon said the leak existed.

Bobby T saved the day after water started backing up in my shower. He called me back within 15 minutes of ringing him and came out the next day. He was very up front on what was going on, costs and options. I highly recommend him!

Had my water heater system need a purge and removal of air bubbles form the system. They came out within 3 days and fixed it very quickly.

He was easy to communicate with and I was able to get an actual idea of the estimated cost ahead of time, which was very reasonable. He was able to come out the next day and arrived exactly on time. Friendly and efficient, he got my new water pressure regulator installed beautifully and with a warranty. I'm very pleased to have no more drips and also to have perfect water pressure again. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic, friendly, concerned and knowledgeable. Technicians came out the same day, quickly identified my problem, took care of what could be done immediately, and offered me great advice that lead to clear lines, and a super cost effective resolution. I can not thank them enough. Highly recommended!

We had a lot of work that we'd been waiting to do. They did it all for a great price and very professionally. We are super-pleased with all of our interactions (they did the work in two stages). And they left us with an estimate for things that they noticed that might need fixing in the future. Very helpful and professional. Good vibes. They also found simple, inexpensive solutions to vexing plumbing problems.

A sink started overflowing with grease and other food pieces that came from the kitchen and a backed up pipe. We called at 9:30 at night and within 30 minutes, the two owners Mike and Adam were at our house. They were able to get a snake down and get the pipe flowing again. Next they put a fiber optic cable down to show us where the pipe still had grime on it. Mike and Adam were professional, explained the issue well, and were able to solve it. They came back 2 days later to hydro-jet the pipe and clean all grime off of it.

Rick and Cameron came to my home a couple times to unclog our drain in the basement leading to the main sewer line. They were thorough and professional, cleaned up after themselves, and cleaned up all the mess downstairs. They were very professional and included me in the findings with a sewer scope so I could see what they saw. Everything was 100% transparent.
