Best Garbage Disposal Work in Seattle WA

We had Fox Heating out on 1/13 to service our gas furnace. Chad the Manager was the Technician. He was very knowledgeable on the furnace and service. He had to order a part for the furnace and installed the new switch today. Thanks for the great service.

Conal (plumber) was out to fix a leaking pipe in the crawlspace. Whist here I shared that I had a frustrating problem with the water pressure and I was not able to shut off the water to the house from within garage. He shared that it was the type of shutoff valve used in these houses when built and the issue with water pressure wasn't related to new construction, as I thought, but because of the pressure regulator which was now failing. I very much appreciate his taking care of all three issues. Running the faucet and showering is now possible again! I can turn off the water in garage again and the leaking pipe has been addressed I could not be happier with the work and getting these issues addressed in a timely manner. Outside faucet wouldn't shut off, so hose to street dumping at full capacity. Pioneer's office said they were booked today, but got Will to come over for a look. Will solved the problem efficiently, quickly, and saved my day.

We had Nick and his crew replace older (1968) galvanized pipes with new lines for all of the fixtures. The water pressure had gotten extremely low from all of the buildup in the older galvanized pipes.
We had quotes from several other places and found Nick's price very fair and thorough. We were concerned about being able to access some of the pipes in the wall and he and his crew did a great job of minimizing the holes and repairing where they needed to cut. We can't even see now where it was.

The water pressure is now like a brand new house.

We highly recommend them.

Scheduling: The scheduler is very prompt and communicative at the timing to expect the service technician to arrive and the technicians arrived on time.

Diagnosing: Within one minute of explaining the issue, Josh knew what happened and connected us with another company for drywall repair. Josh was very thorough in his explanation of the issue and the solution for plumbing as well as drywall repair.

Overall, if we have another plumbing issue Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating will be the first people we call for service. It was fast, easy, and they were very courteous.

We count ourselves lucky to have called Bobby T. He was able to squeeze us into his schedule on a busy Saturday. He was also very informative, explaining our issue as well as what he did to fix the problem. Fast service, good price, courteous and professional -- highly recommended!

I called 4 highly rated plumbing companies and O’Neill Plumbing was the only one willing to estimate the cost of installing a faucet! Using prior experience, it seems companies would have a general idea of the time (thus the cost) needed to replace a faucet ... after all, it wasn’t a repair -
we booked w/ Kelli and Steve came out on the day promised and completed the work in less than 30 minutes. It was a brilliant experience start to finish and going forward, O’Neill will be our go to plumbing company.

PS - it was pleasantly shocking to learn the cost for the switch out! It was bloody ridiculous - in a wonderful way! thank you O’Neill team.

Great service, fast, easy to schedule

I had given up hope that my water tank would survive much longer, but this neighborhood plumber saved the day by installing a new one at a reasonable cost. I will continue to use him for all of my plumbing issues because of his excellent job!

Our hot water heater started going out over the last several weeks. Given that our house is heated by radiators and we have a new baby, this was a serious problem. Because of the rarity of our unit, other plumbers flat out refused to even try to help us out. Not only did PlumbWorks take our calls at all hours of the night, but Nick actually spent the time required by the manufacturer to become a certified technician, just so that he could order a part for us, he didn't charge us a cent for that time. Nick and Marcus know their craft, and they are two of the nicest people you could meet. I highly recommend using PlumbWorks when you need to fix your water heaters; they do good work and they they charge a reasonable fee.

Nic was absolutely fantastic! He actually was the only one who figured out what was causing my $1500 water bill. I had multiple plumbers come out and they couldn’t figure it out but Nic did! It saved me so much time and money. He was upfront that repairing the toilets might not be the most value vs just replacing them. He gave great recommendations for toilets and explained everything so it was easy to understand, since I know nothing about plumbing. He showed up on time and was super courteous the whole time. He also cleaned up everything after which was really nice!
