came Wednesday and knew immediately what the problem was and thoroughly explained why we needed a new furnace including government regulations for 2015. The Coleman furnace was installed the next morning and running within a couple hours. Both Fox employees we dealt with were extremely professional, personable and I would highly recommend this company. Love the Coleman furnace too!

On January 16, MLK day, we had A NEW refrigerator delivered and the delivery man broke the icemaker waterline which caused an immediate very large plumbing rupture which we got turned off BY ONLY SHUTTING OFF ALL WATER TO THE HOUSE AFTER SOME FLOODING DAMAGE. It was the trucking company who was responsible and they agreed to get someone out that same day to get our house water turned back on because it was a big emergency. We had no water. The trucking company called Gene Johnson plumbing who sent a truck and two men to look at the problem. They cut out some drywall to see it better and bid $1700+ dollars to fix it but demanded immediate payment in addition to the $250 first visit fee to fix the problem. They demanded the money be paid to them the same day or they couldn’t start to work. The trucking company had been led to believe that after authorizing the initial visit for 250 they could be billed the balance later. No one from the plumbing company ever said otherwise and the men came out, but refused to do the work without being paid ahead of time.
At that point, I did the only thing I could do. Which was to find another plumber who could come out immediately and fix it same day I called our plumber and they sent their man out to fix it for between &600 and $700 at 1/3 the price of a flat rate GREEDY $1700 bid Johnson plumbing gave and demanded.
On a scale of 1 to 6 for review purposes I would rate Johnson plumbing a “1” and would give them a zero if it existed. they did not state their critical terms in an emergency situation, and did not do the work, left the wall damaged and flooded and were way over priced.
My wife and I would never ever use them again and I am sure the trucking company that delivers a lot in the Seattle area would not either!

Just wanted to get a new heating/cooling system estimate. The first words out of their mouth was there will be a $75.00 travel charge but the estimate would be free. Doesn't sound free to me.Then they went on to say that their charge is the lowest in the area. The other 7 heating/cooling businesses were no charge for their estimate. Beacon just missed out on a $25,000 sale.

Wayne and his team were quick to assess my issue, showed up on time to fix it and answered all my questions. After getting quotes from multiple companies I'm happy we went with Emerald City.

Outside faucet wouldn't shut off, so hose to street dumping at full capacity. Pioneer's office said they were booked today, but got Will to come over for a look. Will solved the problem efficiently, quickly, and saved my day.

Ive tried a few different plumbing companies and Roto Rooter is the only one that has consistently done a good job and not made me feel like I got scammed at the end of my service call.Everytime I call they are quick to respond and get me scheduled. All of the people I have dealt with have been incredibly nice and knowledgeable including the people who answer the phone and the plumbers themselves.Today was no exception. I called, they came out same day with an amazing plumber (Ali) who was able to easily diagnose and fix our issue and was very personable and accommodating.Plumbers are always expensive but Roto Rooter has consistently been competitively priced more favorably than other companies I've used. This coupled with the level of customer service they provide make them one of the best plumbing companies to choose in my opinion. Overall I highly recommend them for any and all of your plumbing needs.

Arash came to our rescue when the City of Bellevue forgot to turn our main water back on. It was a quick but thorough interaction. He is easy to communicate with and is very knowledgeable!

Exceptional communication and quality of Service. While the bid we got to install some new plumbing was not the lowest from Jim Dandy, the price was fair and reflected a really high level of professionalism and work from Ryan. Highly recommend.

TJ literally saved the day. My kitchen sink was super annoying and very clogged. He kept at it and got us back on track! I was beginning to worry when my husband couldn’t fix it because he usually can fix anything. I Would definitely use this company again & I never write reviews.

I recently had repipe done by Nick’s team. Overall he did a good job. They finished the job in one day. There were a few things left behind. When I contacted Nick, he took responsibilities and came back to take care of things right away. He seems to hold himself to higher standards as compared with some other plumbers I worked with in the past. It is an expensive project and I hope it can last for decades. Nick also provides a warranty to his job.

After receiving a water bill over $500 for my rental house, I had my son call Clearwater Leak Detection to locate the leak. Simon gave us the time he would be out, and was at the residence as stated. He explained the process he would use to locate the leak and what his charges were. He promptly went to work and after a few hours he located the leak in the main water line. He stated he could fix it and gave me a price that was reasonable. He set a time to do the repair and again arrived as state with all the equipment needed to do the job. After digging a very large, deep hole, he located the leaking line exactly where he stated it was and replaced the leaking section of the line, that had been repaired 3 times before with hose clamps, with a new section of water line with brass fittings. He was at all times Friendly, Courteous, Knowledgeable and Professional in his work. I would not hesitate to call Simon again or recommend him to anyone that would need his services.

Zoltan really helped me out with replacing and simplifying a mess of old water lines, a badly leaking shower, and terrible hot water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom.

Highly recommend, I’ll be using him again!

We count ourselves lucky to have called Bobby T. He was able to squeeze us into his schedule on a busy Saturday. He was also very informative, explaining our issue as well as what he did to fix the problem. Fast service, good price, courteous and professional -- highly recommended!

Placed a call at 12:40pm and we were given an ETA of 3p-5p. Received a call back they would be ahead of schedule and they were to my house by 1:30pm. Super polite tech came in checked the issue (clogged tub/sink) gave us an estimate which we accepted. He was done within minutes! Will definitely be using these guys in the future! Thanks again!

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.

We were looking to have a garbage disposal added to our kitchen. Rick and Will came out to asses the job. It turned out our sink pluming would need some updating to fit a disposal as well as to get up to code. They explained everything that needed to happen very clearly. Will came back the very next morning and started the install. It was a nice clean install. I will definitely call Puget Sound Plumbing the next time I'm in need of a plumber.
