We had a terrible experience with Beacon Plumbing, the gentleman that took my call was very accommodating, was able to get someone out same day as we had a leaking garbage disposal at our rental. Once the repair man showed up he told my husband the book states it will cost 517.00 to install + 75 fee for showing up, billing us 652.00 to spend 20 minutes to switch them out. Mind you I bought a brand new disposal at Lowe's so they didn't use any of their parts. Extremely disappointed with their response through email and taking advantage. I plan to share this with everyone I know, I trusted them having Bobby Wagner represent them but feel I was robbed

First of all they missed the window they had the appointment scheduled for. Charged $350 for replacing a simple knob that turns off water to the flush tank. Since it was kind of emergency I had no choice but to go with it. No reasonable options suggested. All super expensive options and not willing to fix anything. Just replace. The person also agreed that the parts cost maybe only $30 but the labor is around $300. It was a simple fix and he did it within 10 mins. That was the labor. Pls try to get inspection done and estimate before going with them.

Super glad I called Ridgid Plumbing today. We had a hot water leak under the house. Armin came out and knew exactly what to do each time a curve ball was thrown his way, due to some access issues. Can't recommend this firm enough!

Luis came to the house, and was able to de clog an outside drain. Very courteous. A pleasant experience.

Nick and his team were clean, courteous and were able to do the work quickly. They repiped our house in one day and when he realized they had forgotten to repair the drain pipe for the washer Nick called immediately to let me know so that I wouldn't use the washing machine until they had come back asap to correct the mistake. They even made time to correct a bad decision we had made about keeping a faucet when they returned.
Bottom line: They provided us with good service and great value.

Scope: The feed line leading from the water main cracked and was flooding the front yard.

Communication: Top notch. This was an emergency appointment and they communicated every step of the way. There was a slight delay in getting here, but they were true partners and kept me in the loop every step of the way. A quote was provided in a very timely manner.

Service: Top notch. Michael showed up on time and completed the line replacement. However, upon completion he noticed one of the city's lines had cracked from the tree roots as well. He contacted the city and they were on site within 30 minutes. He stayed with them and even dug a trench to keep the water from entering our home. They went above and beyond and I am extremely thankful.

I cannot thank you and the entire team enough. You have earned my future business.

Unclogged a pipe in a three story building. They had to put a camera down the drain, gain access into several units, snake from two units, cut through ceiling, cut pipes and re-glue.......hydro-jet the line and unclog the drainage pipe. VERY responsive!

Todd is an absolute pleasure to work with. Quick & easy and very affordable. I have referred him to other many times now. When you are buying a home, it is better to safe.

This morning Jeff and Jon came to our home to unclog a shower we couldn't snake successfully. They were on time, professional, courteous , and friendly to our very barky dog :O) After unclogging the first shower, Jeff asked if there were any other issues we wanted them to look at. So, we asked if they would unclog another shower/tub that was draining slowly - all within 30min. I would highly recommend O'Neill Plumbing!

Richard, my plumbing tech was fantastic. Was able to fix the clog in the bathroom sink and standing shower with ease. The price is also competitive with other plumbing companies near me, will definitely use their service again in the future if needed.

These guys just finished a side sewer project for my neighbor's and our shared line. We had the now famous 90 year old Seattle sewer pipes and one section had root intrusion. Rob and Jamie were fantastic in quoting up a couple different options. Jason was the crew lead and he was a total professional. In the end the whole project was painless for us and the price was very competitive.

We learned of Sewer Friendly from a friend's referral. I would not hesitate to recommended them to a friend or neighbor!
