Our electric furnace stopped producing warm air so we called Fox and had someone come out to diagnose the issue. The technician was courteous and gave me a detailed evaluation of the condition of the furnace. We chose to replace rather than invest in the old one since it was 37 years old! After the install I was concerned about how the new furnace was hooked up to the house wiring. I spoke with the service manager and he sent someone out right away to address my concerns. The technician he sent out was very experienced and knowledgeable and addressed my concerns by changing the way the furnace was hooked up. He also took the extra time to make sure everything was working as it should before he left. I will definitely use them again if needed.

hot water tank went out and flooded our utility room. they got to me pretty quick. they were very respectful of our home all the way down to putting little wheel covers on the hand truck to not get the carpet dirty. love these guye. they rock. Thank you Anthony.

We had to reshoot our plumbing line from the city water to the house. But Jeremy and Jay did a great job and navigated the inevitable hang-ups like calling the city for emergency pipe refit and getting the ditch company involved. Very professional and kids were so thankful to have water again!

Excellent service! I would have given 5 stars but it was expensive. The price was comparable to other services, but still quite a bit of money. The service guy came within 30 minutes of calling. He was quick and efficient! The added camera viewing of the inside of our pipes was amazing. We now know exactly where the roots are invading our lines.

In time response and quick fix on the leaking pipe. But the hourly price is the way more expensive than any other service I have ever heard.

My outside hose faucet was leaking a little bit. I tried to take it off myself and replace, but couldn't get it and was worried about breaking the pipe, which is a common problem. I figured I'd rather pay the price for the peace of mind and I'm glad I did. Ryan came out, was super professional, walked my through everything and got the job done under the hour minimum. He even offered to look at anything else we wanted for the remainder of the hour.

Corey's team at Bob Oates is very good. They did not waste time at all changing all of our old shut-off water valves in our 24 unit, 25 yr old bldg. They had scheduled my unit to be started in the afternoon, but called around 10 AM to see if they could come earlier because they were just finishing with another unit. Since they shut the water off to the whole bldg at 9 AM, I thought that if they started on mine early they could finish early to turn the water back on. That's exactly what happened. They didn't take a lunch break and finished around 2:30 and had turned the water back on by 3 PM as promised. All went according to schedule and no problems occurred with the work that they did. Only thing that they forgot to do was to turn the water heater back on. I had showered the next day with some tepid water, but I turned the power back to the water heater and all was fine in a few hrs. I want to thank Corey and his assistant for the fine job they did. I hope you enjoyed listening to the blues I had going on YouTube while you were working too.

These guys were fantastic! Baba and his team took care of a water pressure problem we had been struggling with for years. THANK YOU! They were professional, cleaned up after their job was completed, worked until they got the job done, even addressed some additional plumbing concerns we had the day of their originally scheduled job. Had a blocked drain...was happy with fast response time and customer service, but disappointed in high price point for an easy fix.

I called Clearwater recently and Simon ended up saving me thousands of dollars by correctly surmising that some very light, trickle-level flow that I had was not a leak but a different problem entirely.

Simon has expert-level knowledge on leaks and is very familiar with the intricacies of the Seattle water system; moreover he is very personable and patient in explaining the details of the detection process. I'd recommend his services to anyone.

Bobby came out to my house after hours to inspect a possible leak and quickly found a hole in a pipe where we had some work being done. He replaced the pipe and cleared the lines. He did all of this in about 1.5 hours. He provided feedback on other items that could be issues down the road (we have original galvanized steel pipes) and recommended the most cost efficient solutions. He totally saved us! I highly recommend Bobby when it comes to your plumbing needs. Total life savior !!!

Placed a call at 12:40pm and we were given an ETA of 3p-5p. Received a call back they would be ahead of schedule and they were to my house by 1:30pm. Super polite tech came in checked the issue (clogged tub/sink) gave us an estimate which we accepted. He was done within minutes! Will definitely be using these guys in the future! Thanks again!

I had a leak outside and was pretty sure it was in the sprinkler system, but being the 2nd owner of the house I didn’t know where the main shutoff was. Over time it had gotten covered by dirt and then of course because I couldn’t see it I had also covered it with gravel in one spot and bark in another. Andy was able to locate it the leak and main shut off quickly. Then he was able to find the additional valve locations. He was professional, courtesy and caring. I’d definitely use Akers again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing leak detection and repair. Thank you, Andy!

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.
