Best Drain Pipe in Seattle WA
I've used Rapid Rooter several times. Their pricing is very reasonable and they do one thing very well which is clear your clogged drain. They helped me clear up a drain issue that was holding up my bathroom remodel and allowed me to continue with the project. I'll definitely use them again.

Fox Plumbing was great until they came on July 1s to fix our Kitchen faucet and upstairs shower. Jerrod fixed both however, the upstairs shower was still leaking and the kitchen faucet was not completely fixed. The hose was too long and the spray hose was not flushed against the main structure. So I had to take a day off on July 10th to have Jerrod come back out again to fix the problems. We are glad that we got the lifetime on the kitchen faucet when we had the garbage disposal fixed. I know that we are suppose to order the parts from Moen, but Jerrod was nice to let us know that but change the water hose anyway. We really appreciate that. What I'm disappointed in was the fact the leaks did not get done the 1st time. Reason, why I call Fox Plumbing because they did an awesome job(s) on the past plumbing problems we had. this was just unexpected. But Jerrod came back, fixed the problems and I'm happy about that. However, I had to take time off from work and it bothered me a bit. However, Fox Plumbing made things right but scheduling a follow up and getting the work done correctly. I want to thank Jerrod for being professional. If anyone ask me if they know some company that does plumbing I'll recommend Fox Plumbing. Just hope you honor your Our Guarantee that you have on your flyer. If you have a problem with anything we do, we'll bend over backwards to make it right. I personally guarantee it. David Brown, Owner and President for Fox Plumbing & Heating. It this case you did....Thank you.Laurence EligioUPDATE: 2-14-23 & 2-15-23Fate Duncan and Marco Kelly. Fate came in and explained everything to me. They gave us estimates and quotes that were fair and honest. We appreciate that. Suggestions like tankless water heater. Benefits of having a tankless (looks great by the way), compared to a 50 gallon water heater. They were professional and courteous! Marco was the same, courteous and provided great customer service. Fate and Maco answered all our questions. During the time of installation, I came upon a strange noise from our downstairs bathroom. When I asked Fate and Marco to have a listen, they immediately figure out the problem and found a pin hole size leak. They were able to fix the problem. That was fantastic. Even though the tankless water heater was put on hold, they were nice enough to look at this new problem. They worked into the late night to repair and fix the pin hole leak but gave me the confidence that the work was done well. The time they took to assess, locate and repair leak was outstanding! Thank you Fate & Marco. Of course they came back the next morning fished the tankless water heater job and finishing touches of the pin hole leak in the downstairs restroom. They did a marvelous job. Yes, I will use Fox Plumbing and recommend to any who needs plumbing help. A BIG THANK YOU TO FATE AND MARCO. Outstanding work and fantastic customer service!Sincerely,Laurence & Cristina Eligio

Such a rip off!!! Highly unsatisfied, I do not recommend this company. They charged us $538 ($500+tax) for an hour of plumbing work that took 15 minutes to repair one bathroom faucet. We have another faucet that needed replacement and they want to charge another $538 for another hour of work which will probably take another 15 minutes to do which we ended up not doing. We hired another company in the past and they did not over charge us like this company did. I highly discourage anyone to use them. Other companies offer so much better value and cost.

Last month I hired Seattle Sewer Company to install a french drain in my backyard and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch.

