Martin installed my new furnace installed last year, after a week I was confused with the thermostat and couldn't get it working, he came back right away just to show me how to work it! A year later, the furnace stopped working right after a snowy day, he came right away and it turned out I mistakenly set it on cold hair. I was amazed he didn't even want to charge me for his visit and time. A= experience!

Eugene came out within 24 hours of our requesting an estimate. He explained everything that would happen - even the fact that a complete rewire would be messy. Dave is excellent and absolutely great. Did a timely and professional job on replacing knob and tube wiring and setting up outlets. Crushed it and installed new wiring when other companies didn’t think they could do it without massively invasive side work. Could barely even tell they were there at the end of it all. Would hire them for any work going forward!

Rich was the electrician who called me over the phone. I described my issue and he asked for pictures and a description of the symptoms of which I provided. After he analyzed the information he texted back with a simple solution. With my limited skillset I was able to perform the repair thus resolving my problem.

Hired Galaxy to install an electric car charger when our current solution was failing. They came out to give a quote right away and the charger was installed within two days.

BEST installed a new service for a hot tub for me. Their pricing was fair, they held the price and they showed up to do the work the day they told the work would happen when I booked. I would use this team again.

The scheduling team was very flexible with timing when I ran into issues with coordinating multiple visitors at once. Nate came to do my inspection and he was very thorough in noting any safety hazards in the house and we spent time talking about how best to solve those issues as well as the updates I wanted done. I was given multiple quotes to see how various jobs could be broken up and they all made sense in how they were grouped together. I've actually already booked time to get work started and couldn't be happier with experience so far.

I have been using Seatown Electric for the past two years for our split AC system. We have been luck enough to always have Brian Weikel as our technician and love him! He has always been super responsive, on time, professional and informative. Such a great person and a great company!

Although very knowledgeable, I was very sad with their service. The guys and the company itself are really nice, but the job we requested was never actually finished.

My girlfriend's mom had them come to her house to fix their heaters in one of the rooms that wasn't working. She paid for the service and they came out to the house.

The problem is that the heater itself was never actually fully fixed. In other words, they came to the house, but never really finished the job because the heater wasn't working.

After calling them multiple times to get them back out here, they somehow never answered the phone.

In conclusion, be weary.
