Called at 9am with a clogged sewer line, offered 1-5pm appointment window. Called at 3pm asking for status, was now told I had a 5-9pm window (even though I had an email confirmation), but they were doing their best. Called again at 5 and 7, still no firm ETA. At nearly 9pm, told that honestly they wouldn't be there until the next day now because they are just too busy. At midnight, I called Mr. Rooter and they had someone here in 30 minutes who efficiently solved the problem and I was in bed by 1:30 after waiting the entire day for Roto Rooter, who is terrible. Not sure if I can ask them for damages since they never actually performed any service, but at least I can share my story.

The service was great. They arrived on time and were courteous, fast and efficient; the job was finished in a matter of hours. Clean up was thorough. Will recommend to my friends.

Outstanding service!! Managed to get out the same day as I called and arrived exactly as scheduled. Very proficient!, localized and verified the problem very quickly, plot was accurate to within a foot, even thought my line was over three feet deep. Wezee's Plumbing saves the day! Awesome service, super cool guys on site, and great, reliable work.

Tried to replace our main shut-off valve DIY style, but ended up with issues where we were without water. Called Wezee's on a Thursday in the late morning. Dispatcher said there teams were stuck on jobs, but one could come out first thing on Friday morning. A couple hours later, she called me back and said they could come at 3pm, which was a savior. We had another plumber lined up to come around 6pm, but really appreciated Wezee's accommodating us on such short notice. Two nights in a row without water starts to get old.

Thoren and James showed up, and were total straight shooters. They tried to work with the mangled situation that we presented them, and we had some good laughs with how we got to where we were. They were completely honest in their assessment and presented a couple different options which hit different price points. Once we all agreed on the best course of action, I green-lighted the work. They worked incredibly fast and had everything buttoned up and ready to rock by 4:30pm. No small feat when this job required getting into our foundation wall because of the short stub of pipe we'd left them to work with. They did this all while letting us watch over their shoulder, and giving us several tips along the way.

On the $$$ side, they were totally fair, and even gave us a considerable loyalty discount when I mentioned one of their co-workers had installed our tankless water heater. Wezee's is a class act, and before they left, I had them bid re-piping a bathroom remodel upstairs. We learned our lesson, and look forward to getting them back out here to give us solid work and piece of mind.

Chuck and Brian from Green Lake Sewer are the BEST. They're straight shooters who knows what they're doing and won't BS you. They've cleared our sensitive sewer line several times now and after our most recent experience calling another company, I will never, EVER call anyone else. We called Greenlake Sewer first but they couldn't get out to us in West Seattle until the following day. We were impatient, as people are when they don't have a working bathroom, and decided to reach out to another company, who turned out to be total hustlers. This company spent 5 minutes snaking the line only to tell us that they couldn't clear the clog and we'd need a $10k repair. We declined. Thankfully Chuck and Brian were able to get out to us the next day where it took them about 15 minutes to clear that sewer clog with only a snake and some elbow grease. On the way out, they gave us some great advice about treating our drains with BioClean, which will hopefully help us avoid this problem in the future. Thank you Chuck and Brian -- we are eternally grateful to you and will sing your praises from the rooftop!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Evan at ProMax Water Heaters & Plumbing for responding to my emergency phone call the morning after Thanksgiving to report a busted pipe under my kitchen sink. Evan came out as soon as he could and replaced our cheap plastic pipe with higher quality material. I appreciate Evan's promptness and quality service, along with his willingness to answer unrelated plumbing questions including what to do next step with my aging water heater. He did a great job and kept my kitchen clean in the process. I will call on him should any other plumbing needs arise and highly recommend!

I had Zesbro Plumbing fix my leaking faucet. They showed up on time an =d the tech was very friendly. Great price compared to other companies I called. I will for sure ne using them again.

Cesar was quick to quote and very responsive to any questions. They replaced a waterline that was leaking using trenchless methods. I am very happy with there work as you would never know the work was completed. Every areas was restored to as found.

I ultimately chose Cesar due to his promptness and his method only required his company versus me having to hire out 4 different contractors which would take a lot more time.

Steve came out at the recommendation of our realtor to fix a few things before listing our house for sale. He was quick to respond, fixed all of our issues, and was overall a very pleasant guy. Definitely recommend!

OUTSTANDING service. We were 36 hours away from leaving on a major driving trip headed to the midwest with 4 people in the house and guests coming and going when our main sewer line exiting under the foundation plugged solid. We had had some previous issues but of course, it picked this timing to plug completely! No using any water in the house at all!After phone calls to two other companies that could not respond immediately we were fortunate to contact 2 Sons Plumbing. They responded within a couple of hours, determined the issue and made a plan to repair the following morning, the day of our departure.2 Sons arrived the next morning as promised and got the pipe repaired within a few hours. Laundry, Bathing, dishwashing...all commenced! We were able to leave only three hours after our planned departure time.Their price was less than expected and far less than I have heard about from others with similar issues. Better yet, the cost was fair. No upselling like some others.I highly recommend 2 Sons.
