Was able to schedule an appointment relatively quickly to fix a stopped shower drain. I had disassembled the drain assembly and cleared the line to the drum trap, which of course was impossible to wrench open (pretty sure it hadn't been opened 20 years).JP came out, cut the trap open, cleared the line to the standpipe with ease and then supplied a new cap. He even cut the galvo inlet to the trap and replaced with a PVC right angle so I can work on the drain kit myself if needed (hopefully not soon). Very professional and helpful and fast. Thanks JP!

A Gene Johnson technician named, Aaron Wolfe, completed several plumbing jobs for us in 2022. He was outstanding! Knowledgeable, patient, high expectations for his job performance, and did an excellent job -- nice guy, too!

Very smooth process, Tyler came up with a solution that avoided tearing up our sidewalk as well as a lower cost location to repair our sewer line from. Team showed up on time and did the work as expected and proactively communicated along the way. Would definitely use again.

As a business owner, for me it is all about making it right when there is a mistake. Both when I serve customers and also when we receive customer service.
On the Friday after Thanksgiving our restaurant had an emergency plumbing issue which caused our restaurant to not be able to operate. The person that took my call (Will) did an incredible job of responding and keeping me informed. After a couple of hours, the issue was that the plumber he asked to come to our location called out sick and did not tell him. After struggling to find us another plumber that was available, Will decided to take it upon himself to come out and do the repair himself. It was a one hour drive from Ballard for him just to arrive at our location. He resolved the issue in less than an hour and our Friday night reservations (revenue!) were saved! I pushed very hard for him to take a large tip, however, he could not be convinced. I have to give a huge shout out to Will and the management at Pioneer. Most times things flow very smoothly from start to finish. When we did have a hiccup, they always work to make it right!

Sarcastic and unempathetic service. Seem to focus on only making money. The phone operator was also curt and declined to give a price range. The technician came and first confirmed my agreement to pay $100 to fix a part of the problem which turned out to be a simple joint tightening. Thankfully he agreed on just the $69 service fee (hence the 2 stars). When I asked him if there was any tear that could leak it again he said I can't give warranty in the $69 service and gave no more information.Quoted another $350 to replace the cartridge of the faucet which is insane! Gave sarcastic remarks when I asked why the cost is so high.

Would compare them to the ER, Fast and responsive with a tried and true method, but a lot more expensive as a result.

Sort of 50/50 on this.
The good: they responded immediately when we had a sewer backup, the workers were kind and helpful, and went above and beyond trying to diagnose our sewer problem, they decided not to charge us more despite working longer on the job than they intended and damaging their snake.

The middle:
They dinged up our new floor a little bit, overall though they did clean things back up nicely.

The Bad:
They charged us about double the price that a snaking normally costs. This was not because of the problems they suffered, they just have a rate that is astronomical compared to other companies. They also failed to solve the problem (not their fault) but no discount was given to their rate, nor was a discount proposed to the cost to fix the other problem.

We had our clothes washer serviced on 10/22. Luis Lopez responded. Luis was polite, courteous and professional. He informed us he had driven from Bellevue WA. He was very patient, waiting for us to consult with our brother and father.
We were unable to come up with a prompt response. He left and then had to come back and provide the service. It was a hard job. He completed his job under 2 hours. We are very pleased with his service and highly recommend him to anyone else who has similar problems.

On-time, clear communication. Completed the job in good time. Excellent follow-up.

They did a whole house repipe, including new water line from street to house. Other than one unfortunate accident which they paid for they were very good. Lots and Lots of connection, and no leaks. Amazing how they got the pipes connected thru floors and walls.

PSE shut off our gas after finding a small leak around the keyhole valve of the fireplace. Puget Sound Plumbing came out quickly, rerouted and replaced our valve. We wouldn't have heat tonight since our entire system runs on gas. Professional and friendly service. They cleaned up after making an accidental (very minor) water mess with their shop vac. They were great to work with. Will sleep much better knowing that the repair is complete!

Andy located my water line leak for me. He was super nice, professional, and honest. He even let me listen to through the headphones so I understood exactly what he was hearing and how he was detecting the leak location. He made helpful recommendations for how to proceed with my unusual repair. I would definitely recommend Akers for plumbing issues.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

I'm beyond happy with Watertite's workmanship! Sharif and his partner did an excellent job at my house. I've contacted several plumbers for updating the galvanized plumbing in my house, and of the few that actually came out and wrote a bid, Sharif actually followed through and was prompt. His bid was also the most affordable and he was the most available. Extremely pleasant to work with, and outstanding customer service. When issues arose, he was quick to solve them. He offered a small discount for scheduling delays that were out of his control, but I opted for installation assistance instead, to which he was more than happy to help me with. Sharif went above and beyond to ensure we were getting the best service. He is very knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work and service. I definitely recommend him if you are in King or Pierce County.

I contacted them for door bell fix. Kei cam in and helped diagnose the issue. Even though he was not able to perform the real fix, but he gave me useful suggestions. And later on, he helped me fix a few issues regarding dryer and light. Also with follow-up communication with them, they were very responsive, and kindly answered all my questions.
