Very prompt service from both their HVAC and plumbing team. They sent me an email as well as a phone call to let me know when their worker was on his way to my home, including a photo of the employee. Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff. We have been very satisfied with Fox Plumbing for our HVAC and plumbing needs! Highly recommend!

Sean came over to our place on a Sunday when we had a particularly irritating sink drainage issue. The blockage was deep, deep in the pipes and Sean spent a good deal of time navigating our ancient galvanized pipes and finally broke through just as things were starting to feel hopeless. Thank goodness! Very glad we called Beacon and got Sean, he was a consummate professional and pleasant to have at our house, plus he gave us tips to prevent this happening in the future. Zoltan was very responsive (his schedule allowed him to come by the afternoon that we called) and did a great job on the hose sillcock and indoor sink drain leaks we had. We will definitely be calling him for any future needs!

At best poor accounting. At worst fraudulent invoicing.
I am still waiting to hear back from their management after having called 3 times for an explanation to my invoice.

I had a plumber come out to replace the sacrificial anode rod on my water heater. He was punctual and on time (even early) which was surprising and very much appreciated. He explained to me that this is not something people normally do and went on his way. The entire interaction took less than 5 minutes.

Prior to scheduling the service, I was told that their rates were $100 for the first hour, then $50 for every 15 minutes after that.

The invoice I've just received is for $181.67
I've called 3 times now to get an explanation. They've told me that the service person logged 20 minutes at my place.

Fortunately I have security cameras that confirm this is not true.

I am still waiting to hear back from their management after calling 3 times. I will update this review if anything is resolved.

We’ve used this business twice and would not use anyone else. They are good at what they do. They are thorough and very reasonable. They are also very trustworthy. If you need their service you will not be sorry that you gave them a call.

Zoltan is the man!

Wade did a nice job of showing me the short circuit and water damage on the mother board of my Navien boiler. He had or acquired a new unit (Navien NFB-H Residential Condensing Boiler) and did a same-day installation. The cost was high at $14,600, but the service was excellent. Four stars instead of five because the cost was so high, and the original Naven boiler should have lasted a few more years. I don't know who did the original installation.

I use Knockout Plumbing for both my workplace and my home. Silas and Colin are amazing. They are reasonable and also made sure to inform me of the problems at hand and the solutions. I will be sure to use them again and again for all my piping needs.

My newly installed AC was not working, but they came out on the weekend and diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly.

If you want to get a job done (and done well), this is the place to call! I found them through Home Depot, who put in a request for me. The next morning, I received a phone call from Green House Plumbing to schedule a free estimate for that day. Luckily, the technician was available to start working on the project right after the assessment! He removed my broken kitchen faucet and installed the new one I bought from Home Depot. All this was done within 24 hours of the request. I'm very thankful.
