Steven was awesome! He was on time, attentive and did a great job finding and fixing the problem. We had been scheduled for a Friday and the office called to say the tech was running late (thank you for not waiting till the last minute to let me know!) and offered to have him come out on Saturday for no extra charge. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. 100% would use again and recommend! Thank you!!

Came same day when I was expecting to wait weeks before getting someone out. They figured out my problem and made the necessary repairs, quickly & easily. I will used them again when I finally get an electric car charger installed.

Power went out at my apartment after a short buzzing sound and half of my place lost power, including my heater. It was late on Sunday, so I was thinking to get someone first thing Monday morning.
I called couple of different electricians and couldn’t get anyone to come in till a week or two.
Then I called Galaxy Electric and Solar.
They were also super booked, but they found the time to come and check what was wrong at my place. They were able to fix it the very same day in a record time. I was absolutely blown away with their professionalism, willingness to help and ability to do a great job in a quick, effective and clean way. Needless to say, they were lifesavers, thank you Galaxy Electric!
I would absolutely recommend their services and if needed will use in the future.

Raincap remodeled the interior of our house--bedrooms, living room, bathroom. They did an outstanding job. Excellent attention to detail. Project was completed on time and on budget. Highly recommend them.

Exact Electric came out and estimated grounding our condo electical. Worst case they would potentially have to run grounding wire out to 12+ outlets throughout a 1400 sq ft condo. We expected and were prepared for a $5-10k project. They found a simpler solution however using our grounded conduit, and estimated verbally ~$1000 for the project. Asked when they would deliver written estimate so we could get work started, they told us early next week.

Early next week came and gone.

Over the course of the next four weeks, we called to follow up on the estimate and schedule work, and EE repeatedly committed that they would get back to us with contractors being scheduled 1-2 weeks out... and then not get back to us. I followed up by text, by email, and by phone. I talked to the estimator, and then on later calls to the electrician contractor - only to get the run-around. They both told me it was as simple as sending an already-written email on multiple occasions only to have them not follow-through. There's been no unhappy communication between us - just me: hey when will you send over that estimate, EE: oh its all written up I just need to hit send; will do that today, me: okay will look out for it, and then never arrives; seriously multiple times over. I've lost count how many times I've called and followed up. This is a terrible way to treat someone - leading them on, running them around.

I called their dispatch two seperate times hrs apart yesterday for service... no technician called me back. I called again this am third time. Finally get a call back, the tech said he was busy till 4, maybe I should call someone else. Horrid customer service.

best heating and cooling technicians in lynnwood, they installed heating and air conditioning for my family and it was great.

Jonathan was fantastic. Very professional and made some great suggestions. Was cognizant of the costs and tried to keep the job as cost effective as possible. Was expensive, but I know I got a quality job done right.

Dave was great for our nearly whole house rewire. We had a bulk of our circuits on knob and tube. He was able to replace them all and preserve the character of our old Craftsman farm house. Many other electricians wouldn’t even claim they could do it to the level he did without damaging our lathe and plaster walls or without drilling holes in our old bead board walls. Dave did it all; Hot tub circuit, RV hookup, out door outlets and lighting, whole home surge suppressor, electrical mast raise where it comes into the house. Inspection passed with flying colors, and we couldn’t be happier. Change order fees were minimal as he really worked with us through the process. While he enlightened us everyday he came to work on our major electrical project with conversation, his work will continue to brighten our world everyday going forward.

Contacted Matt at Mirsky about an outlet issue. Mike came and replaced 5 outlets, including GFI’s. As always, service was timely, friendly, and professional, and price was reasonable.

Have had a positive experience with Kemly Electric. Isaiah and Jordan were the technicians who helped install the lighting and electric smart tint for my new business. Even though we've run into some obstacles with the products they've been very patient and helpful and great at thinking outside the box for solutions. Would highly recommend!

Had several items to take care of: added outlet under sink for plug in garbage disposal, replaced bathroom fans and changed a few light switches. Professional workmanship including cleanup!
