Best Drain Installation in Seattle WA

I've used Rapid Rooter several times. Their pricing is very reasonable and they do one thing very well which is clear your clogged drain. They helped me clear up a drain issue that was holding up my bathroom remodel and allowed me to continue with the project. I'll definitely use them again.

Josh was on time polite and professional. Did a great job of advising me of the work needed and completed the work as promised. Removed all old product and placed everything back as it was previously so you couldn’t even tell he was there. Fox plumbing was recommended by a neighbor and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

They had good availability to come out relatively quickly for an estimate. I received multiple options upfront with details about what each was with detailed pricing info. Very transparent as the quoted estimate was the final bill. No hassle and they were able to take care of the work the same day! highly recommend!

I called Seattle Sewer Company in the middle of a panic when my basement started flooding due to a broken pipe. They were easy to reach and came right away when I called. They have an amazing attention to detail and really really knows their stuff. They correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed the pipe quickly and easily. I'm so thankful I called Seattle Sewer Company before I tried to do the job myself.

Called in the morning of 10/5/20 and set up an appointment for septic service for 10/6/20, was given an 11-2 time frame, and was told that the tech would call prior to showing up. It's now 10/6 2:30 pm and I had not received a call yet. I called the office and was told by Patrick that the technician was running late and that he would call me right away. 35 minutes later and I had still not received a call. I'm under no illusions and I understand that prior jobs may take longer than expected and things happen. What I do have a problem with is the zero amount of contact I received from Beacon, I had to call them instead and that produced no results. I have canceled service and I am looking for another septic service...

We had flooding of our basement and thought that we probably needed a French drain installed, which is super costly. We called Emerald City Plumbing and Wayne came out and looked at what was happening and figured out that the problem was with the rain coming off of the roof. Our downspouts were missing or not well directed. They repaired them and diverted all of the water out to the street instead of the foundation of our house, where it was previously going. They also dug some soil out next to our house and sealed the wall outside.

Throughout the process they kept us in the loop. They don't do work inside, but Wayne suggested what we needed done and he even came to check on the interior once we had the sheet rock removed. He was then able to see that we had a leak from a crack between the window where the water was entering the wall.

We were so impressed by him and his whole team! So professional and responsive.

I was very disappointed working with another plumbing company cleaning my sewer line because they didn't finish the job but wanted more money.
Mark with Pioneer Plumbing captured the situation around my sewer line with his camera, gave me options how to handle the problems that the other company left behind, gave me a fair price to fix it and fixed the problem next day. Afterwards he even helped me to get my money back from the other plumber.

This has been a very trying and frustrating process. I've had three techs come out after having to cancel the first appointment because the tech couldn't make it until 9pm when my appointment was from 4-6pm, but not able to do anything due to things needing to be pumped out first, which I informed them of when I called earlier this week. However, the last tech, William, was incredibly kind and forthcoming with information.

We were extremely satisfied with our experience with Arash. He responded immediately, we set up an appointment for some bathroom plumbing repairs and he did a great job. He’s definitely our “go-to” plumber in the future!

I used them once in 2013 and their service at that time was good.

I tried to use them in 2018 again on my rental property because of shower water not hot. They changed the time several times and when they showed up, they told me it was the water heater that had problem and charged me money for their visit. So I replaced the new water heater and the water was still not hot. Had to hire another plumbing company to find out there was a leak in the crawlspace. Really unprofessional service and still trying to charge me money. I refused to pay them nor hire them ever again.

Gave me clear quote based upon what I needed done instead of charging me to come 'take a look'. Fern did a great job, left the job site clean and gave us valuable information for the future. Highly recommend.

I thought I had a leaking pipe in my ceiling as water was gushing everywhere in my garage above my water heater. Derek was able to come out promptly. He identified that it was actually not a leak in a pipe but instead my water heater which was leaking and thereby successfully diagnosing the problem and saving money from tearing a hole in my wall or ceiling. He was able to quickly repair it at a fair price. He was very thorough with his work and explained what he was doing. After the work was done, he tested the system several times to make sure the issue was fixed and no other problems exist.

Was notified by PUD that our meter was running excessively. After looking over a lot of reviews online, I decided to call Clearwater. I spoke with Simon on a Friday, and he was able to squeeze me in on Monday.
He was right on time, and went straight to work. I have a long driveway, and the waterline runs under most of it, then cuts over to the garage.
After some time, Simon had narrowed it down to two potential spots he was feeling strongly about. He commented that it was difficult to determine between the two and felt that the line could be deep, or something over it. He picked one of the two spots and marked it.
He had let me know in advance that due to his current schedule, he would be unable to do the repair himself, but recommended Trident Plumbing who he felt good about. Trident came out, cut the driveway, dug out the dirt, but initially were unable to find the line. I called Simon, and he came out the next day and did another scan. It turned out, he was in the right place for the line, but it was to the side and the plumber had been only about one shovel more from it. Simon then dug some more under the concrete, and sure enough, not only was the leak under the first spot he suspected, but it was covered by a large root, that had pinched the pipe.
He definitely knew what he was doing, and I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Had the best and most fair bid, yet better and higher quality than any plumber I've used. Gave a warranty on the work done. Before leaving, he even offered advice on something he noticed about my water heater. Great guy.

Bobby T is so great! A couple of years ago I had a toy go down the tub drain, not only did he come the day I called he was friendly, helpful, fixed the problem and was very reasonably priced! Just called him on a Sunday he called me back within a few minutes and was able to help again fix the problem!

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
