Best Heating Installation in Seattle WA

Don't seem to care about getting new customer or business. Maybe they have a lot of work they just don't care.First receptionist said $149 for routine maintenance, then tranferred me to Joe who's mail box was full. Call back and now Kat tells me it's $189, then $129 for each additional unit. Naturally I said there's nothing wrong with my units, I just need a routine maintenance check, so I'm going to pay $400 for someone to just look through a few things? Kat then said our services are all billable, with no explanation as if that is self explanatory.Maybe you guys should spend a little more time asking your customers what they want and take your time in explaining how things work instead of using a bunch of industry gobbledygook.

I tried three other plumbing companies and they were not as responsive as this one. Milton showed up on time , answered all my questions and was very professional. I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs .

Called several companies on 12/20/19 the day we had tons of rain. Water was flowing up through the concrete floor in the living space and in the crawl space. Beacon was the plumbing company that came through. Matt was the service tech who was extremely helpful in determining the situation and provided me with future solutions. No pressure, and provided me with peace of mind. He is a valuable part of the team and the rate, in this emergency situation at 6:30pm, was very reasonable! Matt was great!!! Thanks Beacon plumbing!

We had a great experience with Evan Conklin's company!! Super knowledgable, really nice people, and lots of integrity in terms of their work and operation. Norm installed a whole house water filter for us and there were some issues (with the filter itself, not with their work) - but they were super responsive to all of my questions and even came back to my house to help out (and didn't charge me extra for the second trip!) Would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

I'm so glad I found Sharif. Now I have a plumber I can trust. Things that set Sharif and Watertite Plumbing apart:
1. When you call, you're actually talking directly to a plumber (Sharif). No intermediate person who just does scheduling and can't answer any of your questions.
2. Sharif will generally give you an estimate over the phone based on a description and pictures. None of this paying someone $100 just to come out and look at it nonsense. He'll also be honest about what factors that can't be evaluated this way might cause the estimate to change, but generally will stick with his original estimate and that's what you'll pay for the whole job.
3. He will keep in direct contact with you and update you if something's changed his schedule and he won't be able to make it when he estimated he would (no 4-hour windows sitting around at home wondering if someone will ever show up).
4. He'll tell you honestly about the price of different options and the pros and cons.
5. He'll use appropriate urgency to address a problem.

My interactions:
I first contacted Sharif about installing a smart water shutoff. Based on pictures, he gave me an estimate and said what problem might arise that would require additional work. This was totally different than the handful of other plumbers I called, where I spoke to a scheduling person who wanted to schedule a $100 for someone to come by for an estimate. I ended up installing the shutoff myself, but based on my interactions, I knew who I would go to the next time I had a plumbing problem. So when the waterline to my house started leaking, I called up Sharif on a Friday afternoon. He was able to come by that evening and worked in the dark to dig up and identify the leak. We talked through options and what they would cost. Because I had old rusted out galvanized, the whole thing had to be replaced. Throughout the process Sharif was communicative about the work needed and when he'd be doing it, didn't charge more than his original estimate (even when it turned out he needed to also move my interior shutoff), and gave some advice on unrelated plumbing things (like how I could make my sewage extractor less stinky).

Next time I have a plumbing issue, I wouldn't consider calling anyone else.

I am in an older home and have septic. Unfortunately I have had to use Trusted Plumbing and Heating on several occasions because of roots growing into my pipes. HD Plumbing and Nick were great to work with! Nick installed a new drainage pipe for our washing machine (so it doesn't have to empty into our sink anymore!), and Nick installed a new garbage disposal for us. It all looks really good and there are no leaks! Also, Nick was very friendly, efficient, and did a great job of explaining everything he was doing.

Our tech Cameron was very professional and really took time to explain the problems we were having plumbing wise. We are confident our water leakage has been fixed.

Rude and sloppy

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.
