We are grateful for the recommendation we got to use Jim Dandy to address a serious sewer situation last month. Andrew and his crew responded very quickly, even on a weekend, to start work. What began as a routine drain cleaning soon led to the discovery of a completely collapsed sewer pipe, but Andrew kept us informed not only of the specifics of the problem and approach he would be taking, but the practical considerations for the home and potential payment options. This expression of care meant a lot to us as the financial impact of these repairs was significant, to say the least. They also recommended a cleanup and decontamination service that was equally responsive and professional. We won't hesitate to use Jim Dandy for services in the future!

My toilet was leaking into the office below. On the plus side, they came quickly for a same day repair, and repaired it quickly and effectively. On the minus side, they charged between 2-3 times what appears to be the national average for the job (charged me $600 for replacement of wax ring seal, typically a $150-200 job). I did not have time to research the cost as I was trying to get repair done between seeing back to back psychotherapy clients, and couldn't wait to get another bid as it was leaking into downstairs space. Only afterward did I find out this was highway robbery. I've called 3 times to resolve, have only been told that because it was a singular job it cost more (?), and am still waiting to hear back from supervisor. Not OK.

I will never call another company as long as Ramen runs Drain Pro and has a team like DJ. They were fantastic.

I had O'Neill Plumbing come to my house to re-pipe all of my old galvanized steel pipes and switch over to the new PEX system. Tyler, Mike, and Mikey were great.

Tyler came out and gave a clear straightforward estimate for the work. The crew arrived on time each day and made sure that I had water before they left the first day. Tyler made sure that I understood everything that was in scope for the work, and made sure I had no questions. The guys were respectful and nice. All of the work was quality and they left the site clean when they were done.

I will definitely be calling these guys again for future work.

I live in a new build, and HD plumbing were the guys assigned to fix issues we found after moving in. It took a couple tries to sort out all the kinks, but Nick and Bryan have been the friendliest, most professional plumbers i've had. They were courteous and happy to answer all my stupid questions. Each visit took an hour at most. I'm happy to continue with them if I ever have any need.

I loved working with Craftsman Plumbing from initial assessment/estimates through the installation of a new watermain and replumb of our 100 year old house. I look forward to working with the Craftsman team in the future as we chip away at all of our remodeling projects. First good practice was they gave an estimate over the phone before I made appt. Good communication all around after that (Jennifer, Josh). Josh did an excellent job snaking a slow tub drain. Nice guy, clean practices. Recommended device to prevent more hair clogs. (TubShroom works great!) Before starting job, he informed me about risk of snaking vintage plumbing, and ballparked what it might cost if it became necessary to replace drain and trap. That estimate and the snaking were WAAAAY below another company's quote. VERY pleased with Wezee's.

Full of excuses, waited 3 weeks for them to fix a broken shower, lack of communication on rescheduling and when things will be fixed

When I called this service. The person on phone said there is no charge for check water heater.when the repair guy came he did not tell me what was the fault he opened the box and he talking on phone. After one hour I asked what was the fault. He told me he put new sensors.but he did not put any sensor.he ask me to pay $ 550.00. When I told him that is too much money .he called to company then he said ok I gave u discount pay $340.00. I paid $ 340.00.then he left after couples hour I turned my heater on problem is same . They are unprofessional people. Don’t use this company

I had a leak, and requested the leak detection services; Was given a window of 1 to 5 pm. Got a call at 545 PM, and was told they do not offer the service.

Had a clogged tub, and a toilet tank with mibsehaving innards. I called Thursday after 5, and got a response promptly the next morning, tand they came out that day. They were wre polite, efficent, and solved my problems!

They did a great job with a leaking supply line! It was old and corroded they came out and swapped it out for me. Happy with the price and the quality of work .
