Had an after hours emergency waste line leak in a galvanized nipple running my kitchen sink and dishwasher. It’s Saturday night and I am throwing a birthday party tomorrow! Uhria and his apprentice showed up at 8pm and worked to make sure I had my plumbing working for the party! Cheers to these guys!

Tyler negated a competitor's quote (South West Plumbing) of $19,000 to the tune of $9 part fix from Home Depot. Tyler and Kua were professional and honest unlike the scam-artists from South West Plumbing. It's absolutely insane what South West Plumbing wanted to fix the problem. It actually wasn't even a problem, just a fix and a proposed problem that never existed. I will be doing anything in my power to NEVER recommend South West Plumbing and continue to support Joe's 2 Son's and especially the work of Tyler and Kua. Even after showing the estimate of work South West Plumbing quoted, Tyler said we could do the same work for 1/3 the price but it absolutely wasn't necessary.

We called for an estimate for a tankless water heater, which we looked up the average price of on the internet ($1500-$3500). While the techs who came out were very courteous and seemed knowledgeable (hence the 2 stars instead of 1) the estimate was for $11,000!! They do not line item the estimates and said this was the cost regardless of the particular house set-up. After I stopped hyperventilating I thanked them for their time and went and started calling other companies.

Wayne and his team were quick to assess my issue, showed up on time to fix it and answered all my questions. After getting quotes from multiple companies I'm happy we went with Emerald City.

I had 2 toilets that were needing to be installed. Will not only did not come out to do them, he additionally allowed a leak to persist. Do not use this company if you want reliable service & on the chance that you must, ensure Will is not your plumber unless you want bad service & a bad job.

We had Roto-Rooter out for an emergency sewage backup in our basement that we discovered early in the morning as we were getting ready for the workday. Roto-Rooter picked up right away and sent a tech out to unclog the sewer line first thing that same morning and prevent serious water damage.Our tech, Simba, was great. He explained the process and the costs upfront and was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly the whole time. Roto also was able to sent a camera tech, Van, to scope our lines and check for damage. He was also great to work with and helped us learn the condition of our sewer lines and gave us next steps for maintenance. Both were great and we appreciate them coming to help with such short notice.

After several frantic calls to other plumbers and being told no one could help us, we called Ridgid. We call Bob Oates every few years to scope our outside sewer lines, clear out roots, etc. Their team members are responsive, reliable, pleasant, patient, and thorough. We really appreciate them.

Got a pex re-pipe. They did it in like 1/2 a day, patch work included!

Since my kitchen renovation 5 months ago the sink occasionally fails to drain and the garbage disposal intermittently fails to function. I called Puget Sound Plumbing when the drain clogged this morning because I was frustrated and had just received a coupon mailer. They showed up within a couple hours and replaced my garbage disposal. It works intermittently indicating that the problem is electrical. My drain is not fixed but these guys did what they do best...professional & responsive.

My meter was running without apparently water usage. After contacting Clearwater Leak Detection, they were able to help me determining it was due to a toilet leak over TEXT. I am truly grateful for their professionalism and consideration - this is the company you want to work with next time you experience a leak!

He keeps in touch with you and if he's late, he lets you know. Price was excellent and I haven't had anymore problems.

After reading their excellent online reviews We hired Drain Pro and were not disappointed. Raman did a great job, in and out the door in about 45 minutes. Now I just have to keep my Grandson and his toys away from the toilet! Worth a try.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.
