Our main well pipe split during the ice storm. I called and was able to get an appointment quickly. Communication was excellent, arrived on time, appropriately priced, got the job done. Would definitely use again.

Just found out about a leak we had going in our crawl space yesterday. Bought this house 6 months ago and was not prepared for a huge plumbing disaster. After calling around to multiple plumbers in the area, with no one available, Bobby returned my call and said he'd be right over to at least look at what the problem was and turn off my water main for me. As a new homeowner and someone who knows nothing about plumbing, the fact that he just came over to assess and reassure was huge. He told me exactly what we could do to speed the process along, and that he'd be back as soon as he was able to actually fix it for us. Within less than 24 hours he was back here, and completed the entire job in a short time, and at a reasonable price. But more importantly, we now have a plumber we can count on for any future problems that may arise. That peace of mind in an older house is worth every penny! Thanks Bobby and Norm, you guys are the best. Highly recommend them.

Sharif and his team were excellent in our sewer work repair. I felt they were very honest and did great work. I received bids from other companies that were $10,000 more and suggested work that did not need to be done. They went above and beyond the call of duty, helping us with some other plumbing issues at no cost. They were recommended by a friend who also had a good experience. I highly recommend Watertite Plumbing!

Our well stopped working entirely this morning. They came right out, replaced the pump and pressure tank, and by end of day, we could flush a John and brush our teeth. What a deal! The guys were great. Thank you, Home Advisor!

Mike and Jeremy came to do mini splits. They were very professional and even helped us figure out a setup more customized to our older home (ducted mini splits). They were super careful about cleanup and always punctual. Mike even alerted me to an ant problem in our eaves, which definitely wasn’t part of his job. Easy to work with all the way around.

Evan was great. There were some challenges installing a new water heater in a 120 year old house but he handled everything with a great attitude and the work was top-notch. Highly recommend.

I won't list out all the grievances I had with these folks. I will just encourage you to get a second opinion before buying any services. They did work that wasn't necessary, and did it against municipal code. We called the city, who called our project manager to tell him he was breaking code. We were able to get half our money back and half the work undone.

I had a leak, and requested the leak detection services; Was given a window of 1 to 5 pm. Got a call at 545 PM, and was told they do not offer the service.

Amazing service and workmanship! Called Premier Plumbing to fix a water heater issue we had. They were able to get me on the schedule pretty fast. The gentleman who came out went above and beyond to help to assist the situation the best way he can so we could have hot water. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions and concerns that I had. This is a company I definitely recommend. I appreciate the positive attitude they had while doing the job.
