Best Main Water Line in Seattle WA

I've used Fox Plumbing for my clients but now I got to experience it for my own investment property. Technician Jarrod did a good job and got it done within an hour. My compliant would be more so on the communication aspect and best business practices. He was there on time. I didn't get a quote on the costs for the items till everything was done, which I wasn't happy about. For 1 hr. of work for caulking the tubs and counters, toilet repair, minor pipe leak, it was about $400.

Justin was a pro, saw right away what needed to be done to fix the outdoor faucet that had froze and detached from the pipe. Fixed it, and installed a shut off valve so if it happens again we won’t have to shut off all the water to the house. I was very happy with the work, and Justin has won this company my future plumbing needs.

We recently needed emergency work to replace a toilet, and Beacon dispatched someone (Preston Graham) in just over an hour, and he was able to complete everything in short order, and he moved us forward on some larger work we wanted done. Overall pleasant experience.

Our technician, Greg Price, was prompt, professional and courteous. He identified and remedied our problem quickly, while taking great care to treat my family and our home as if we were his family. Thank you Mr. Price!

We had multiple problems with our sewer line, and needed the professional plumber to take care of it for us. One of the technicians from Ridgid came the same day and he explained me what is going on and how they are going to look in sewer line with their camera.
They showed up next day early morning and were able to finish the job before noon. Very responsible and professional.

This company does great, fast work. They were done with the whole repipe in about 5 hours and it looks like great work. After getting 4 bids they were also by far the most inexpensive. I would recomend there work to everyone.

Value: Quote came in 40% cheaper than another major competitor in the West Seattle area for a top of the line 97% efficiency unit.

Responsive: Came same day (for free unlike 99% of the other plumbers) to give us a quote. Installed the unit NEXT DAY so we did not go too long without hot water.

Professional: Plumber (tre?) was a rockstar. He was communicative, efficient and overall great to work with.
