Great service

The service person, Kyle came within a few hours from my morning call.Put on shoe covers to protect our rugs and was expedient with the needs of our job. He even went out of his way to get us a new toilet since we sprung a leak with the old one.My only advice is you have a plastic tarp on hand to protect your rugs in case the worker only brings only a canvas one.

Just to be clear, this emergency plumber provides the greatest service in the area. Even at an odd hour, they dispatched their staff right away to drain a very problematic pipe for me. I'm really appreciative of their prompt response!

Found them on Yelp and they deserve 5* rating. Arrived on time, found the issue quickly and fixed it within an hour. The technician Trung was very friendly.

Worst experience with a plumber I've ever had. Had a gas leak caused by them that went undetected for over 5 hours, then when we called to have them fix it, they couldn't make it back for 3 days. Had to have PSE temporarily do the fix. When Beacon did return, they charged us $450 to fix the gas leak they caused. Never use them for gas line work. I will never use them for anything ever again.

Big enough to tackle any plumbing project and small enough to care about your clogged toilet or sewer. A genuine and honest company with great long term staff. Not flashy overpriced like the big billboard advertiser types, theyre largely word of mouth. Pioneer has done plumbing for my remodeling business and is the go to plumber for my personal home.

I called the general number and received prompt service from an actual human. I was pleased that someone answered the phone and was able to help me get service set up for the same day. The technician arrived promptly, and communication with the office and servicer was very spot on. They fixed the issue and clearly explained the problem and what caused it. I was very happy with everything.

Jeremy arrived promptly for my service call and quickly and efficiently diagnosed the clog in my sewer line. Working in a tight space where my trap was located, Jeremy carefully set up his equipment and cleared the clog. Jeremy also scoped about 50 ft into my sewer line to make sure there were no other obstructions. Clean up was great and Jeremy took precaution with protecting my carpet and tile with rubber mats and clean towels. Thanks again for a pleasant experience.

Our family's experience with Repipe Masters was nothing short of exceptional. Nick and his crew were complete professionals from start to finish. Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating was quick and painless. I submitted my request around 10:45-11am, they had someone call me at 11:20 am about the plumbing tech's ETA and Joseph and his coworker arrived around 11:35-40 am. Joseph and his coworker replaced the leaking pipe, the bathtub faucet and above all both men were very polite. I will be reaching out to Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating for future plumbing issues. Thank you, Joseph and coworkers for getting all of this taken care of in less than 4 hours!!! :)

We count ourselves lucky to have called Bobby T. He was able to squeeze us into his schedule on a busy Saturday. He was also very informative, explaining our issue as well as what he did to fix the problem. Fast service, good price, courteous and professional -- highly recommended!

I had main sewer clog causing back up in my basement toilet and kitchen sink. I called in Raman, he came out did camera inspection and gave me an estimate for sewer replacement. Within next couple days, they came out got the work done. Very clean, honest and hard working team, I must add very very efficient.

I had an emergency underground leak that was emptying my water main into my yard and my neighbor’s yard under concrete. I had to shut off the water and we didn’t have running water in the house. Most of the companies I called didn’t have any availability soon, and many would only do either the leak detection OR the repair work. Traci and Andy were phenomenal in squeezing our emergency into their schedule and were able to come and take a look the very same day. They were then able to fit me into their schedule the very next day and we ended up only having to deal with no water for two days. Ryan and the crew were also very professional and knowledgeable and left minimal impact on the yard and concrete since their method didn’t require any of the concrete to be dug up (they just go underground). I’d highly recommend Akers and would call them again in a heartbeat
