I had burst pipe underneath my kitchen sink and called Fox Plumbing to come and fix it. They sent Bobby, who arrived on time, and once he got to see what needed to be done, got right into the job. While working, I had general questions about plumbing, and Bobby was more than happy and knowledgeable to answer all my questions. I had complete trust and confidence of his know how and workmanship as he was very professional and proficient in what he was doing. Bobby completed the job in less than 2 hours, much less than anticipated, given that it required some cutting into the wall and creeping around in the crawlspace area. He didn't make too much mess and cleaned up the work area after the job was complete. He even gladly accepted my coupon. If needed, I would call Fox again in the future and would gladly recommend them to family and friends.

Waste of time and money. Had an electrical issue with one light and hired Beacon to come and take a look. The electricians came, pretended to check the ceiling light. They used a high voltage meter to check on a low voltage outlet. And when I asked them to do it properly with a meter that could actually check the voltage, they appeared irritated then brought out a proper meter. Then, without doing much additional work, they said that all my pot lights needed to be replaced. They couldn't really tell me why.. just proposed that as a solution to a problem that they didn't investigate. The whole thing felt like a scam, so I paid them their $75 show up fee, and sent them away. Won't be using this company.

I've had ECS do several jobs for me and they are always timely and fairly priced. I highly recommend using Wayne and his crew.

Absolutely outstanding service - I had a plumbing issue on a Saturday evening and Arash was willing to come out on Sunday morning and fix the problem. I will be calling Ridgid for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Main issue was resolved, but the plumber left a mess (see photo - white residue all over my floor and deck). Not a big deal on its own but I called and emailed the company 10 times over the past month to get a partial refund and have received no response. The hourly rate was quite high so I was expecting better service than what I’ve received.

Great service! Plumber was professional, tidy, and polite. Clogged toilet was promptly cleared and the guy verified the problem was fixed before he left (it hasn't recurred). I recommend this company.

I had main sewer clog causing back up in my basement toilet and kitchen sink. I called in Raman, he came out did camera inspection and gave me an estimate for sewer replacement. Within next couple days, they came out got the work done. Very clean, honest and hard working team, I must add very very efficient.

Akers exceeded my expectations on price, professionalism, and finished product. Their team replaced the waterline to my Seattle house with 1 copper, installed a new heavy duty shut off valve, and bolted everything to the concrete foundation. Looks great and works great. I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
