Helpful and professional staff. Good selection of quality fixtures to actually touch and try out. I'm updating a faucet and sink I'll use multiple times a day for the next 25 years and I just couldn't find anything I liked at the box stores. I walked in, got helped immediately, and got a selection of excellent quality stuff to choose from in about 10 minutes. They have extremely high end stuff but also really good stuff that is reasonably priced compared to the low end junk I found at box stores and on mass retail websites.

Seattle Sewer did a great job with my toilet auger services. Trung and Steve were great and they cleaned up everything after the job was done. They were very fast at getting me scheduled and the job completed. Very friendly staff. They gave me a fair price, showed up on time and used great product. Thanks Seattle Sewer plumbing!

I am the Director at Queen Anne Food Bank and I walked into a busted pipe early one morning this week. Called Beacon and got amazing service on the phone (thank you Bobby in Dispatch) and a team was out within the time they had promised. Josh and David did a great job and we managed to stay open to provide meals to our customers that morning.

Pioneer has done a great job servicing my business. They respond quickly, do great work, and charge a fair price.

3 hours outside of the service window selected. Communication was fine, repair was fast. The 3 stars is for the exorbitant price and the fact I had to wait until 7 pm. If you know you’re understaffed maybe don’t let people choose an early service window. Cost almost $500 for less than 20 minutes of work to clear a clog because they were working on a flat rate not hourly.

They were very professional and friendly. I used them twice and I was very happy with the work each time. They made it a priority to come to my house the day I called to give me an estimate - and without an annoying trip charge like other plumbers - and they sent professional and courteous people to do the work. They worked diligently and without a lot of breaks, and also left the job site tidy when done. If I have to a use a plumber again in the future, they'll be my first call.

I've worked with Bob Oates plumbing for several years. They do excellent work. Casey, my tech, is honest effiecient and knows his business.

Answering questions, turning off the water supply (after being requested the morning of), talking with the manufacturer of the specialized equipment we needed installed, and helping us make the most money conscious, educated decision possible. Our hot water heater started going out over the last several weeks. Given that our house is heated by radiators and we have a new baby, this was a serious problem. Because of the rarity of our unit, other plumbers flat out refused to even try to help us out. Not only did PlumbWorks take our calls at all hours of the night, but Nick actually spent the time required by the manufacturer to become a certified technician, just so that he could order a part for us, he didn't charge us a cent for that time. Nick and Marcus know their craft, and they are two of the nicest people you could meet. I highly recommend using PlumbWorks when you need to fix your water heaters; they do good work and they they charge a reasonable fee.

I live in a new build, and HD plumbing were the guys assigned to fix issues we found after moving in. It took a couple tries to sort out all the kinks, but Nick and Bryan have been the friendliest, most professional plumbers i've had. They were courteous and happy to answer all my stupid questions. Each visit took an hour at most. I'm happy to continue with them if I ever have any need.

We had to get a new water heater, and it was so easy to schedule an appointment. The technician, Barry, was so nice, went over the quote (which was a great price), and replaced our new water heater in 2 hours. Great customer service, I would highly recommend.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
