I installed a new garbage disposal and thought I did a good job...until I started running the water, dishwasher and disposal - water everywhere. I called Beacon at 5:30pm...they were here within an hour and BAM - resolved! Santos showed me exactly where I messed up but he was complimentary on the rest of my installation. Great guy, great company!I picked Beacon because of their Stop Freak'in moniker.PS - I cringed when I called because of the time of evening, figuring they'd hit me hard with after hours rates - Nope. So happy! Thanks Beacon!

Just a quick note to all looking for an honest plumber....STAY AWAY from Pioneer Plumbing. We had work completed by Pioneer on a renovation 2 years ago (in addition to a previous remodel on another home). A YEAR after the completion of the remodel, they sent my husband and I a bill for $2800. Seeing as how there was no way to verify what work was done or (even after asking numerous times for proof of additional work completed that we did not already pay for) we finally agreed to pay them half the amount of the bill in good faith since we were generally happy with their work and so that we could all end the relationship on a positive note. Since we never heard anything back, I assumed the matter was settled.

Fast forward to today, and I have a plumbing issue with the pipe they installed. I called the office and they are not willing to come back and work on their very own installation. They explained that they don't guarantee their work after a year anyways, and that they refuse to work with us anymore.

Save yourself from the frustration....and bills coming A YEAR after completion of a job. What a shame--thought I had found a good one :(. Terrible, short sided, customer service.

They showed up on time and they were super friendly and helpful.

We had Bob Oates come out to clear a blocked sewer line. They were courteous and got the job done. What we really appreciated is that after we had already paid, the technician realized that a note on our account indicated we were to get a discount because of a scheduling mistake. We hadn’t even been told that we would be given a discount, but the technician notified the office and they in turn contacted us to tell us they would send a new invoice for the reduced amount and would stop the original payment. We appreciated their effort to make things right when they could have accepted the original payment without saying anything.

Too expensive. Did not choose them.

I called Puget Sound Plumbing for water heater inspection because I received a $59 off coupon from them. First appointment, no one came and I received a call for rescheduling at the end of the two hour arrival window. The customer service was polite and professional. So, I gave them a second chance. A technician came 30 minutes late for the second appointment. He did nearly nothing as he thought the water heater is fine and they would charge $200 more for a real inspection. As the other reviewers mentioned, they charge $99 dispatch fee. A dispatch fee makes sense but their charge is a bit too high. I assumed that I could use the coupon to reduce the dispatch fee, but the technician didn't accept the coupon. I told him that I need to call their customer service to confirm. He immediately lost patience and became very rude. He said I was wasting his time. He threatened that I had refused to pay the fee and there would be consequences. He jumped in his truck and was leaving. I was scared by his reaction and stopped him to pay the fee. Puget Sound Plumbing has totally ruined my weekend.

Todd has been nothing short of exceptional in the quality and ethics of his work. Even though plumbing companies will have their own cameras to look at your sewer, nothing is better than an independent, objective assessment. We wanted to take a look at our sewer line, and Todd came by the next day. He identified a hole right outside our house, explained what needed to be done, and as well said to call him back when the hole was fixed so he could a) review the repair and b) continue the inspection of the rest of the line. We received a video with pictures of the line a day after. He followed up with us on quotes and suggested work from sewer companies we had received to guide us. Well above and beyond his scope of service. It just does not get better a customer experience than that.

Zach is always looking for the most reasonably priced solution for your electrical needs. A Seattle resident for many years, I highly recommend his work.

Booked an appointment for various things around the house like hanging photos, repainting a wall, etc. Took the day off work, cleared all the surfaces and pulled the furniture from the wall Picked a 3-4pm arrival window, and at 3:50 they texted to say that they weren't coming and they'd auto-booked me for Monday morning at 9am and offered me a discount. Only a recorded customer service message at the number and only a text message asking me about the new slot. Really poor service

Had a broken pipe and needed help asap! We found Ready Rooter and they were great.. they came out, replaced the copper piping.. got the job done and cleaned up in less than a day!

Had a tenant somehow unscrew the bathtub drain and call me cause it wont go back in. Being in Alaska, I couldn't take care of it myself as I built the house. I called another plumber first, who was too busy and recommended these guys. That says something right there....

Marcus came out 5 hours after I called, let himself in the house with the hidden key, called me immediately and was a little confused why it would happen. He found the tenant had cross-threaded the drain into the boot, which could cause him to replace the entire drain. He wanted my permission to try to fix it (fix the threads), then if needed, replace the entire drain.

Calls me back 15 min later and says he had success getting the original unit back together, and tried to only charge me there minimum service call. I voluntarily overpaid (pay for what you get people) and including tax was out the door still for just over $100. Crazy happy.

Integrity, skilled and super easy to work with. If I could give 7 stars I would. Marcus could have turned this into a can of worms by just not trying as hard. And he would have made a lot more money doing it any other way than he did.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.
