Best Home Drain in Seattle WA

Our water heater failed several days ago, however the leak was small and manageable but only for a short time. I reviewed various plumbing companies in the area and came upon Fox. In looking at their reviews and overall rating I decided to call. They were very friendly and amenable to a next-day consultation. Doug was the plumber assigned to our service job. He arrived early, was very friendly, and knowledgeable. I am the kind of person to ask a lot of questions and he was well-versed to communicate the answers that I was seeking. He worked quickly, professionally (he even wore the shoe covers on his boots when he came in from the garage). I was pleased with the eventual product (Bradford White water heater) and the manner he installed it (including some fancy earthquake straps to secure it for the eventual big one.) I would note that the price for service was higher than most other companies but you get what you pay for in most circumstances. Since this is my first encounter with Fox, I hope it proves to be an enduring value.

I recently experienced a sewage problem at my house, which was, to put it mildly, a stressful and upsetting scenario.

Jesus and Liam did an amazing job of fixing our garbage disposal after a piece of metal got stuck. They were efficient, professional, and answered my questions. I will definitely be using Beacon Plumbing in the future.

I had 2 toilets that were needing to be installed. Will not only did not come out to do them, he additionally allowed a leak to persist. Do not use this company if you want reliable service & on the chance that you must, ensure Will is not your plumber unless you want bad service & a bad job.

I had my home repiped with pex by repipe masters in November of 2020, and have had no issues with the pipes in the year since. The price was fair and it only took a day for the repipe crew to complete the job for my home (1600 square feet). Nick (the owner) is very friendly and easy to schedule with. I recently had an issue with the main water valve that turned out to be user error, and Nick graciously helped out with that.

This was the most exploitative and unethical behavior by a company I have ever heard of! A worker named Carlos H. came to my elderly parents home to install an old garbage disposal, informed them that the disposal was not working and that he would replace the unit with one of theirs for $900!!! When my 93 year-old father declined, he requested $434 for coming to the home and insisted on being paid. My very vulnerable parents paid him $274 for doing nothing!!

Pool was loosing water. Simon came and did an extensive examination of the pool and all the plumbing. He was able to map out all of the undeground pipes for intake and outake. Eventually he found the leaks in the side of the pool. There was an old decommissioned 1.5 inch copper pipe that had started leaking at some point. He inserted a screw cap, and the leak was fixed.

Mr Zoltan re-piped my house, added a drain pipe for my kitchen, installed a new water heater and a new water line to the main. I am so happy with the work he did and his price was very affordable. He was very honest and walked me through anything that he had done or came across that needed attention. I highly recommend using him for any plumbing need you may have as he is very knowledgeable and hard working.

After a competitor had been out twice to try and repair the issue, it was refreshing to see Ammon so invested in finding and fixing my issue as well as making sure I was happy with his work. I would definitely hire Drain Pro again and I would certainly request Ammon.

Todd is great. Reliable, honest, knows what he's doing and is nice. He has good resources and has excellent suggestions for saving money too.

I contacted at least 4 different people trying to get my garbage disposal and bathroom fan fixed. Everyone was booked out weeks or just didn't even respond. I found fixer and literally had someone arrive the next day. He was professional, super helpful, and went above and beyond in his service. Fixed everything quickly and explained what was done clearly. I can't recommend these folks highly enough!!

Everyone I dealt with was fantastic, friendly, concerned and knowledgeable. Technicians came out the same day, quickly identified my problem, took care of what could be done immediately, and offered me great advice that lead to clear lines, and a super cost effective resolution. They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.

I recently used Green Planet Plumbing and Sewer to replace my water heater. This was not a straight forward job.

The water heater was tucked into a small alcove in my utility room and blocked by a small cabinet (with a sink) and a washing machine. The old 50-gallon unit had a power vent. I called numerous plumbing companies, including the largest in Seattle. I was faced with companies who: couldn’t come out and provide me with a bid until the following week, gave me astronomical bids, told me certain things were not possible, or insisted that I move the sink cabinet and the washing machine. Really??? One plumber said the job was too “messy” and wasn’t interested.

When my service technician, Justin, provided me with the bid, he suggested an idea others hadn’t and was able to do the job without moving a cabinet that every other plumber claimed needed to be moved.
Justin performed the service today - and I couldn't be happier. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, conscientious, and personable.

I would also like to recognize Jeremiah. Due to the schedule, I would need to wait a few days for a new water heater. Knowing I had not had hot water for days, Jeremiah offered to do his best to see what he could do. Through his unprompted efforts, I had my new water heater the next day.

I am so pleased with my service that I brought over a neighbor who has rental houses, to meet Justin and asked for some additional cards to give to my friends in the neighborhood.
