Toilet was not flushing. They augered the toilet and removed some wipes. Toilet still was not working properly the next day so they returned, augered again and fixed the problem.

We chose Repipe Specialists because they were affordable, but we'd use them again because they were fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. Jose and his crew worked very quickly and helped us with getting our old house up to code for the inspection. The head office responded very quickly to my questions and were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend working with them.

Stay away! I feel like I just invited a crook into my house. First off they charge a $99.00 discharge fee to show up. This is charged if you don't have any work done and also on top of any work you have done, as opposed to having a minimum you must pay that is applied to any work you have done. But the real doozy is that they write crazy inflated estimates that are absurd. And then you are stuck paying 3 times what you should, or paying $108 for nothing ($99 fee, plus tax.) I had a different plumber stop by to assess the problem with our leaky faucet earlier in the week. He told us to buy a new faucet rather than having him fix the existing one and he would fix the emergency shut off valve and change the faucet for $200 to $250. Unfortunately, by the time we got the faucet he was out of town on vacation and we were not comfortable with the faucet running till he got back. So that left us with Puget Sound Plumbing quoting $919.61 for the same job. Needless to say a I gave them their stupid $108 dispatch fee and sent them on their way. I feel like they could make a business out of just traveling around and collecting dispatch fees for crazy estimates and would never even have to do any plumbing. I feel totally taken advantage of and conned.

We identified an issue with our main water line on Saturday night. Called on Sunday AM, had Andy the owner over to have a look in Sunday afternoon, and scheduled work for Tuesday. They dealt with everything (city, etc), and work was completed as expected - on time and on budget. We had water that evening. Yard looked perfect. Great service from a family company. Highly recommended.

I'm so glad I found Sharif. Now I have a plumber I can trust. Things that set Sharif and Watertite Plumbing apart:
1. When you call, you're actually talking directly to a plumber (Sharif). No intermediate person who just does scheduling and can't answer any of your questions.
2. Sharif will generally give you an estimate over the phone based on a description and pictures. None of this paying someone $100 just to come out and look at it nonsense. He'll also be honest about what factors that can't be evaluated this way might cause the estimate to change, but generally will stick with his original estimate and that's what you'll pay for the whole job.
3. He will keep in direct contact with you and update you if something's changed his schedule and he won't be able to make it when he estimated he would (no 4-hour windows sitting around at home wondering if someone will ever show up).
4. He'll tell you honestly about the price of different options and the pros and cons.
5. He'll use appropriate urgency to address a problem.

My interactions:
I first contacted Sharif about installing a smart water shutoff. Based on pictures, he gave me an estimate and said what problem might arise that would require additional work. This was totally different than the handful of other plumbers I called, where I spoke to a scheduling person who wanted to schedule a $100 for someone to come by for an estimate. I ended up installing the shutoff myself, but based on my interactions, I knew who I would go to the next time I had a plumbing problem. So when the waterline to my house started leaking, I called up Sharif on a Friday afternoon. He was able to come by that evening and worked in the dark to dig up and identify the leak. We talked through options and what they would cost. Because I had old rusted out galvanized, the whole thing had to be replaced. Throughout the process Sharif was communicative about the work needed and when he'd be doing it, didn't charge more than his original estimate (even when it turned out he needed to also move my interior shutoff), and gave some advice on unrelated plumbing things (like how I could make my sewage extractor less stinky).

Next time I have a plumbing issue, I wouldn't consider calling anyone else.

I had an extremely great experience hiring Fixer to fix a faucet in my rental property. They were on-time, professional and very open about what and how they do. Tenants were happy with the service and I had access to all necessary information for my records. Highly recommend!

I’ve been getting a lot of quotes and calling a lot of companies to fix issues with my home lately. I’ve met a lot of untrustworthy, pushy salesmen. When I found out I needed a plumber due to a broken pipe in my crawlspace, I was less than eager to start calling around for more quotes. I found Green Planet from a few recommendations I saw on the West Seattle Facebook group. I emailed them through their website at 11pm Wednesday night. They had emailed me back by 8am and had two guys out here by 9am. The guys were professional, kind and obviously knew what they were doing. The quote to fix the repair was reasonable. They gave me a second quote to fix another problem they found but were honest about it not being an urgent fix. I’m tight on cash right now, so having this honesty, with no pitchy salesman act was so refreshing to me. They fixed the issue and were done before 11am. As a female homeowner, it’s really common to get taken advantage of and I cannot thank Green Planet enough for being a stand up company and getting the job done quicker than I expected. I will definitely be calling them for all my future plumbing needs!

I haven't even gotten to use these guys yet (but I will) and I'm already impressed. they have great reviews from the Beacon Hill neighborhood group. I have spoken with Thor both times....once was a last minute dishwasher install that I needed to have happen and they were not able to adjust their schedule but his advice helped me find someone. Just now I called on a leak and he advised me how to proceed to go to a leak specialist first to save me the most money and time. I plan to call them when i find out where my problem is because they sound knowledgeable and honest.

Being without a kitchen for 4 months after a pipe break, I called ProMax and Evan answered the phone and immediately got me into his schedule which was the next day. yay! He was friendly, efficient and got the job done. I cant recommend this business enough.

I only use Wezee's Plumbing. They are small and local and reliable, they do great work and are priced reasonably. Just the best.

Had Anthony out from Zesbro and he replaced my garbage disposal after it stopped working all of a sudden. He came out, looked at it and figured out that it had rusted out and wasnt good anymore. He gave me a price to replace it and had the whole job done in less than an hour. Would defintely use them again and will let my friends as well.

I tried to get these folks to come out and they no called, no showed. 4 hours after they were supposed to come out I called and said they would be by either later that afternoon or the next day. Again they no call, no showed. After a week I had to find another company.

Steve installed a tankless (on demand) gas water heater for us, relocated the gas piping, and installed new venting and a recirculating pump. Service was excellent, timely, and very professional at a very fair price. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Angelo replaced a frost free hose bib in our backyard quickly and proficiently. It was not an entirely straight forward job. I appreciated his detailed explanations and price adjustments when elements of the job weren't as complicated as anticipated.Separately Two Sons has replaced a water line and performed an epoxy injection to extend the life of our sewer line. Both big jobs and handled well. The work is expensive however in all cases Two Sons was cheaper and faster than the competition.
