We had a storm drain that was clogged and backed up, called Beacon Plumbing this morning that sent a plumber right in the same morning. The first guy didn’t have a camera so another one, Kyle, was sent less than an hour later.I also decided to have him run the camera through all other storm drain lines around the house, just as a checkup before the winter.Kyle (who was accompanied by a driver, Rick) was professionally very good and efficient. He and Rick were also very polite and patient with my multiple questions.I was very pleased with their work and will certainly call the company again.I have to mention that I didn’t shop for the cheapest estimate so can’t say much about their rates.

I had a water leak in my house and decided to Repipe the whole thing of caution. I didn't really know who did Repipe jobs and called a few plumbing companies who gave me Really expensive estimates.

I found Repipe and their estimate was about 1/3 the price and used all top notch parts. The real I worked with was really nice and informative, and the actual Repipe itself only took about 4 hours!

The whole process was really easy and straightforward. I works recommend them to anyone and works use them again if I needed another Repipe.

Timely and got job done! Expensive.

We used the Bob Oates team to replace an old section of sewer line and install a new liner out to the city main. The team was timely, professional, and really easy to work with. We worked directly with Casey as our project manager, and he was fantastic and super easy to work with! Would highly recommend for anyone needing to do sewer repair work.

Bobby, Frank and Julian came out and saved.the.day. I called 12 other companies and they all said they wouldn't touch the problem (septic flooding into the backyard) because the system was old and we are in the city of seattle. I have used O'Neill many times, it just didn't occur to me they would look at my septic. When I called them for a referral, they said we'll come look at it! They sent a superhero. You know you are off to a good start when you get the guy who just looks like he has been doing this for a while, he gives you a big smile, and says over and over We are going to get to the bottom of this! The other companies charged $450 just to show up and O'Neill came out and troubleshooted for quite a while and charged me NOTHING. They came back the next day and flushed the system (no one else wanted to try) and it worked!! I am a seriously grateful homeowner. For more serious customer service examples, while some of the guys set up, Bobby walked around my new (old) house and helped me figure out the main water shut off, turned the irrigation back on for the spring, and looked at my malfunctioning water heater all while never once seeming condescending. Lastly, they had to stretch a hose across the sidewalk so Julian stayed at the street all day to make sure no one tripped! To keep himself busy he swept my entire driveway. I couldn't make this stuff up. Good guys, good job done. Thank you!

Fixer was an extremely pleasant experience. The professional cake in a timely manner and provided a wealth of knowledge and consultation for repairs and installations I was looking to do on my home whilst installing my garbage disposal. Looking forward to using services again.

The service was fast, thorough and excellent. The technician, Nick, even called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled! My basement was backed up with sewer water so earlier was a blessing. Nick worked with the camera to find and to show me the issue. He cleared the line and gave me recommendations that made sense going forward. The cost was less than I have paid in the past for lower quality work. I will call Metropoitan Sewer again, no doubt.

The reviews about this crew are true, I also had a great experience with Dirt Cheap Sewers for a complete sewer replacement. From Angel initially determining the cause and location of the problem, to offering every option available and on the spot estimating with fair pricing, to delivering on exactly the promise made. Day one, they trenched by hand, in the cramped space under the deck, replaced the root destroyed pipe, and had me back in action by the end of the day. The remaining days also required hand trenching to protect a slope sensitive tree line, and even without requesting it, I watched them take care to not hurt the large primary root structures of the trees, digging under and around them to access the old line, only cutting a few that needed it. This type of care was demonstrated throughout.

Accessing the portion under the house required cutting the slab, and a touch of jack hammering, but before the work began, Austin and Poncho took the time to seal off the rest of the house, as well as some belongings left in the basement. This crew works hard, staying as late as it took each night to finish the days portion of work and get me reconnected, while being receptive to my questions or specific requests. Then, at the end of it all, after back-filling and pouring me a beautiful cement patch, gifting me two new and more convenient clean outs, they literally cleaned my basement better than they found it.

This is a stellar crew, very easy to work with, and I am extremely pleased with the result. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth with these guys.

We could not be more pleased with Wezee's Plumbing and their service. We had an emergency job to complete--a clog in our main sewer line. This issue meant we had no water for a couple of days, raw sewage in our tub--it was a stressful mess. We called Wezee's late at night and they called us back promptly in the morning.

This job took several days to complete. It was gross, messy, hard work on old pipes in cramped spaces. Thoren and Dan were tenacious and relentless in getting our situation in working order. They even squeezed us in during a day they had another job--they didn't have to do that, but they went out of their way to make sure we could use our water and toilets. Despite the many challenges that came with this job, these folks were five star the entire time.

We highly recommend Wezee's Plumbing.

They communicated everything clearly from estimate to the end of the project. I will recommend them to anyone if you're looking to buy new windows.

At best poor accounting. At worst fraudulent invoicing.
I am still waiting to hear back from their management after having called 3 times for an explanation to my invoice.

I had a plumber come out to replace the sacrificial anode rod on my water heater. He was punctual and on time (even early) which was surprising and very much appreciated. He explained to me that this is not something people normally do and went on his way. The entire interaction took less than 5 minutes.

Prior to scheduling the service, I was told that their rates were $100 for the first hour, then $50 for every 15 minutes after that.

The invoice I've just received is for $181.67
I've called 3 times now to get an explanation. They've told me that the service person logged 20 minutes at my place.

Fortunately I have security cameras that confirm this is not true.

I am still waiting to hear back from their management after calling 3 times. I will update this review if anything is resolved.

Absolutely awesome plumber that went above and beyond. Josh and his wife Trish were probably the most knowledgable and friendly plumbers my fiancé and I have met and talked to.

Our bathroom drain line clogged up and we couldn’t use the shower and toilet more than once a day without it backing up. They ran a camera in to see what was wrong, used a hydro jet to clear the found clogs, and clean out the corner of our piping to prevent future clogs. They also provided us a video of the piping so we could see what they did.

They were the most affordable plumber out of the 3 bids I received and even if they were the most expensive bid we still would’ve chosen him based on their knowledge.

In the past we went with roto rooter and they actually made our problem worse. The pipe doctor explained and fixed what they did wrong, and now we will ALWAYS call the. Thank you!!

The main water line from our home to the street meter was leaking and needed to be replaced because our water bills were outrageous. Complete Trenchless was able to repair within a couple days and completely replaced the water line with minimal disruption to our daily routine. The team was professional, friendly, and extremely considerate when entering the house. The value they provided was head and shoulders above the competition when compared to the other 3 companies we had out to bid for the job. I'd definitely hire these guys again in the future.

Steve McCadden was great! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for plumbing services! He gave us a thorough description of the problem area, best solutions, and gave an honest price range with no surprises. It's been a month or two since he fixed our issue and everything's working as it should.

Our heat pump needed immediate repair and 2 Sons provided exceptional service from start to finish. From the initial diagnostic, to contacting the manufacturer, the technicians were very responsive and kept us informed each step of the way. I would definitely recommend this company. Last Thursday Sept 6 their plumber David came to the condo and he provided the best value possible. The company should treat him well as he knows how to charge for the right amount of work and educate the consumer on things they can do to help with simple problems like a hair clog. Many businesses would treat the problems he found as an opportunity to gouge and he did the right thing and charged a nominal fee for a small amount of work. I would refer them in a heartbeat and hope all the business promotes this non sales culture.
