Hats off to Fox! We had a leak in our water line a year ago and after a LOT of pain, estimates, hassle and mixed information - it was fixed by the CITY. Whew. We thought we were done - but NO. It was back and this time, the leak was between the street and our home. A complex job because we have an old-growth pine, a brick retaining wall, cement stairs and a slate patio. One company I called out for an estimate turned it down because of sheer complexity. Not Fox!JP was super helpful in explaining the best possible scenario to repair. Permits, potholes, yard concerns, trenchless technology (it's a thing), etc. He also explained that my drifting dial on the water meter was due to an unnecessary expansion tank on my water heater.Anyway - I trusted JP right away. The estimate was HALF what the big 3 quoted me a year earlier. And they were able to start the next day. Needless to say - we went ahead with the work.Jose & Matt were on time, super friendly, explained each step, check-in throughout the process to explain steps, etc. They put down drop cloths in the home, were careful not to let the pets outside, etc. On a wet, muddy day, they were done with the complex job in 4 hours - approved by the inspector and you could not tell they had even been here!THANKS GUYS!!!They did NOT try to upsell me on fixing my sewer line or replacing my water heater (a common game others play). They were professional and just plain great guys.Thanks for the work! While I hope to NOT need your services again in the future :) if I ever do, Ill be calling FOX.

Sewer overflow in laundry room & burbling in slow-draining toilet & tub. Inspection showed clog outside near house back corner. Gio is super professional and efficient at trying to get everything done in one day as I only have one toilet. I really appreciate all his efforts & all the steps required to get this permitted & done well quickly. I'd like to especially commend Tyson for his fast and very careful work that made the finished project look like it did before they started (except for a deck portion that had to be removed for access, which I'm responsible for).

This morning Jeff and Jon came to our home to unclog a shower we couldn't snake successfully. They were on time, professional, courteous , and friendly to our very barky dog :O) After unclogging the first shower, Jeff asked if there were any other issues we wanted them to look at. So, we asked if they would unclog another shower/tub that was draining slowly - all within 30min. I would highly recommend O'Neill Plumbing!

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.
