I called Beacon about my water heater at 10:30am. They had service men at my house by 12:15pm. They had diagnosed and fixed the problem (replaced a breaker) by 12:45pm.The service men were professional and polite.Couldn't ask for more.

Emerald City Sewer has impeccable service. I needed my sewer replaced. Showed me where my sewer needed to replaced with camera. Got the job done right.

Will was in and out in a flash! Fixed our shower faucet, great work!

We had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. Patrick, the service tech, was extremely helpful and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. He answered all of our questions and worked to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. He was very nice and took his time to make sure the job was done correctly! We were very thankful that he came out on such short notice!

Great service. I live in a condo so we had timed stop valve replacement requirements. All done along with disposal replacement.

Only minor issue with shoe skid marks all over linoleum bathroom floors.

We had a problem with a leaking sink faucet. Taylor Fehlen came out and looked at it and said that the leak was caused by our undermount sink coming loose from it's mounting. He did not bother to look under the sink to see if the mount was indeed failing. What he thought was glue holding the sink up was actually silicone caulk. He refused to ateempt to repair the faucet because he was concerned that the sink would fall on him as he attempted the repair. I had another plumber look to give me a second opinion. The sink mount is solid. He was able to replace the leaking supply hose without a problem. I have contacted the business and they have refused to refund the $108.41 dispatch fee. While I understand that this a a fee for showing up, the fact that he misdiagnosed the problem and refused to even attempt repair based on his incorrect assumption that the sink mount was failing is troublesome to say the least. I would stay very far away from these folks.

Simon knows his work and is upfront, prompt and courteous. Prices were much more reasonable than others. Recommended multiple options. Great conversationalist. Found the leak in my ridiculously impossible driveway. Will only recommend him for leak detection since I will use no one else. Thanks!

UPDATE: When I had someone come fix the leak, it was right about where he said it was. I probably saved 10k without having to do replacement. Thanks again!

Throughout the process Raman was very helpful and reassuring. He explained everything in detail prior to any work and also explained the cost and variables. The leak was found after some investigative work annd successfully fixed. We've been lucky that this was the first unknown plumbing issue for this house. Trying a new service company always makes you wary. With this company you don't have to worry. Will definitely use again.

I needed a plumber fast to fix a leaking faucet. I had heard about O'Neill Plumbing on a local home improvement radio show. I thought they might only be interested in major remodel jobs, but that thought couldn't be further from the truth. I called and spoke with a representative named Kellie. She was very nice and professional. Much to my surprise, I was able to get an appointment the day I called. Todd and Jordan arrived right around the time Kellie said they would. Both were very pleasant and accommodating and a pleasure to speak with. They made the repair very quickly and with no mess to clean up after. I found the entire service call to be completely satisfying and stress-free. We had the unfortunate experience of our line backing up into our basement. This had happened before, and we had a different company out that cleared the line, but said there was a break in the pipe and the floor drain was collapsed and they would have to jackhammer the floor to repair it. They quoted a hefty price. Enter Sewer Friendly...they were able to clear the floor drain without a problem (it was NOT collapsed), and discovered the break was not underneath concrete, but in the yard. Rick, Cameron, and two others (whose names I didn't catch) were professional, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I highly recommend Sewer Friendly. Oh, and it cost less than half what the first company wanted to charge!

My wife and I recently found a big issue with our sewer line and contacted multiple companies about fixing the problem. Dirt Cheap was the only company that focused on understanding the cause of the problem and coming up with a reliable, economical solution; every other company recommended digging up the street would would have cost too much. Collin made sure that we got the problem fixed at the price we agreed on and in the timeframe he promised. He is reliable and sticks to his word.

We got the privilege or working with Angel and his crew, who were determined to get the issue fixed with a cost-effective method, despite running into a few setbacks. They were able to fully fix the problem and did not increase the price on us. We are grateful for their amazing work.
