Kerry was very nice ! Funny and helpful. The follow up was very challenging. I wanted to order a vanity and called 4 times, was told I would get an email from Kerry twice, asked if I wanted to pay (when I hadn’t even ordered yet) and overall will likely not use best plumbing in the future.

Conal (plumber) was out to fix a leaking pipe in the crawlspace. Whist here I shared that I had a frustrating problem with the water pressure and I was not able to shut off the water to the house from within garage. He shared that it was the type of shutoff valve used in these houses when built and the issue with water pressure wasn't related to new construction, as I thought, but because of the pressure regulator which was now failing. I very much appreciate his taking care of all three issues. Running the faucet and showering is now possible again! I can turn off the water in garage again and the leaking pipe has been addressed I could not be happier with the work and getting these issues addressed in a timely manner. Simba came out and inspected our septic system for clogs and ended up needing the tank pumped. He was patient with me as a first time septic system user and explained how a septic system works and the parts involved. Did not mind me watching or helping either. Will definitely call them again if needed.

Arash, the business owner of Ridgid Plumbing came to our condo on a few hours notice to convert the incompatible shut off valve to one that will allow our new sitting dishwasher to be installed. Installer used by home depot can install it because they don’t want to deal with liability of connecting a metal braided hose to a plastic shut of valve. They also can’t fix it. The big problem we have is that we’ll have an open house to sell the condo next day and no functional dishwasher. Arash was able to fix this issue and install the dishwasher which work well and nicely placed. He also fixed the drains of the new vanity sinks the the contractor didn’t do a good job of making sure there was no leak. Arash was easy to talk with and don’t give you a hard sales or doomsday talks that will make you get scared of the cost of plumbing repair you’ll be dealing with. He showed honesty and integrity in his work. I kept his contact info because I know I will be needing his professional services in the future. Though he’s the business owner you can still see the humility and hard working traits in him explaining why he’s so successful and the quality of work he does.

Excellent customer service and the plumber was very friendly and did a wonderful job. The work was replacing the whole house water filter in the crawlspace. Cost was very reasonable.

We just had our house re-piped by Repipe Masters (replaced 60s-era galvanized steel with PEX). They also installed a new hot water heater and two new toilets we had purchased.

The crew that performed the work was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They discovered that additional work beyond the original scope was needed, and worked several additional hours to complete it (at a very reasonable cost).

The owner stopped by to check in on the project, and was clear with communication before and during the work. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their house re-piped.

Responsive: Came same day (for free unlike 99% of the other plumbers) to give us a quote. Installed the unit NEXT DAY so we did not go too long without hot water.

Professional: Plumber (tre?) was a rockstar. He was communicative, efficient and overall great to work with.

Honest and kind workmanship. Joe takes the time to really find-out what the problem is. He’s excellent at putting things into perspective - my mountain really is just a mole hill. He doesn’t suggest any unnecessary work; only what’s needed to get the problem resolved. Simple Plumber is my go-to every time.

As a business owners and owners of a commercial medical building, we have had the occasion to work with several different service companies. We have found Fischer Plumbing, Heating & Air to be consistently competent and honest. All the technicians have been very easy to work with. We could wish for instant service, but that's unrealistic. Instead they have been able to respond in a reasonable time frame. They are my go to solution for plumbing, heating and air.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
