We had Fox Plumbing come and perform an emergency hot water tank leak in our crawl space of our rental. They were very pleasant to schedule the job and the crew were all friendly and great to work with. Their pricing was very fair and we would use them again. Reason for the 1 star deduction was for the after care with Chad ( I think that was his name) for dealing with a concern I had from my upset tenant when his food was spoiled from the team failing to turn the breaker back on. Chad said it was not their responsibility to turn the breaker back on since they didn't turn it off initially. When in fact they had requested our electrician to turn off the power, so they wouldn't get electrocuted during the job. when my husband asked them to make sure they turned breakers back on, they assured him they did, which this was incorrect.

Responded within 24 hrs with professional and straight forward solution. I prefer to support local businesses. This o e is now in my list.

Outside faucet wouldn't shut off, so hose to street dumping at full capacity. Pioneer's office said they were booked today, but got Will to come over for a look. Will solved the problem efficiently, quickly, and saved my day.

We had our clothes washer serviced on 10/22. Luis Lopez responded. Luis was polite, courteous and professional. He informed us he had driven from Bellevue WA. He was very patient, waiting for us to consult with our brother and father.
We were unable to come up with a prompt response. He left and then had to come back and provide the service. It was a hard job. He completed his job under 2 hours. We are very pleased with his service and highly recommend him to anyone else who has similar problems.

Fantastic Service. We had a problem that was starting to flood our basement. Within an hour of calling Bob Oates they had one of their team on site, the problem was identified and within a short space of time resolved. An ugly start to our day was quickly turned around and they could not have been more helpful. I loved the professionalism displayed by Trevor, the technician who worked with us and would recommend Bob Oates to to anyone.

They responded quickly and arrived and immediately found the problem. They gave me 2 different options of solving my problem and I felt
it was a fair and reasonable price. I would us them again!!

I had him install a dishwasher and 2 toilets. The dishwasher shorted out underneath, and left evidence of it burning. The pro's who came after him said I should report him for the poor job he did. I'm thankful it didn't start a fire. One of the toilets is fine. The other is wobbly, and I need to yet another person in to fix that. In light of the service I got, I can't recommend him.

Raman came at 11:50 am and was done removing and replacing my garbage disposal at 12:25 pm. Fast, efficient and professional. Cleaned up after himself. Excellent job overall! Wore a mask and gloves for safety. Can't say enough good things.

Have used them over the years. Called today because a rental unit of mine had an emergency. I called their emergency line at 8:47 am and spoke with their off hours emergency contact. She said that she would have someone contact me. No one called. I called to follow up at 2:14 pm. They said that they had no record of my call and that their emergency service is four days out. Really? Glad for them that their business is so good that they don't have to respond to customers. Wasted half a day waiting for a response from a company that I thought was reliable.

I recently used this plumber service and was blown away by the professionalism and expertise of the team. They were able to fix my plumbing issue quickly and efficiently, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I called Sewer Friendly on the weekend and they scheduled us for hydrojetting for Tuesday morning. Robel showed up right on time, was a great communicator about what he was going to do and informed me at every step of the process. He was always courteous and professional, kept his mask on and social distanced. When he finished, he reviewed everything with me and cleaned up after himself.
We had a decent amount of roots growing in our side sewer (which we knew from previous scopes, so no surprise) so chances are we'll be using them again to put a liner in. I highly recommend them!

Installed 1000 ft of water line into 3 houses, great experience and they did not rob us like other companies. Will use them again in my next build

Worst ever. Expensive, rude, you name it. They charge by hours so even a small job could just drag and costly!

Extremely unprofessional. Did not meet the scheduled appointment twice and did not even the courtesy to call and update as to why they couldn't come. Will not recommend them!

I had a positive experience with the water heater repair service. The plumber was prompt, diagnosed the problem accurately, and fixed it efficiently. Very satisfied with their expertise!

Quick and efficient.

As a home-owner in the Wallingford area, I was very interested in helping to support a local plumbing company for a small project of installing a new 3 Clean-Out for the Sewer outside the kitchen.

I was given an estimate of 1-hour, but the guy said it was a simple and they had a min of 1 hour. Far enough. Once done, the work looked good but he said they would bill me. Looking around the site, the guy left an invoice for the materials he used, which was purchased from Dunn Lumber and it was funny how cheap they bought the items for...

A week later, I get a bill for 2.5x what was expected and the labor jumped to 1.5h at $100/hour. In addition, there was an addition $14.95 in Mobilization Expense and $107 in parts... hmm..

I called the billing department and was put on speakerphone with a guy named John, who obviously didn't like to speak to people as he was immediately a jerk and continued to interrupt me during every sentence. You just hear his eyes rolling, as I asked about the $15 Mobilization Expense, which he said everyone was charged for their gas (I live 5 blocks). When I attempted to ask about the labor-estimate going over, I was interrupted with Do you have a written estimate. As soon as I responded that he didn't leave one, they guy jumped right into fighting about how they always leave and estimate.... then it was a fight about what his name was, well don't you guys know or have a copy of the estimate... then the d*ck was off to the races again about if the guy was tall or lanky. I guess so, the guy was tall, but I didn't think about mentally insulting the guy at the time...

Come on. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Best Plumbing & Rooter at 4129 Stone Way N, 98103. There's tons of companies out there that would love to do some business in today's economy, this is just NOT one of them.

Took a Friday off for them to come do a job, didn’t show up, then a Saturday, still no show. Can’t review their work since they never performed any. Ended up hiring someone else. When they (husband & wife) came out initially earlier in the week, seemed nice, didn’t have a flashlight, what’s with all these contractors not having flashlights? Oh well, Seattle is a busy city, once the next recession hits, there will be contractors begging for work like in 2009.

Edit 2020: Daniel Wayne Cleveland ring a bell? One of your family members apparently bud-lighted himself right into a river and drowned, I had to take a Friday and Saturday off, which I’ll never get back.