I came home a few weeks ago on a Sunday night to find I had a leaky shutoff valve in my upstairs bathroom. I had seen the Beacon Plumbing ads that assured me they were available 24/7 at regular prices so I gave them a call. They said sure, they could have a guy out shortly to take a look. About 90 minutes later he shows up, and says he can fix it no problem. He pulls out his tabbed book of prices and it's going to be $500 including the $100 travel charge. Fine, let's get this done since you're here, I think. Now, let me describe my super-rare and apparently anathema to plumbers arrangement in my bathroom. I have a pair of wall-mounted sinks each sitting on a ceramic pedestal. I know, crazy right? The plumber assesses this very difficult situation and loosens the bolts on the sink that hold it to the wall. I hold it up for him while he loosens the ring on the p-trap and gets the pedestal out. Then, with much complaining about my shutoff valve, he gets the ferrule off and puts on the new one. Now, I spent a lot of money on nice hardware for the sink, which the plumber laughed at as he tossed my expensive shutoff valve to me and replaced it with whatever they have stocked in their truck. You should keep that, it looks expensive! Yeah, ha ha. Funny. Now, here's where the real troubles begin. I help lift the sink to get the pedestal back underneath. He can't get the p-trap back on. After much complaining and 20 minutes of fiddling, he finally gets the p-trap back on. Yay. I pay him and he's gone.On July 3rd, the sink is leaking out of the p-trap. I call Beacon Plumbing. First, I'm put on hold for 10 minutes, and they hang up on me. I call back and get someone who doesn't use the computer so can't help me. Finally I'm forwarded to someone who looks up the invoice. They'll send the same plumber out. It's not an emergency so I say he can come back out at his leisure. He'll be there on the 4th. Fine. The 4th arrives, he shows up. A repeat of the first episode, he loosens the sink, I lift it, he pulls out the pedestal. Again we try to get the pedestal back in, but again, can't. 20 minutes later, he can't get the p-trap back in the with the pedestal there. In frustration, I tell him we'll just leave it off for now. He's happy. Did you tighten that sink back up to the wall? Oh yes, he says. Spoiler alert: he didn't.So now my bathroom is missing one of the two pedestals, and he graciously agrees to help me take off the other pedestal so it's evenly screwed up. Thanks! So nice of you to completely destroy my bathroom. He packs up and heads to the front door. I escort him outside and expect to see him drive away. But no! He sits on the little seat by my front door and I see him through the window leafing through the tabbed book of prices.I come outside and ask him what's up and he tells me that it's not his fault that my sink is the way that it is and he couldn't get the p-trap back in. He tell me he doesn't want me to get mad at him but he's leafing through his book of prices, trying to find something, anything, that he can use to charge me. I am not the kind of person that gets mad, but, let me tell you the sight of this guy sitting there on my doorstep leafing through his little book trying to figure out how he could force me to pay for his mistake was just about putting me over the edge. He tells me he's just going to charge me $75 for the call out and I pay him to get rid of him.So, total cost for one shutoff valve: $600 and a trashed bathroom. Yay.

Mike D. is the best! Being a general contractor and a homeowner, I can honestly say his performance from start to finish far exceeds experience. The many times we’ve asked for his help he has been highly responsive, personable and really professional.

I have originally scheduled a 6-8pm window and they told me they have delayed so I waited until 8 no one showed up so I just canceled that days appointment and made another appointment for the next day from 12-2 pm. They got delayed again and someone showed up around 4pm.That guy finished the job good and quick but I could smell alcohol from him. I am not 100% sure about that but I do smelled something and felt a little bit upset.

Super glad I called Ridgid Plumbing today. We had a hot water leak under the house. Armin came out and knew exactly what to do each time a curve ball was thrown his way, due to some access issues. Can't recommend this firm enough!

A representative came out on Tuesday, assessed our drainage situation and made recommendations on how to fix it and gave us an estimate. They sent a crew of 4 guys, arriving a little before 8 am. The dug a whole to reroute the water from our gutter so that it would flow down the steps to the sidewalk. In the process, they needed to dig a whole under pavers and then replace them. They finished the entire job in less that 5 hours, and everything was very much to our satisfaction. In addition, all workers were very courteous and respectful of our property. And man in charge came out to inspect the work and make sure everything was hunky dory. We highly recommend this company.

I called Bob Oates for a side sewer project and was absolutely shocked at the estimate - over $17,000 for a 40 foot line. This was $10,000.00 more than my other bids. This was just for the line, no permits included. Beware! Yes, the other bid included permits, they replaced the whole line and they were licensed. (Don Olson Construction)

They did a whole house repipe, including new water line from street to house. Other than one unfortunate accident which they paid for they were very good. Lots and Lots of connection, and no leaks. Amazing how they got the pipes connected thru floors and walls.

I have used Clearwater twice at 2 different houses and I appreciate their knowledge and explanations of what they find so even I can understand. I'll use the word quirky to describe my current water system, and Simon handled it all with calm knowledge and professionalism. I'm starting to understand the difficulties (I'm being polite) in this type of work, and I found Clearwater's pricing quite reasonable, all things considered.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
