Best Heating Maintenance in Seattle WA

We had a shower fixture fail while we were away from home, causing water to leak inside the wall, down through the floor, and eventually it caused a rainstorm in the kitchen below. Of course this happened on a weekend, so getting a plumber to come quickly was challenging. After placing numerous calls and not getting anywhere, I tried calling Fox. They returned my call fairly promptly, and had someone out within a few hours. The technician was polite, and clearly explained what the problem was. He didn't have the part he needed to complete the repair, but did return on schedule a couple of days later as promised to complete the fix. Overall I'm very happy with Fox's service. The only thing holding me back from giving 5 stars instead of 4 is because when he came back with the replacement part and opened it, he found that it was re-furbished and not working properly. So he had to make another trip to retrieve a new part. Not his fault, but a bit more efficiency from their supply chain would have cemented a 5 star review. I would use Fox again.

Aaron fixed my front of the house hose bib due to leakage, Studied the plumbing in the crawal space for leakage, will report back for pricing to have changes made. He was very professional, and and a very pleasant young man

Our plumber (Gavin) was fantastic! He was on time, investigated the leak in our ceiling, identified the issue quickly and repaired the old pipe. He cleaned up nicely and was professional and friendly the entire job.

Sherif installed a new water heater and recirculation pump for my home in North Capitol Hill. My home is fairly old and my water heater was over twenty years old. It was my first time replacing a water heater and when I gave Sherif a call he patiently walked me through the possible outcomes and pricing for each option. Sherif gave me all the information without me committing to any kind of service. Also, Sherif had me send photos of my water heater to him so that he could assess the situation. I found this much more effective than many of the other plumbing companies that insist on a visit and $100+ charge before providing a quote. Sherif was very communicative on the day of my service. One of his earlier jobs had run longer but he kept me in the loop the entire time, letting me know when his ETA was going to be. When Sherif and his partner arrived they did the job with great care, making sure not to scuff up any part of the house while removing and installing the old and new water heaters. Overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend Watertite Plumbing.

On time and clear pricing. Good work was done efficiently. The only negative is that they seem expensive. I don't know the going rate for these types of services, but $300 to install a dog door seems like a lot to me.

I live in a new build, and HD plumbing were the guys assigned to fix issues we found after moving in. It took a couple tries to sort out all the kinks, but Nick and Bryan have been the friendliest, most professional plumbers i've had. They were courteous and happy to answer all my stupid questions. Each visit took an hour at most. I'm happy to continue with them if I ever have any need.

We had a great experience with Fischer plumbing thanks to the plumber named Sean. In fact, he clued us in to the fact that since we live on the ground floor of a 4 story condo, it probably was the fault of people above us that our drain was clogged with hardened grease. It meant then that the homeowner's association would pay for the plumbing costs. Yay, and yay for Sean. If we have work for a plumber we will ask for Sean for sure.

I was referred to Rudy’s by the team up at Aquor so that I could have a few hose bibs installed. They did an excellent job on the bibs, the hybrid water heater and a new water line for the fridge. Thanks Curtis!

Evan was friendly and professional. He determined the problem quickly and was able to resolve it same day. I appreciate that he showed me the damaged heating element and explained what was likely to have happened with an improper hot water tank install that had been performed by the flippers I purchased my home from. I am very happy to have truly hot water now, instead of just luke warm! I highly recommend him.

Jeremy from Premier plumbing did an amazing job fixing the corroded copper drainage pipe in the crawlspace. Punctual and honest. I had 6+ other estimates and he’s was by far the cheapest and smallest fix. No scare tactic and always punctual. This saves me thousands and also from taking time off work. He just addressed the problem and how to fix it and no exaggeration or trying to make it a bigger job then needed.

I am truly grateful and will recommend him to everyone I know.

Also he even called after the work as done to explain what was done and that because he made some minor changes due to problems that came up he got the work done but in the different way do so it ended up saving me another $100+ at the end. I really do appreciate that type of honesty!
