Service quality was very good, professional, and fast, but they were over 30 minutes late and very expensive for a simple leaking facet repair. The work was less than an hour and was a simple gasket replacement, yet it still cost $300! Perhaps this is the going rate for hiring a plumber, but I have to imagine there are much cheaper alternatives.

Tony and Victor showed up in the morning to fix the heating in my house. Within a few hours and finished the job the same day. The company was very responsive and sent out someone the same night. The person who responded was very conscious of cost and assessed the problem thoroughly before cleaning out the sewer line entirely. We ended up need some more significant work, but I really appreciated that everything was transparent from the start. Really impressed.

I used Rigid plumbing to fix my water heater and install a water heater. I called 4 plumbers, none would make it out and my water heater was actively leaking. He came quickly, fixed the water heater within an hour and installed my mixer. Shortly afterwards my house lost water pressure, and I texted him just to see if there was anything i could check. That same day he came out and checked and realized the screens in the mixer were clogged (due to rust from the water heater) and showed me how to remove & clean them. Great timely service, would use again.

They did a whole house repipe, including new water line from street to house. Other than one unfortunate accident which they paid for they were very good. Lots and Lots of connection, and no leaks. Amazing how they got the pipes connected thru floors and walls.

Overpriced and poor communication. They have a $99 fee to show up, which was never disclosed on the phone. However they will waive this fee if you agree to letting them complete the work. How convenient. I (embarrassingly and regrettably) paid $650 for a clogged sewer line cleared; note they also wanted to charge me an additional $350 for scoping the line with a camera before/after.

Of course when they ran their auger they only used a small retrieval tool, didn't properly clear the pipe, and the clog showed up a few days later. I got another company to properly clear it AND scope it for $300.

Everything was found and fixed very quickly, with no mess and a truly friendly spirit! I was extremely pleased and completely satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend Clearwater Leak Detection to anyone with a water problem!

We had an outdoor faucet that seized up and would not turn off, and the water continue to spray from the faucet.

We gave Zoltan a call and he said he could make it over asap. When he got here, he quickly assessed what needed to be done and gave an estimate. After we ok'ed the estimate, he got to work. In a short period of time, Zoltan had the faucet replaced and it was working flawlessly. He also deducted a little from the estimate because the job took less time than he thought it would.

It's great to have someone as honest, reliable, and knowledgeable as Zoltan. He is always who we call when needed!

5 star experience all around. I was a bit skeptical because they are a newer company, but I submitted my request on their site and Sharif got back to me the same day. He was easy to communicate with and I was able to get an actual idea of the estimated cost ahead of time, which was very reasonable. He was able to come out the next day and arrived exactly on time. Friendly and efficient, he got my new water pressure regulator installed beautifully and with a warranty. I'm very pleased to have no more drips and also to have perfect water pressure again. So refreshing to have someone local who I can trust after trying with the big corporate companies. I look forward to future business with Watertite Plumbing. Asked specifically for a heater tech. To fix a leak and answer questions.. sent 2 nice kids that didn't/ couldn't answer or fix anything.. was then told a heater tech would be back later that day.. waited all afternoon.. finally I called the office at 5:30 was told by a very unfriendly man too bad.. miscommunication, nobody is coming to fix your heat today.. what do you want me to do about it? Bad customer service.. bad communication.. waisted an entire day for these jokers.. I still don't have a working heater.. and wasn't offered any solutions even as far as scheduling.. nothing.. just plane bad form.. if this is what you get before they touch anything.. makes you wonder what quality of work they do...

Fixer was able to get me in touch with someone comfortable diagnosing my electrical issue in my house. The friendly agent was on time and was able to get to the root of the issues and gave me ideas to tackle my wiring issues.

I had given up hope that my water tank would survive much longer, but this neighborhood plumber saved the day by installing a new one at a reasonable cost. I will continue to use him for all of my plumbing issues because of his excellent job!
