James from Fox Plumbing came out and replaced some turn off valves and supply lines. He also inspected a questionable waste line, did some testing and determined it was okay. He was a great guy, talked highly of his company. I would call Fox Plumbing again in a heartbeat because I feel the company is very well run and it's employees are honest and trustworthy.

Being a first time customer, I had a great experience from start to finish. For an emergency clogged toilet issue, I called the plumbers from 2 sons and they sent Dave within an hour. And I cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with his service. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about his craft. He is an expert in plumbing and was able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Dave for any plumbing needs you may have!

TLDR:-replaced something that didn't need to be replaced-charged me $520.40 for it even though it's a $30-$40 piece -$620.40 for the whole 30 min job that didn't even fix the problem and left my house without water for a week-didn't give me $50 off even though I gave him the coupon-was going to charge me another $430.45 for 5 mins of work I ended up doing myself.I don't usually write reviews but I want to share my experience so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. I read reviews before I called to book, and although most of them were good I should've listened to the bad ones. Here's my experience:Willie/William came. He replaced a delta monitor cartridge and explained that the top assembly piece was cracked. It was only available on ebay so I ordered the piece and he said he would come back to install it. First thing to note. I had a $50 coupon that I gave him before he started and he did not discount me. After I paid he said that it was too late and that if we booked again he'd discount me then because he could not refund me and re-charge me(which I'm pretty sure is possible). However, that's the most minor issue of the job. He charged me $520.40 for a piece that cost $30-$40. The worst part is that the part didn't need to be replaced. This information was verified by a different plumber. I tried to call multiple times to get an explanation but was directed a bunch of times to only end up being sent to the managers voicemail. It said to leave my info and they'd call back but it's been a week and I've received no call back. I received the new piece this morning. It took me 5 mins to reinstall-adhesive caulking and all. He quoted me $430.45 for this work.

Never responded to email or messages. Phone line just went to message when during business hours.

My mother and I were stuck in the middle of the road since our car stopped working. This sweet strong guy helped us push the car from the road to a parking lot and we are beyond great full, thank you so much Andrew/Andy. Jim dandy give that man a raise he did above and beyond of his job !!

Very well. Mike and Bob arrived on time. Diagnosed source of leak in crawl space quickly. Left to get materials to do repair and finished it promptly. Very polite. Repair was costly but $65 coupon for Angie's list brought price down to a more reasonable range. Would hire again.

Technicians came out the same day, quickly identified my problem, took care of what could be done immediately, and offered me great advice that lead to clear lines, and a super cost effective resolution. They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.

Please use Green Planet for any plumbing issues! I had a horrible experience with Beacon Plumbing last week. Marcus & Justin with Green Planet came out and did what needed to be done and explained everything to me. I don't have enough money to pay for the permanent fix right now, so they went the extra step to get my line as clean as possible to buy me a bit more time. Great service, good prices, and they're honest. I highly, highly recommend these guys!

Ben was great! Professional and very friendly. He fixed my shower which had valves which failed so not hot water- even though he didn’t have the right part initially he came back promptly and fixed our issues
