Best Line Installation in Seattle WA

It was the absolute worst experiences I had with any service providers. If I could give it negative stars I would. DO NOT recommend!

1. It took took them 4 visits spanning an entire month and a bunch of excessive charges to complete some basic fixes

2. The estimates they provided were largely inaccurate for what needed done

3. They sent an inexperienced electrician who was not very skilled to my house. He spent many hours and couldn't figure out what was going on and yet they kept charging me with diagnosis at full rate

4. The owner was extremely rude and impatient. When I called to discuss the charges, he talked over me, kept interrupt me, and hung up on me. I was shocked by his rudeness.

Below are the details. In hindsight, visit 2 and 3 are completely inefficiency due to the first electrician's lack of experience. And yet I was still charged. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience. Definitely don't wish it upon anyone else.

Visit 1: Charged for 1 hour, $200
Initial diagnosis. The electrician told me he needs to come back for the ceiling. Estimated an additional hour needed plus fixing 7 outlets.

Visit 2: Charged for 2 additional hours of diagnosis, $400
It turned out the 7 plugins did not require for any repair, which was the total opposite of what the electrician estimated. He diagnosed the fan in living room but no clear conclusion on why it was not working. The technician told me he needed to come back with a colleague again for the ceiling.

Visit 3: Charged for 1 hour of diagnosis plus some fixes, $500
2 technician did the trouble shooting. The living room fan still had no power. They told me they need to come back again and run a power source to get the fan going.

Visit 4: Charged for fixing the ceiling fan, $600+
Work quoted: 4 hours of complex work
Work performed: The more senior electrician finished the job in less than an hour. Yet I was still charged for the highest end of the estimate.

I'm not sure which of the following qualifies as a nice conversation in your book, and if any of them does, we probably live on different planets.

- Cutting me of mid conversation repeatedly, constant interruption, talking over me
- Hanging up on me before I can get a word in
- Failing to reach a mutually agreed upon solution

Putting up a facade on a public forum like Google does not make the past experience nice either. Doing good work and ensuring your customer's satisfaction is what counts. In my month long interaction with you and your company, the minimum bar was not met.

I stand by my original review. Not Recommend.

Andy was the intimate professional to take care if plumbing issues. Out of three companies he accurately diagnosed the problem, returned on time to complete, and no mess. I would hire them again

We've used BEST for several projects in our aging mid-century house. They are master troubleshooters and tirelessly committed to doing a project right. We had them adding new recessed lighting and refitting our panel to separate overloaded breakers. They also corrected some former owner DIY projects ensuring everything was to code. I can't recommend them enough and will continue to use them as we update and retrofit our home.

Edwin was a true professional and handled everything with care and ease. Highly recommend!

Seatown was very professional,courteous and easy to work with. I would recommend them and use them for future projects.

Excellent electrical Contractor I had them work on my shop and add a new service. Well priced and very good communication. Economy Wiring is worth it and I will recommend them to others.

Clowns!!!! My wife had called Mister Sparky twice to schedule an appointment to have our house evaluated in order to receive a quote for removing the existing knob and tube wiring. First off, the person representing their company on the phone had no concept of what knob and tube even was. Then, they asked us to call back since they were not in the office. After calling back, we were unable to schedule an agreed upon appointment time, so we moved onto another electrical company. This morning I received a call from a Mister Sparky electrician asking if they could come to the house earlier than our scheduled time... Again, we were never able to schedule an appointment due to the inadequacy of their front desk. I already had another electrical company coming out, so I could not accommodate Mister Sparky and told them about our scheduling experience. This afternoon I received a call from their office saying that they show no record of my wife even calling. Hmmmm??? If my wife never called, how did their electrician magically get my phone number and address and know that we happened to be in need of electrical work? Maybe they should get into psychic work instead! This company needs to get their act together-- starting with their scheduler. As an Architect, there are plenty of other good electrical companies I would recommend.

This is the second time I have used this company I love the quick service. Erin was a true professional replaced my electrical panel in one day.

Had these guys come out to my place in W Seattle. Was told no parts was required so it would only be labor and won't cost much, so I had them carry out the work. When I received the invoice it was close to $400!! I was pretty amazed after being told by the owner Terry himself that labor would not be much. Won't be using these guys in a hurry.

fast, professional, excellent value. had a 12 gauge, 120V/20Amp electrical circuit installed, with a conduit outlet for the garage. they completed the job in just over an hour. highly recommend.

Mike did much electrical work for my commercial building. I called on him over an over because of his skills, organization, competence, and reliability. I'm in a different line of work now, but I will always reach out to Spectrum first, and recommend anyone else to do the same.

I'm selling a house in Lake Forest Park that needs a few small electrical projects taken care of. Two weeks ago I contacted Seattle Electric to have them get in touch with my real estate agent for scheduling because I live a few hours away and she was going to get them access to the house. I followed up last week because they hadn't called her. Today I had her call them because they still hadn't called. Lance told her that he isn't interested in working with a real estate agent and was very rude. I called to find out what was going on and they told me they were all booked up. I've wasted 2 weeks approaching a closing date on the sale of my home waiting for these jokers to do their job.
