Water heater went out on the 4th of July of all times, was leaking from the drain and started flooding the downstairs. Luckily we caught it just in time and no damage to walls or carpet. They told me since it was a holiday and getting late it would be a higher price for them to come out. That's understandable as someone that's working during holidays instead of being with their families, should get compensation. Tyler told me what I could do to stop or slow the leak. It worked enough to get me until Wednesday. This saved me a few bucks by not having to payfor an emergency call and I really appreciate that Tyler doing that for me. Heater is now replaced and working great. Very professional work, new fittings and hoses and he cleaned up after the work was done. Very happy with Fox Plumbing with their response and help throughout the process.

We used Rotor Rooters and they helped us fix our water main blockage as soon as they could! Turns out there was still a leak the next day, so they came back again and a different technician helped us with the same issue. The management team was very considerate in that the testing was not fully completed to ensure the root cause analysis of the problem in the first place was solved, so they gave us an adjustment on our service and free camera inspection as well as guarantee. Clearwater leak Detection did an awesome job finding the leak problem at my house. He was very professional and answered my questions no matter how dumb they may have been. I did have to call him with a question which he answered with no hesitation. Turned out the leak was right where he said it was in my yard sprinkler system. I would not hesitate to call on Clearwater Leak Detection again.
