Jordan was very professional in his interaction with me. He carefully explained the process as he walked me through the install procedure. He's very thorough to ensure my new heating units were level and set up correctly. Unfortunately, he came across an electrical snag and instead of trying to fix it himself, he stopped and wanted to bring in an electrician to address the odd wiring in my home. Even though it's not complete yet, I'm happy he's confident in his skills that he knows when to ask for assistance rather than fix it himself. He was friendly and chatty while he worked, I appreciated that, it made me feel comfortable with him while I was also working in my home. Thank you!

They even showed me how to do a quick fix myself. As a young female homeowner, I’m used to being talked down to, and they didn’t do that at all. EDIT: Since this review, I have used O’Neil for re-plumbing my entire house, as well as replacing my water and sewer lines. They have been amazing every time. They are always honest, even when they could easily make more money by bending the truth. They do quality work, and they stand by it. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I hired fixer twice in a row last week. In both instances the team showed up same day (which is insane given other contractors were months out and likely more expensive)!! Did the job on time. They came out to our home within 24 hours of me calling and were able to diagnose our problem. Within a couple of days I had a detailed estimate of the scope of work and they began the job the next day. After they were done they did a meticulous job of clean up. Since buying a home on Beacon Hill about 5 years ago, I’ve hired help with a number of maintenance needs, including plumbing. This was by far the best experience I’ve had with anyone, in any trade, hands down. From the initial phone contact, to paying the final invoice, nothing but friendliness and professionalism. They even came in under the initial estimate by a significant amount, and adjusted it accordingly. We did call Beacon plumbing as well to get a second opinion, and they were quite clear on two points: the price previously quoted by Weezees was very good, and they are known to be great plumbers. Will definitely call them again next time I need plumbing help.

I had a flood in my condo on a holiday weekend and the Ballard Plumbing team was wonderfully responsive. Every other plumber I called had an automated phone tree in place, but a real person handled my call at Ballard Plumbing, quickly connected me to a plumber, and they were both patient and helpful through multiple follow-up calls, which made a tough experience much better.

We hired COMPLETE TRENCHLESS INC to put a new water service line using their trenchless technic. Cesar and his crew certainly master the task and did a very good job. The equipment they choose fits perfectly for the scope of a residential project, meaning it's cost-effective without losing much of the tunneling accuracy. Some other contractors we interviewed proposed using a boring machine, which to me is overkill and waste of $$. The new line was about 65 feet, went in within a day, along with a new shutoff at the location we preferred. The new line comes with a 25-year warranty on labor and materials. We are very pleased with their work and have recommended them to our neighbors, and whoever needs to replace their residential service line.

Steve came out at the recommendation of our realtor to fix a few things before listing our house for sale. He was quick to respond, fixed all of our issues, and was overall a very pleasant guy. Definitely recommend!

Last Thursday Sept 6 their plumber David came to the condo and he provided the best value possible. The company should treat him well as he knows how to charge for the right amount of work and educate the consumer on things they can do to help with simple problems like a hair clog. Many businesses would treat the problems he found as an opportunity to gouge and he did the right thing and charged a nominal fee for a small amount of work. I would refer them in a heartbeat and hope all the business promotes this non sales culture.
