They were professional, cleaned up after their job was completed, worked until they got the job done, even addressed some additional plumbing concerns we had the day of their originally scheduled job. Will absolutely use these guys again and recommend them without reservation! Thank you again.

I believe the work I had done was done correctly, however for the amount of time they spent here and the amount of time they actually spent working in my bathroom, they grossly over charge. I would consider other options before going back. $1,900 for 2 hours of work is not reasonable.

Simon arrived on time and persisted until he sourced my leak. This was determined to be in a very difficult position and deep in the ground. He not only helped source a repair team, but involved the local Enumclaw Water Utility team. The repair was completed exactly where Simon said the leak existed.

Zoltan does great work! Reasonable prices, zero-pressure sales. If I need plumbing in the future, I will be calling him again!

Just found out about a leak we had going in our crawl space yesterday. Bought this house 6 months ago and was not prepared for a huge plumbing disaster. After calling around to multiple plumbers in the area, with no one available, Bobby returned my call and said he'd be right over to at least look at what the problem was and turn off my water main for me. As a new homeowner and someone who knows nothing about plumbing, the fact that he just came over to assess and reassure was huge. He told me exactly what we could do to speed the process along, and that he'd be back as soon as he was able to actually fix it for us. Within less than 24 hours he was back here, and completed the entire job in a short time, and at a reasonable price. But more importantly, we now have a plumber we can count on for any future problems that may arise. That peace of mind in an older house is worth every penny! Thanks Bobby and Norm, you guys are the best. Highly recommend them.

Booked an appointment for various things around the house like hanging photos, repainting a wall, etc. Took the day off work, cleared all the surfaces and pulled the furniture from the wall Picked a 3-4pm arrival window, and at 3:50 they texted to say that they weren't coming and they'd auto-booked me for Monday morning at 9am and offered me a discount. Only a recorded customer service message at the number and only a text message asking me about the new slot. Really poor service

The company replied to my review below. This is the first time I have heard from them since I initially contacted them. I never received any calls/emails/pigeon back.

At best poor accounting. At worst fraudulent invoicing.
I am still waiting to hear back from their management after having called 3 times for an explanation to my invoice.

I had a plumber come out to replace the sacrificial anode rod on my water heater. He was punctual and on time (even early) which was surprising and very much appreciated. He explained to me that this is not something people normally do and went on his way. The entire interaction took less than 5 minutes.

Prior to scheduling the service, I was told that their rates were $100 for the first hour, then $50 for every 15 minutes after that.

The invoice I've just received is for $181.67
I've called 3 times now to get an explanation. They've told me that the service person logged 20 minutes at my place.

Fortunately I have security cameras that confirm this is not true.

I am still waiting to hear back from their management after calling 3 times. I will update this review if anything is resolved.

Curtis and Jason were great! They confirmed via text message, they were on time, very professional and very clean. The work was excellent, good attention to detail and a very friendly service!

Evan is awesome, we got back from vacation on tuesday to find out we had a water heater that was leaking everywhere. I called a couple guys and took pics and told me since I had radiant heat they couldn't get the job done. in short ProMax Water Heater was recommended to me, and Evan was so quickly to reply and he found a tank that would work with my radiant heat! he came early on Thursday morning and not only did he install the water heater he was looking for other future problems since the pipes were making some weird sound. Everything is fixed now and I know if iI need any plumbing services in the future I will be quick to give him a call

I've called Mike's twice now and both times they've been super fast, courteous, reasonable, downright friendly nice guys. Highly recommend them.

The workman was competent and fixed the leaky shower control I about ½ hour. The part was less than $50 and the final bill was over $350.
Obvious price gouging for a service call.
The Timeless Plumbing Office Manager was unable to any details about the billing.
At this time, the owner of the company is to call me.
We'll see.

I’m so grateful to the friends who recommended this business. Jacob provided clear explanations and asked clear questions in order to draw up a quote rapidly and get the right tank fit into our rather complicated space. His arrival was faster and the quote was a little bit lower than all the competitors I contacted. He also detected and repaired a shower leak. The crew was very professional. There was minimal disruption to the household and they cleaned up completely afterward.

I have used Queen Plumbing for many jobs in the past, not only for met personal residence, but also for my clients. As a real estate agent it is paramount to have professionals that I can trust and sometime in short notice. Queen Plumbing is hands down one of my favorite plumbing resources in town.

Had Christian and James over the help install two floodlight cams. Guys were polite, respectful of my needs, clearly laid out options and completed the work within the time they quoted. Would definitely use again!

I use Seatown for my home and my rental.I’ve had plumbing work done on my rental home. Scheduling was easy, the work was completed on time, and was high quality.For my home, we had major gas leaks. Our gas was turned off for a week! No hot water or heat in the winter time. Seatown’s Sean came in and got us back online. Quality work and professional service. They worked around the utilities schedule and came it to finish up the work. Thank Sean and Seatown.
