We had a leak in the waterline to our garden and also needed an update to the line going to our garage where we were doing a remodel. The remodeling project needed Fox's work to be done at a specific point in time so the remodel work could proceed on schedule. Fox was very responsive and provided helpful ideas regarding placement of the new waterlines. The installers, Jose and Macario, were very polite, efficient and did an excellent job. Fox Plumbing will be the first company we call in the future.

Jose did a great job installing a new hose bib on the exterior of our home. He had to work in snowy conditions. We will have him back in the spring to replace the other two hose bibs and our main shut off valve

Jesus and Aiko came out to diagnose a water leak on our wall and ceiling. I was impressed with their professionalism and ability to locate and repair the leak quickly. They cleaned up all debris and assisted me with figuring out how it happened.

Folks, we are in the midst of a global pandemic, and Will from Pioneer Plumbing showed up early for our appointment to fix my kitchen sink. He was professional, efficient, and, most importantly, respectful of my request to maintain social distancing. He fixed the problem in one hour flat with a smile on his face. Originally they said the plumber was to be arriving 8-10am, but he arrived pretty late. I figured okay, that’s pretty normal he could be booked. But he ended up arriving around 1 which was 3 hours later and 4 calls to roto-rooter.He also entered the tenets apartment when he arrived but didn’t notify me (the land lord) that he had arrived.I had to call dispatch multiple times to find that he had already entered the tenants restroom and had taken a look. On my arrival he said that this repair would be a flat fee of 420 and I had to sign before we reentered the house and he would complete the job.He arrived with a new faucet which was great and originally said it’s be a simple job. I hopped downstairs for a quick meeting I couldn’t miss, and told him I’d be back if he needed me or if there was more information besides what needed to be done.I come back he proceeds to tell me that he could A. Block my faucet to my tub and make it so that it only showers or B. Get materials to fix the problem, but charge extra 120 dollars for the travel fee not including whatever the material costs were.Of course I was flabbergasted. Option A is ridiculous- how can someone say- oh, I finished the job by blocking your bath spout. Please give me 420 dollars.I called to fix my bath spout- not remove it! I told him I want option 2 (even though I’m thinking dang that is a lot of money).However, it was understandable that he didnt expect this problem and didn’t anticipate the pipe being the wrong size for the faucet he brought.He returned and fixed the faucet. It looked like he was doing fine so I excused myself briefly to have another zoom meeting and told him to holler when he was done . He didn’t call or contact me , and after I finished my 25 min meeting, I messaged my tenet to ask if the plumber was finished. My tenet said he was, so I hopped back upstairs to take a look and was confused that there was no caulking.I went outside to pay and asked him about the caulking and he said he didn’t have any on hand but that my tenet said he could caulk the faucet.I wasn’t happy that he didn’t have caulking, (seems very unprepared), but understood that my tenet could finish that job since he offered to do so.Finally, the plumber offered a 75 dollar discount- which I was confused about because when I first called, the person on the line said that the 75 dollars for an estimate would fold into the job automatically if I proceeded to go forward with the job- so if felt funny to be offered it with a different context.He was a nice guy, but seemed underprepared and was late

Outstanding customer service and workmanship. Owner (Arash) immediately replied to my after hours inquiry and sent the skilled and personable plumber (Reza) to quickly and correctly locate a cracked drain intersection in my crawl space. This required using multiple couplings to customize a perfect fitting replacement and adding hangers to support the joint better and prevent a repeat. It was worth the higher-than-handyman cost which was still well below what the big corporate plumbing outfits would have charged. I'm keeping the Rigid Plumbing and Drain Services contact info because I plan to call again next time I need plumbing help.

Bob Oates was extremely professional; excellent communication, clear and detailed quote, timely and helpful plumbers. Corey, TJ and the rest of the guys that came to rescue us from multiple plumbing problems that accumulated over the pandemic. They were *all* so kind, efficient and helpful - sorry I can’t remember everyone’s name but kudos to the team at Bob Oates for their excellent work and professional approach!! Definitely recommend. They fixed problems for us including leaking pipes, clogged sinks and a dreaded MAJOR sewer repair. We are in great hands with Bob Oates!!

I called Puget Sound Plumbing for water heater inspection because I received a $59 off coupon from them. First appointment, no one came and I received a call for rescheduling at the end of the two hour arrival window. The customer service was polite and professional. So, I gave them a second chance. A technician came 30 minutes late for the second appointment. He did nearly nothing as he thought the water heater is fine and they would charge $200 more for a real inspection. As the other reviewers mentioned, they charge $99 dispatch fee. A dispatch fee makes sense but their charge is a bit too high. I assumed that I could use the coupon to reduce the dispatch fee, but the technician didn't accept the coupon. I told him that I need to call their customer service to confirm. He immediately lost patience and became very rude. He said I was wasting his time. He threatened that I had refused to pay the fee and there would be consequences. He jumped in his truck and was leaving. I was scared by his reaction and stopped him to pay the fee. Puget Sound Plumbing has totally ruined my weekend.

I would like to tell everybody : this was an emergency, he came in time and fixed multiple problems quickly!! Left the work area cleaner than he found it!!! He worked patiently and knows what he is doing. Thank you so much. I will call you again.

Bob Thayer, owner, was able to fix a plumbing issue on my work van, Aussie Pet Mobile, in a matter of minutes. He did it after hours and was extremely reasonable. Genuinely nice guy who you can trust your plumbing projects with!

Service Tech Michael was on time, knowledgeable, fixed our issue quickly, and indulged me patiently by answering all of my 101 questions.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
