Instant service, Kitchen drain was plugged, they showed up within 2 hours of calling them. Excellent service.Total transparency, you get told what you'll have to pay upfront.As with any emergency service that is at your house within hours, 24/7, it will likely be way more than you expect for just snaking out a drain pipe. So ask when you call them, they have a price list for standard jobs. And then decide if you'd like to use your kitchen today, or whenever the other guys can come out. There is a cost to maintaining that level of service. Also Bobby Wagner. Go Hawks.

The receptioniat, Cassandra was very courteous and professional. Mike Wright was the tech that ARRIVED ON TIME. Fixed all my issues in a timely manner.. would definitely use their service again.

Although they claim to do plumbing, after cleaning the drain the tech informed me “I am not a plumber” and left my problem unresolved. $750 for one hour!! I don’t recommend them.

Quick Response, for Small Problem

We had a hose bibb that did not work, and had trouble finding someone who would even respond to calls/email. Then we remembered driving by the Green Planet trucks on Fauntleroy. I submitted a request on their website and got a very quick response with a reasonable quote and upcoming availability - within a few days. I called Friday and they came on Monday (not an emergency for us).

Eeso walked thru the problem with me and had it fixed very quickly - did not even need any parts. He showed me what he was doing in case we had the same (stuck valve stem) problem again.

Green Planet will be my FIRST call next time!

Our hot water heater started going out over the last several weeks. Given that our house is heated by radiators and we have a new baby, this was a serious problem. Because of the rarity of our unit, other plumbers flat out refused to even try to help us out. Not only did PlumbWorks take our calls at all hours of the night, but Nick actually spent the time required by the manufacturer to become a certified technician, just so that he could order a part for us, he didn't charge us a cent for that time. Nick and Marcus know their craft, and they are two of the nicest people you could meet. I highly recommend using PlumbWorks when you need to fix your water heaters; they do good work and they they charge a reasonable fee.

I love Joe the Plumber and recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing services in the Seattle area. Wezee's totally exceeded my expectations. We had had a leak in a copper pipe and so we had Dan from Wezee's come out and upgrade all our basement copper plumbing as well as move a sink fixture and a laundry fixture for us. I also later asked him to add a new line for a fridge which he added with no problem (at an additional cost, of course, but a reasonable one). The price for all the work was quite reasonable, too. I had another company cancel the day-of on giving me a quote and other competitors wanted to charge me just to quote me (not to diagnose a problem, but tell me how much it would cost to replace plumbing that is largely visible), but Wezee's gave a free quote and stuck with it. They had an opportunity to increase the cost when the drywall was all out of the way, which I understood, but they ended up sticking with their quote. Certain aspects of the job were harder than anticipated, but they didn't upcharge me still and I really appreciated the integrity here. At no point did Dan cut corners - if anything, he did even more than I thought was possible in that space. I would definitely hire Wezee's for other plumbing work. Dan was very professional and patient throughout, and the work was completed on schedule. (Note that the electrical lines hanging out in the photos were not Dan's fault, and some of the sewer piping, like the white ones, were pre-existing)

Simple Plumber is simply the best! We had Joe over (again) to replace our tub faucet (had a cheap faucet with a broken diverter). Upon opening the bathroom wall, he found some galvanized pipe was still running through the house. Some of it appeared to turn behind the bedroom wall, but he couldn't be sure where it led. He replaced what he could see with copper, but didn't let the job get away from him. He could have easily opened up our bedroom wall and turned the whole project into something much larger (and more costly for us). Long story short, our new faucet is wonderful. It is rare to have a professional who is capable, respectful, honest, and downright funny. If you like, he will involve you in each step of the process. And, if you ask nicely, he may even let you use some of his fancy tools -- So. Much. Fun. Thanks again, Joe!

I had a pretty serious back up in my bathroom sink. The pipes were clogged and sludge was oozing from the sink and would not drain. Chris from Fischer Plumbing came out within a day of calling for the service and did a fantastic job. After 20 minutes of work the pipes had been cleared out. Water drains as it should and the terrible sludge smell is now gone. Thanks Fischer and thank you Chris for such efficient great work!
