Best Gas Leaks in Seattle WA
Repiped the whole house and added some lines in a new laundry room and added a refigerator water line. Everything went very fast ,under 5 hours and the house water lines are all new, they took out the 1957 galvaized pipe and threw it away. No leaks and we are all back to normal. I would highly recommened this crew that came out and did it,thanks you very much.

Very poor service. They gave us an estimate for a water heater that did not have any information about which water heater they would use. When we asked for this basic information they treated us like it was silly that we wanted to know. Weeks later, after multiple email and voice mail requests, they finally got us the information. We had to use a different company that is more transparent about what products they use and responds to simple questions in a timely manner. Steer clear of this company.

I've been trying to hunt down a leak on my property for the past 2 weeks. I've had a plumber and folks from a water restoration company with a thermal imaging device come take a look. Nobody could find any signs of leaks. But, the water meter said differently. I then called a few leak detection companies and they immediately started talking about finding leaks with fancy techniques requiring nitrogen. One of them was convinced I had a slab leak. Most of these companies employ receptionists so you don't actually get to talk to an experienced technician.
I gave Clearwater Leak Detection a call and was able to immediately talk to the owner Simon. He asked what was going on and after listening to my issue, provided his rates and a working theory on what might be going on.
What truly stood out is how professional Simon was. I can tell he loves his craft and was willing to be transparent upfront. Other companies require their technicians to come out in person before they share anything.
I definitely look forward to working with Simon in the future if I ever need his services again.

Craftsman Plumbing is the best. Professional, kind, thorough and honest. For example, after unclogging a shared pipe under my kitchen, Drew visited my next door and downstairs neighbors to ensure the clog was truly gone and their drainage was up to snuff. Above and beyond!

Jeremy from Premier plumbing did an amazing job fixing the corroded copper drainage pipe in the crawlspace. Punctual and honest. I had 6+ other estimates and he’s was by far the cheapest and smallest fix. No scare tactic and always punctual. This saves me thousands and also from taking time off work. He just addressed the problem and how to fix it and no exaggeration or trying to make it a bigger job then needed.
I am truly grateful and will recommend him to everyone I know.
Also he even called after the work as done to explain what was done and that because he made some minor changes due to problems that came up he got the work done but in the different way do so it ended up saving me another $100+ at the end. I really do appreciate that type of honesty!

I don’t know where to start with this review in all honesty.
They displayed some of the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever experienced. The man who came out to assess the issue made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He is not someone I want back in my home.
I don’t appreciate being a female alone in my house with an angry man who’s a stranger.
Upon arrival he was very agitated, angry, and rude. Things went downhill from there, as I had to interact with him more.
The issue that he needed to fix is some shelving had been put in the garage incorrectly. We have been meaning to remove it but haven’t yet. Well it turns out that the person who put in the shelving had put a nail throw a pipe and it’d finally rusted.
The house I live in is a rental. My landlord had told me he wanted the plumber to contact him directly before any repairs.
The plumber said he needed to call his company and asked me to call my landlord.
Instead I called my husband as he had spoken with the plumber and the landlord about this issue. As, originally, he was going to be home for the plumber but then couldn’t. My husband had confirmed the landlord had told the plumber to directly call him. I told the plumber this.
He yelled at me that he “already had and can’t wait around all day.”
Which is ridiculous because I had heard him on the phone with the company or someone beforehand so he could’ve only called maybe a minute prior. I know time is money but there is a professional way to handle things: 1. Don’t raise your voice 2. There are a million more professional ways to word that.
He then in an accusatory way asked “if I had put up the shelving”. His tone implying you idiot why’d you do this.
We did not put in the shelving and nor did my landlord.
My landlord then called the plumber. The plumber spoke to him in an aggressive, rude, belittling way. Almost as how a fed-up parent who isn’t great at parenting would talk to a child.
I could hear my landlords voice and it sounded calm the whole time.
The plumber also accused my landlord of the nail in the same disrespectful manner. Which I don’t really understand why he cares, maybe it makes him happy to shame other people for mistakes? Who knows? Again, it is fine to address the issue but be professional about it.
Anyway, the plumber and my landlord are on the phone. I can hear my landlord saying he is going to go with someone else for the job.
The plumber raises his voice saying “gooood luuuuuck finding anyone else.”
Which I don’t really get because there are a million plumbers out there but okay?
He then turns to me and all he says is “okay” angrily. Then he stormed off and sat in his van in my driveway for 10 minutes before leaving.

Complete Trenchless replaced a 270 ft water main to our home, tunneling under landscape, two driveways, and a garage floor, and you can’t even tell that they were there. Amazing work! Their bid was significantly less than our other four bids, too, and they scheduled the work quickly and completed the work in 1.5 days. Highly recommended! Fantastic company!

Had an issue with a toilet in our gym and called Joe's due to all the 5-star reviews on Google. Great response (they were able to come the next day) but charged us almost $500 to install a toilet that we provided with good research (about 1 hour of work). They left without telling us that the toilet was not flushing properly. Called them back and again good response time (came the next day). After diagnosing that the toilet had a manufacturer's defect - the water was not coming through the rim to completely flush - told us they could sell us and install a 'better' toilet for $960. The final bill was over $1200, with no credit or discount for installing the bad toilet. So overall, a new toilet cost us about $1700!! Will not be calling them again. Way too expensive.

Raymark has always done good work for me and at very reasonable prices. Years ago I used Raymark for a variety of repairs and installations but for availability reasons was forced to use a couple of other companies for work on my rental house. None of the others were as good and I have now come back to Raymark. No nonsense, quick response, go-the-extra-mile service, and I think they are cheaper than their competitors who spend so much on advertising. This last time, on the same morning I called to check out a suspected water line leak that my tenants thought had occurred, Kami kindly worked me into their schedule and Joe actually came over to my rental house on his lunch hour to take a look. Joe diagnosed the issue and there was no water leak after all. Raymark didn't even charge me for their time communicating with me and for Joe's same day inspection. Raymark is reliable. I plan always to call Raymark first because in years of experience, they have been the best.

Bryce was very efficient and clear with us about all of our options for service. He explained the whole process very clearly and showed us exactly what was being done and the final result of his work. We were very satisfied.

Ally was assigned by our home warranty company. We recently had 2 water heaters replaced (a few months apart) After the 2nd tank replacement, water took about 2 minutes to even get luke warm. The other company came back out to evaluate, determined the temp at the tanks were fine. They determined that one of our single-levered faucets had a bad valve and was allowing cold water to get into the hot water line. They did a full write up back to the home warranty company and emailed us the same info. Home warranty filed a new claim but assigned Ally instead😔 When the tech arrived, he was very condescending with a chip on his shoulder. We explained what had transpired and he did some assessments and said the problem is that the pipes inside were not wrapped and that's why it was taking so long to heat. We have lived here over 3 years and never had issues of this nature. He refused to review the report from the other company and all he did was turn up the temp to over 135 and we can only get 114 at the faucet and it takes about 1.5 minutes of running the hot water wide open to get that. We are wasting water like crazy! I would not recommend this company. Luckily we only spent $75 to the home warranty company.

Really great guy. Helped me identify and fix a sewage backup the same day I called. Made time for a trip out to my home late in the evening to fix this nightmare.

I had a good experience with Jafco plumbing and sewer. They came out on a Friday afternoon and completed sneaking my sewer line in a timely manner. They had to cut through roots and did a good job with that. I would recommend them.
