Serviceman Jonathan Galyean promptly arrived and was able to assess and resolve the issue within an hour! Courteous and professional service all the way around, also reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

hi Gene Johnson was very communicative and timely. Tu was the tech and he did an awesome job with both the service of the repair and tankless hot water tank and furnace. All work was done, all parts that were worn out were replaced and he fixed a wonky intake and exhaust pipe set up by the original installer.

After our approval, Josh and his team installed the new Furnace and Heat Pump system efficiently and with an attention to detail. In addition, they took the time to evaluate the flow and balance the system. Then, without rushing, they trained us on advantageous optional ways to utilize our new thermostat and system. I called yesterday and set up an appointment today between 9:00-12:00. Was told it would be a $75 service fee plus whatever work we chose to have done. Nobody contacted us at all during the service window. I called at 1:00 and it sounded like they didn't even have us in the system? I had to give her all my information again. She offered to send our work order, but I left the house for appointments. Advised her I didn't think I was interested in using them anymore. Can't speak to the quality of their work but customer service is obviously poor.

Akers exceeded my expectations on price, professionalism, and finished product. Their team replaced the waterline to my Seattle house with 1 copper, installed a new heavy duty shut off valve, and bolted everything to the concrete foundation. Looks great and works great. Would gladly hire again. My highest recommendation.

Phenomenal Customer Service
O'Neill Plumbing lined our old sewer line with plastic in West Seattle in 2018. In February of 2022 we had a sewer inspection prior to putting our house on the market and were surprised to hear that there were roots in our line. I called O'Neill plumbing the same day and got a call back from Bob who said they would take care of it. The very next day a crew of three showed up at the house. They pinpointed the problem location in our line and then dug down to the line and repaired the compromised portion of the line. The crew of three spent the better part of the day at the house, the hole they had to dig was quite deep. The next day another gentlemen from O'Neill Plumbing brought by some top soil to fill in the top of the hole dug the day earlier.

My wife and I have had O'Neill Plumbing perform other plumbing work over the years and we have never had a negative experience. We recommend them without reservation.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.
